Missed connecting flight to Toronto due to ground operations bad at Vienna Air Canada flight was still on gate and they didn’t allowed us to board Travelling from Istanbul on Turkish airline They say flight arrived on time but bus shuttle from TUrkish air line to departing gate we ran We went to Austrian airline service desk they said go to Turkish air line So we end up booking different flight and paid 1800 euro for each ticket paying 3600 euro

I was travelling August 11 from Frankfurt Toronto. I recently finished my chemotherapy & has some dietary restrictions. I was very very disappointed with the customer service I received from Air Canada from the flight crew. Not only they were unhelpful but unfortunately very rude.

My agent put a note that I would like to have Halal Muslim food. I was served with the beans & I REQUESTED that since my stomach is sore I’m not allowed to eat beans. I was told this is what I ordered.

However, halal food means halal meat. I requested if I can get pasta instead as I can eat without going against my religious belief & it’s halal for me. I was told since I ordered vegetables they can not serve me Pasta.

If there is any left we will give it to you. I waited for an hour & no one came to say…

It's unfortunate that i can't choose any stars, i always thought so highly of Air Canada, but with the last 2 trips, i think that one star is way too much. I May-2022 i traveled to Beirut, i didn't get my luggage for 3 days, ok it happens sometimes.

After 2 weeks, i returned to Canada through Montreal with connection to Ottawa as a final destination. i arrives to Montreal around 1:00 pm, at 3:00 pm we boarded the plane heading to Ottawa, after sitting in the plane for about 3 hours at the gate, the flight was canceled due to weather.

Air Canada would not pay for a bus ticket or accommodations or even a coffee, no one to answer questions at all. Anyway, as far as the luggage, it took me 5 days to get them, when i finally got my luggage they were completely soaked in water, no explanation,…

I was at the Chicago O’Hare airport @6:30pm to beat the rush and line ups. Then my flight scheduled to depart @20:25 was delayed until 00:10. Just imagine the waiting time, inconvenience and hunger. No meal voucher was provided and inflight only offered a choice of chocolate or granola bar. I expected when the pilot announced refreshment will be served at free of charge from the Bistro selection. I expected a sandwich or a slice of pizza to compensate the stranded passengers. On the 7th of August AC attempted to deliver the aircraft from Ottawa to Halifax........we sat waiting for 6 and l/2 hours because there were no pilots for the flight AC8028........I was with 2 other family members Katherine E Hanna and Jason Langley........my name is Katherine Paige.....I took a video of staff being excessively rude to passengers and cannot understand either situation..............

There should be some kind of reinbursement for passengers that have had to endure this "AC8028 seat 4D"

We were booked to travel on the 21st of July 2022 on flight 809 from Manchester to Edmonton via Toronto we arrived at Manchester to find a 3 hour delay to our flight when we eventually boarded we were then delayed on the plane at least another 2 hours when we got to Toronto we were told our plane was still at the gate for Edmonton so we rushed through to the gate only to be told that our boarding passes wouldn’t work so

they sent us to customer services where we queued up for around 3-4 hours when we were eventually seen I couldn’t hear what the customer service representative was saying as she spoke to quietly eventually we got sorted out and they sent us to a hotel around 30 minutes from the airport and gave us 20 dollars to get some food by this time it was after 11pm when we got there…

When I booked these flights over the phone I had mentioned my AC Travel Voucher number and Amount, and requested the Voucher be used as a contributing factor to the dollar amount. I recently flew Air Canada from Washington to Montreal & Montreal to Dublin Ireland. The first flight departed late, but no explanation was given. The second flight showed on time until 30 minutes after the scheduled departure time when the agents at the desk (who had been flirting with workers & generally ignoring all of the passengers, announced that we were slightly delayed because they had to clean the plane.

That flight ultimately left 2 hours late. They knew before we ever took off that 70 bags had not been put on the plane, but they Never said a word about it to the passengers. When we arrived in Dublin, many passengers waited an hour and a half on luggage that never came.

The flight from Tel Aviv to toronto was Ok On the flight from Toronto to Montreal . After we passed the counter to the plane the stuart came to us ( 4 persons with 2 small children and told us that we need to take down our luggage to the bottom of the plane .

problem with the luggage ( beckup for few days if main luggage not arrive) and we are afraid that we will not receive it. down from the flight to the next flight or to put the it down with no explanation , "i dont have time for you".

Ive felt humiliated 4 people with tickets with no option to take as was declared our back up luggage on board and , very low service.

My flight was on July 9 th at 10 am to Hosuton US and it was a direct flight booked way in advance. It was cancelled while I was at the airport around 6 am. Air Canada rescheduled me at 4:15 pm same day and it was not a direct flight it was via Austin and I had to take another flight from Austin to Houston.

So I accepted and went home. (My husband had to pick me up again after dropping me off in the morning at 5:30) I was back at the airport at 1 pm and I gave my luggage in. My flight at 4:15 kept delaying till 6 pm and just 5 min before boarding got cancelled.

I had to cancel a flight I booked through RBC Rewards and got a credit. I'm trying to use the credit and both Air Canada and RBC seem to be having a lot of trouble trying to access the credit and book my new travel.

An Air Canada agent finally said she could do this and I spent a considerable time getting a refund and then booking my new travel and a separate travel purchase for my daughter. The tickets have not arrived. Some small amounts for the difference in taxes on the original ticket and the new one have been posted to my VISA, but nothing else, including the separate purchase.

AC 1673 August 2, from MCO Orlando to YYZ Toronto My husband and I had made arrangements for wheelchair assistants to and from Toronto July 26 to Orlando AC 1674 and Return Aug 2, 2022 from Orland AC 1673. There was 5 passenger that needed assistance There was only 2 wheel chairs there I took one and another passenger took the other.

We had very bad experience during luggage check in. Person who worked on check in was in very bad mood and was trying to make everybody around miserable. Our carry on fit n the check bin, however the agent claimed that the our carry on suite case was oversised.

Everyone around witnessed that it was the right size, and other pessengers had similar sized siut cases, which they did not have to check in. Anfortunately we didn' make picture if suit case.

I booked with Air Canada on July 20 2022 and the flight was cancelled by Air Canada. I had to rebook with a different airline. I had an mportant event to attend to in the USA. I paid $210 with Air Canada and because I had to rebook with Delta and it was an emergency I paid $457 USD. Difference of 247 usd.

Also I had to take an uber home that night and returned to the airport with uber for the flight to NY the next day. $60 each trip approximately to Milton. I would like to be refunded 247 USD for the flight and for the 2 uber trips of Cdn 120, please

I was told our bag was at Calgary airport twice and travelled to the airport twice just to find out we were lied to. The male crew member told me that it has not been requested and he couldn't help and walked away. For the entire journey I have not been given any thing to eat. I am a diabetic.

I had plane tickets already issued for my 7 year old and myself from Madrid to San Francisco, CA. New employee, Elena, at the counter doesn’t have computer skills and couldn’t find our boarding pass despite showing the QR code.

We missed the flight and when she “tried “ helping find a new flight, she made us wait for more than 5 hours without food, nor water. When I gave her alternative destinations such as San Jose, California, she almost sent us to San Jose, Costa Rica.

On June 28th, I book three one way tickets, from St. John's Nfld, two to Winnipeg and one to Toronto. The website was very busy that day. After finally accessing the website and booking the tickets, and i though paying for them, a notice appeared that the booking did not go through.

Dear Sir/Madam Recently, we had a round trip from Toronto, Canada to Shiraz, Iran with a strange experience with Air Canada airline after one of our return flight connection was cancelled by them just 4 days before the flight date. Booking Confirmation 2VQ5HG 7/7 Original flight scheduled to depart CLT for YYZ at 1150 am. Cancelled on 7/6 evening and rescheduled for 1630 (was an hour late). Scheduled to leave YYZ at 2055, but due to postponed flight being even later, did not arrive in YYZ until 2045. Did not leave YYZ for YYT until 7/8 at 0635. I was about 13.5 hours late arriving in YYT (from original schedule).

7/22 Flight from YYT to YYZ on time. Scheduled to depart YYZ at 0900 for CLT, flight cancelled early morning of 7/22. New flight scheduled to depart at 1442.

I travelled at this time because of my mother's poor health. She is in fact now "comfort measures only," a medical term for end of life. The delays/cancellations caused increased hardship.

I flew Air Canada on June 11th from Detroit MI to Amsterdam Netherlands. My luggage just arrived 6 weeks later, 4 weeks after my trip to Europe ended. While on my trip I had to purchase clothing in Nurnberg Germany.

My expenses amounted to about 270 euros. I submitted a request for these expenses over a month ago and have not heard ANYTHING yet!! I have health issues that are expensive and need to be reimbursed for these unexpected costs related to my trip!!

Before our flight from Brisbane to Vancouver (on July 19) I paid for in-flight wifi service for my wife. Once on board I was unable to activate it. When I asked for assistance from the flight crew they were unable to assist me.

As a result, I had to pay again for the same service at the higher on-board rate.

Absolutely the worst experience in all my years of flying. I was flying with my husband and step daughter for their first time visit to Canada.

First, flight was advertised as a direct flight from Milan, Italy to Toronto. Wrong, lay over in Montreal.

First flight was Milan to Montreal. I received an email in the morning that the flight was delayed. Arrived at gate and it was again delayed for reason told of fuel was not entering and plane needed to be repositioned.

Boarded and then told was delayed age for baggage boarding. Landed late in Montreal, arrived at gate just as gate closed for boarding to Toronto. Boarded and again told being delayed for baggage again. Landed in Toronto 4 hours late.

Waited 3 hours for baggage that was then told was in Montreal and would be delivered to us…

Then I got grief because my boarding pass was wrinkled. She says "we are just trying to do our jobs".

Our bags were lost by Air Canada on our transfer from Toronto to Madrid, Spain. This is our 8th day of our trip without luggage and important medication. Our incredibly expensive long planned vacation has been dangerously stressful. My husband’s thyroid medication is necessary for him to function and he’s been very unhealthy without it.

My anti seizure medication and my diabetes/cholesterol control injections were also in my luggage. I’ve been miserably shaky and stressed. We have had to purchase clothing and wash in the sinks to re wear everything for the last 8 days.

We are in a foreign country with none of our personal belongings including medically necessary items. I am still in search of our luggage and 8 of my 12 day vacation have been ruined by air canadas mishandling of this…

I picked a specific seat on the plane. I was told when trying to board the plane that the plane was off balance and I would t be able to sit there and was given a new boarding pass way at the back of the plane.

When I board the plane there was someone in my original seat. It had nothing to do with balancing the plane if someone was able to sit there. Your staff bold face lied to me and would not give me a proper reason for the change.

I do not appreciate being treat as if I’m an idiot. Lying to my face about such a simple matter it’s extremely unprofessional. I fly air Canada 3 times a month for work and will be requesting my employer switch’s to WestJet. Ac flight 8414

My bag has been missing nearly 3 weeks. I have taken all the steps as indicated on their website. I called CS/Lost Delayed Bags for the first time today. I had to call 6 different times with wait times progressively worse on each call.

Shortest wait time was 14 minutes, I was hung up on 4 different times. which was INVALID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had booked Air canada flight PANR 3ATC36 for myself and PNR 3ANZGX for my wife monika fernandes Doha-Dublin-Toronto . When we went for boarding we were turned off from the boarding gate citing reason that Transit visa is required for Dublin transit.

Why did the airline not inform me earlier that a transit visa was required for the specific ticket which I had booked for myself and wife. I incurred a cost of CAD 3000 extra for re booking the tickets for date change.

We faced lots of trouble contacting customer services from Doha airport and had to make international call for the customer care which lasted very long with international charges. I was very disappointed by the treatment of Air canada towards us and I think I will never ever book Air canada again.

Booked first class and flight was cancelled less than 2 hrs after booking. It was an international flight to US. Flying time should be 2-1/2 hrs. They rebooked us on a CRJ 200. Small plane with no first class. We were stuck on that plane for almost 8 hrs because of weather , needing to refuel, etc.

Had first class seats on 2 flight.

Second flight cancelled in 1-1/2 hrs after booking. Rebooked on a CRJ 200. Small plane with no first class seats although paid for first class. A flight from Toronto to Charlotte NC, USA. Spent almost 8 hrs on small plane for weather hold ups and then a divert to another airport for fuel.

We were denied water at this point. If they could purchase fuel they could have purchased a few bottles of water for thirsty passengers. Some people left plane when diverted to the other airport. Travelled with her everwhere, no problems. 00 for her flight. They would not allow the carry on that she has travelled in for the last 9 years. 00.

Spoke to other people who had dogs, travelling with different airlines and no issues. Only Air Canada!

We took a flight from LAX on 7/20 with a connection flight in Toronto and arriving in Madrid on 7/21 . Our luggage did not arrive with us in Madrid, we filed lost luggage form ( MADAC13392 ) under Amanda Johnson and currently in Alcudia Mallorca waiting for our luggage, Been now 6 days without our luggage and medications which my health is failing .

We have called everyday for updates with limited information for you guys . As of yesterday the luggage is in Palma with no idea of time to receive it at our Hotel . We’ve had to spend additional money for some clothes, laundry services and toiletries.

Worst thing is our medications which might have some long term effect. You have taken your time to get our luggage and ruined our dream vacation. Need some immediate response on getting this…

I would like to advise you of the single worst airline experience my wife and I have ever encountered in over 50 years of business and personal flying. We booked a round trip ticket on Air Canada for a trip to Spain.

The outgoing flights on 7/13 were AC 790 from LAX to YYZ and then the connecting flight AC 824 to Madrid. On the day prior and the morning of 7/13, we began getting regular updates that 790 was delayed. When we checked in at the counter there was still layover time in Toronto to make the connection but as the morning progressed, it was clear that the connection would not happen. flight from Dulles to Montreal 6/28. delayed 3 hours in Dulles. 2-1/2 hours in Montreal. no gate no agent. everyone missed connecting flights. No one to greet passengers, explain what to do, explain where luggage will be. nothing from nobody.

How is this type of practice allowed. rebooked flight to Athens for the following day. check in bags never sent. stayed in Montreal until 7/17. I was told my luggage has been located. sent on a jazz air flight to Texas.

My baggage has been lost. I was on flight AC 673 and connecting flight AC 419. After waiting at the carousel for two hours I was not able to speak to anyone but about my missing baggage. Later I was told I could do an incident report or go online.

I chose to go online but was unable to submit the form since I didn’t have an incident report number. I then tried to fill out the World tracer and that didn’t work. I had to submit a 10 digit number but it didn’t t match the number I was given at the airport when I checked in my bag.

I am very disappointed by this experience. Please try to find my luggage.

Flight was updated for my niece Unfortunately voluntarily and not for her dad. her dad will fly next week and she has to wait 1 month after him. When we called air Canada they said we should pay 800$ To modify the ticket.

Hello: The above AC flight was delayed ~45 minutes. And my preferred seat 31B was the cause for the delay. Here is what happened: The seat had no cushion to sit on. Without it, I would be sitting on the seat frame for about 7 hours. I drew the attention to 3 different flight attendants with no apparent result. Finally, about 30 minutes later, a ground crew maintenance person came on board and clearly indicated to me that he should not have been called for such incident causing the delay as it was the responsibility of AC maintenance prior to the departure. Dear Air Canada Team,

I am writing this email to express my displeasure about my last trip from Nigeria, we landed on Tuesday 19th in Montreal and our flight was rescheduled to 8pm and later rescheduled again to 10pm pm and to my surprise it was later cancelled. I had two children with me and we had to wait on the queue at customer care till after 1am Wednesday the 20th to get an hotel voucher . We got to the hotel around 2 am and had to check out around 5am so as not to miss the next flight. We finally landed in Winnipeg around 12pm but we did not get a single luggage .
