We’re told we when leaving Sydney we would be met by a”disaster management team” to help with our group of 15 upon arrival at Vancouver with the storm.No one knew anything and were left to our own devices. If we knew there wasn’t going to be any help wouldn’t have wasted time trying to find it. Just needed the truth about no help available so could have personally made arrangements.

Your employees are demonstrating a level of unprofessionalism I’ve never experienced before. I was asking for help with our rebooking when your manager in Toronto comes and gives me attitude and is rude with answers and acts like I should be solving a problem I did not cause.

Now I’m traveling with my dog, my grandma and my infant and this is the customer service you guys be giving people? That’s garbage. We have been stuck at the airport for 4 days no accommodations no help no vouches no answers to our questions.

This is insane you are literally toying with your customers.

I was flying from Atlanta to New Delhi on AC flight from Atlanta - Toronto - New Delhi. Our flight to Toronto was delayed due to incremental weather in Toronto and after waiting for 5 hours I took the decision to put myself on Atlanta - Toronto - Doha - New Delhi flight.

This was only done after a repeated request was made and this was only done when my case was changed to critical. My ordeal doesn't end here. we somehow were able to catch our Doha flight after running from one terminal to another and were only able to catch our Doha flight because this flight also got delayed by another two hours.

Our flight from Toronto to Doha was incredible, the staff was extremely courteous to us and helpful. Our sorrow story doesn't end here. as soon as we landed from Air Canada we were flagged by…

Hello, I recently had an issue involving the rebooking of my flights due to flight cancellations. After rebooking my flights to December 23rd, I received a booking confirmation email from Air Canada listing my flight information. This email listed flights for December 23rd that I specifically had requested to be rebooked for, therefore I believed I was booked on these flights.

However, when I arrived at the airport on the 23rd, I found out that I was not booked for these flights, but instead I was booked for flights the following day (December 24th). I am extremely disappointed because the email I received was misleading and gave me the impression I was booked on flights for the 23rd.

This has caused me an extra day of waiting for my flight as well as an unnecessary trip to the airport…

We booked to use our last 2 Flight Passes for our trip to Palm Springs from YYC via Vancouver. the trip was cancelled today for our flight on December 23rd. We spoke with an agent this afternoon as we had looked at other options to get to Palm Springs.

Your agent indicated that there must have been a glitch in your system as we opted to get a flight voucher credit which had been offered as part of the cancellation. this is not possible. Further to this, he offered us the opportunity to extend the pass for 3 months for $300.

This is ridiculous as we were going to use the pass, had booked awhile back and through no fault of ours, the flight we booked has been cancelled. We want this reviewed and an extension granted at no cost to us as we had no option based on the cancelled flight.

I had a trip last week on Wednesday december the 14th from Toronto to Mexico City on a not direct flight. So my first flight was suppose to live at 08:20 am to arrive at Puerto Vallarta at 12:40.

However the flight AC 937 was delayed and left until 10:00 am because a supposed tecnical failure. So when I arrived to PVR it was two hours after. So I was not able to catch my conection flight. I went to the Air Canada area to explain them about this situation and they said that they couldn´t do anything.

I have to buy another ticket to flight to Mexico City. I am attaching the information about all this. There was a bad service and I lost more money and time.

Total lack of customer service.........2 bags lost - had to spend 3 hours on hold to report lost bags (no AC rep in Los Cabos International airport to help). It's been 3 days and still no luggage!!!!! And we flew Business Class!!!! Definitely not worth the money.

On the same day, I had purchased a return ticket from Toronto to Montreal for my daughter who at 2 pm was told that the plane was cancelled and she was rebooked the following morning. She stayed in line for 1 hour to finally talk to an agent who declared it was not AC's fault that there was mechanical issues with the plane (seriously! - who owns them). She made enough of a fuss that they booked her on a plane that night so she could get home.

I was on Dec 18th AC8985 from NYC to Toronto. The flight attendant told me I was in her way, while waiting for the washroom. After I moved to the last row with empty seats, she then told me not sitting there because her coat was on the seat.

I had no other choice but to ask her where I should stand, she appeared irritated and pointed me to the place where I was from the beginning. This flight attendant is simply rude, I chose not to argue with her at that moment.

However, I would like to see Air Canada investigate on her behaviors, and make sure she conducts her work according to the company standards.

I spent 10 hours at the airpot try to get a flight after the canceled the flight and rebooting 2 times .The agent made me a connection flight 11 hours transit with a promise once I reach the connection I will get a hotel and meal voucher once I areived the customer service desk that we can't issue anything so Air Canada tell employees to lie to customers to move everything move forward.

I’m on flight AC869 from London to Halifax on 14 December. I am travelling with my 2 year old, we were sat at the back of the plane. When we boarded we found that our overhead cabin was filled with air Canada wet wipes and we therefore were not given any space for our on board bags.

The flight attendant curtly told me that there’s no guarantee for space for our bags. Where is this information on the website? We certainly were not told this when we checked in. In addition how is the bag of wet wipes a priority over customer’s hand baggage which we paid for?

When I questioned this with a crying toddler the flight attendant lost it on me. Screaming about Christmas time and walking away making a scene in front of my child and the rest of the airplane. Totally humiliating. No apology at all.…

My name is Anjani Ramoutar, my husband name is Wilfred Ramoutar. Travelled with my granddaughter Sophie Bernard to Aruba on November 20th to 27th. I had requested wheel chair assistance. When we arrived there was no one from your organization to help. This happened both ways in Toronto and in Aruba. My husband is 82 years old he had to help me with much difficulty . At the checkout desk we were asked for registration form to Aruba. We received email regarding the registration form when we were seated on the plane . Can you please email the registration form at least two days prior to travelling.. also on our return to Toronto on the 27th we were seated on the plane for one and half hour. This was very exhausting for us . We lost almost a whole night sleep.

On November 24th, My first flight was cancelled AC1940 due to weather, I was then sent another flight, which was 5 hours later, AC8425. I went to the airport, through security and was about to board when the flight attendant discovered that whoever rebooked my flight, should never have because there was no way I was catching my connecting flight out of Toronto and no other flight was available.

I was told there was no way they could get me out so they took my luggage back off the plane and after ALL day waiting, I was told I wasn’t getting home My case number is CAS-5316351-S3V0V5. I would appreciate getting compensated for this inconvenience

We recently arrived home from a Air Canada Vacation to Sandos Caracol Eco Resort, trip being from Nov. 19-Nov. 26, Trip # 265415, which was the absolutely the worst vacation/resort that we have ever been to in our over 30+ years of travel!

If Air Canada is putting their name on this resort and even the service we experienced with the transfer between airport and resort (which definitely was Air Canada) then something has to be done immediately! We had booked through Air Canada Vacation for the convenience of having everything in one package, what a joke that was!

I need to file a complaint we booke a vacation Dec 25 it wouldn’t let us book 3 adults 3 kids so we had to spilt them up once we did that all that’s was available was business class. I called and the person in the other line told me we can change the names on the seats no problem Which was 16 year old and grandma we be called to change the name on those seats.

And we were told to pay an extra 5000 to change the seats name even though it’s all under our credit canard reservations. I will be going to ombudsmen as this is a horrible customer service experience if I knew this was the case I would have booked myself and small child

I flew Air Canada Nov 19 flying van to Montreal to Fort Lauderdale booking #3ZSBWD/32Q7DW. When we landed in Montreal we rushed to get our Connecting Flight to Fort Lauderdale I experienced a yellow light because my luggage was lost.

It was very stressful as we were the last to go thru security as the plane was being boarded. At the last minute we had to run to make our plane, thank god my. luggage was found or I would have been on a 10 day cruise with no luggage.

Not a good way to start my holiday. Returning Nov. 29 our plane left late from Fort Lauderdale due to fuelling issues. We were rushed thru in Montreal to get our connecting flight to Vancouver. We had to find a cashier to pay duty for our American purchases.

Our trip went well until the last leg of our journey, flying home from SEOUL to TORONTO. Upon arrival at ICN, we did get wheel chair assistance as requested. After a short ride, my wife was asked to leave the wheelchair and walk a short distance as they did not have enough staff to manage the workload.

Boarding agents are very rude. They selectively forced me to measure my carryon while it was obvious that it did fit the requirements. A small umbrella made it a couple cm too wide. When I removed umbrella it fit in without a problem.

The crazy part is - when I removed my bag from the measuring “tool” and wanted to put my small umbrella back, the agent told me not to. Ha? The bag had no issues fitting into upper compartment in the airbus 320.

I suggest for Air Canada to have robots as boarding agents as humans exhibit zero brain power. This way, it will be cheaper for you too and less stressful for passengers.

I bought 2 air fares to Fort Myers in Sept. (locator number - 2ZBIMA) Then hurricane Ian arrived and wiped out our rental house making it impossible to go down to Florida. I was on flight AC159 from Toronto to Calgary on Friday November 18th. We boarded the plane a little late after they switched the gate, which was no big deal. The problem was, we then sat in the plane waiting to depart for roughly 2 hours.

Not only was this hard on my body as my back was so sore from sitting for so long. But it caused me to miss my ride from the Airport to a city in Northern Alberta. I purposely booked the flight I did, since it would allow me plenty of to time (approximately 2 hours) make sure I wouldn’t miss my ride.

The whole situation has caused me to miss a huge opportunity. At the end of the day, I know that delays happen, but at the very least they could have let us off the plane while they figured what was going on and when it would be resolved.

Worst airline experience ever!! Lost luggage on 2nd flight from Vancouver to Calgary before heading to Houston TX. Went on an 8 day cruise with the family, with nothing but the clothes on our back! Had it tags , so WE knew where our luggage was.

Flight attendant said, “oh, delete that app, it doesn’t work. Rrrright… GPS doesn’t work my butt! Last leg home, French Canadian flight attendant was nasty and rude. Flights were delayed. Put beside toilets on every flight there and back. 00 to us is no small amount, others no doubt paid triple or quadruple that rate for the same very poor service!!

On Oct27 2022, my husband ( SHE Chi Yiu) and I took Turkish Airline flight TK 0017 from Istanbul to Calgary. The flight was delay and the attendant a kind of giving us a priority in getting off. We ran, ran breathless to try to catch our connection and even the custom told us we can make it.

We were so tire and not feeling good after the Turkish tour and don’t want to miss the connection. On our way, we didn’t hear our names being paged. We arrived the gate around 9:23pm and we missed the flight.

We were on time though. We slept at the airport ( no point to check in hotel) and took the 6:30am Ac133 Oct28 home. We waited and found that our luggage was still behind but that part was handle well.

We got it back on the same day.

Yet again I’m disappointed with your service I booked tickets for both my daughters Chloe childs and Caitlin childs to come visit me from Alberta on their school break. Purchased tickets from air Canada for a return trip from South East Asia, in the summer of 2022. I got ready for my flight. Twenty four hours before my flight, l get a message not an email my flight was cancelled.

I phoned air Canada and they rebooked my flight for two days later with a charge of $610 dollars more on my credit card. I already paid for my ticket and don't deserve to pay more for air Canada's mistake.

2CJFPX itinerary number 07 NOV 2022. AIR CANADA change my flight from BRISBANE AUSTRALIA from 07 Nov 2022 to 08 November to Vancouver Canada. It should have been a straight flight from Melbourne Australia to Vancouver Canada on November not arriving on 08 November.

Air Canada should have paid my hotel in Brisbane Australia at Ibis Brisbane airport but refuse to do. Air canada change my original plan on May 12 2022. My flight on 08 November flight number 8798 was cancelled and rescheduled on 09 November on flight AC8808.

I should be reimbursed for the hotel in Brisbane Australia and the flight cancellation and un-neccesary delay in Vancouver which added another 1 day to my flight time.

Connecting flight got canceled "due to crew constraints". Was issued a new flight the next day. Got jerked around by Air Canada employees for 3 hrs. Kiosks were closing. Told to basically wait until 4am to check in my bag. Slept on the floor.

We we're Denied boarding From edmonton Int'l airport going to Vancouver because of health declaration required by Hong Kong for our Lay over. Flight delay, rescheduled then at check in I was told I could not board because I would not make my connecting flight. Spent the rest of the day in the airport looking for info and help.

Finally found phones and AC rescheduled my flights the next day YYZYVR connection YVRNRT then connect to NRTBKK. My seats were supposed to be booked, they were NOT and I am travelling with a broken foot Flight AC107 maintenance issue so I am already delayed.

So far no compensation for my lost day, or hotel or transportation. And I cannot sit in the middle or aisles due to my foot

This is a terrible airline to fly with. I would give 0 stars if I could. I have had many flights cancelled with zero refunds or even money for a hotel. Delays are also so common and I have missed connecting flights due to this.

Never have I ever had a compensation or refund from Aircanada. This airline should be cancelled for good. I have nothing good to say about aircanada. They should be embarrassed for how bad of service and the amount of delays/tardiness they have.

I am sitting in row 27D and there is very little leg room. I have a small carry on and because it is smaller the flight attendant insisted I had to place it in front of my seat which now has my legs crammed into that space. This is ridiculous.

People who bring on oversized carry on bags get to store their bags but I don’t. I paid to check a bag I’m sure most people did not. What are you going to do about this?
