Never had an issue before, but this weeks purchase of liquid egg product which I use all the time,when poured was off color and had an odor. With eggs you really have to be careful and was not sure if others complained on this product.

I purchased them at the aldis rt 42 in turnersville,nj. I am still overall satisfied since aldi has been in our area and noticed remodeling affecting movement of store products and am only stating the event in case there is a recall or group of complaints.

I used "Morning Fresh" liquid dishwashing detergent for over 30 years until they changed the formula and made it weaker. Then I discovered Tandril at your stores. What a difference! Have been buying it for over 2 years. Now you have gone and changed the "Formula" and it is worse!

Purchased 2 legs of lamb. Marked price was not clearly indicated on packaging re total cost or cost per kg. Resulting in a combined cost of £25 instead of the expected £11. This was not realized until checking grocery shop at home.

I have been shopping at Aldi 450 Jonesboro road, McDonough, GA for years and have “never” been able to purchase the Wednesday meat special. It is always “sold out”. Yesterday again I showed up one hour after the store opened and there was not a meat special available. There was not even a space or sells tag in the meat department for the special. This seems to be a normal practice. There is always a high price like item available. I find since this is a normal practice that it is “a bait and switch practice”.

Either stop advertising the Wednesday special or have enough product to last two days, not less than one hour.

I am sick and tired of going to several stores to find the Julius dog diced beef and kangaroo pet food 600 gram. It is bullshit that the product is bought from the supplier at a rate of 50% chicken and 50% beef/kangaroo. the animals do not like eating the diced chicken and this is why every shop has a huge stockpile of diced chicken. When I ask for the kangaroo the shop assistant says that they have to sell the huge stockpile of chicken first. Again you are not selling the chicken because the animals don't like it and prefer beef.

I suggest if you want to keep a stockpile of the diced chicken that you should also keep a stockpile of the beef/ kangaroo pet food separately. Therefore at least you will be able to make sales with the beef/kangaroo instead of wasting fridge space with your non…

Poped into my local aldi store (skipton) with my 15 year daughter for some cereal, wraps and a bottle of wine I asked my daughter to pick up a bottle as I was holding the other items, when we got to the check out she was asked her age I replied she's with me I'm her mother I'm buying the,wine, for myself and the checkout staff Louise said she wasn't able to sell me it as she saw my daughter looking at it and pick it off the shelf , the manager was sent for and said no they couldn't.

Today, Sat/08/11/2016, I was yelled at by the store manager that was serving as a cashier because i asked her if she can get someone else to open a cash register and take customers. She yelled i have no one. I understand the frustration she was in because she was serving as a cashier but there should be no excuse for anyone specially the manager to yell at customers.

Specially if she is a failure because she either failed to hire people that could put up with her attitude or she is a bad scheduler. I bought a strimmer as a wedding present today it was returned to me. The bride and groom opened the box and to there horror it was a filthy disgusting mess they got it out of the box to find a strimmer that had obviously been used for quite some time.

I bought a kettle and toaster oct 2015 but can't find receipt but have warranty toaster only toasts one side and water tastes metallic due to manufacturing materials. Having purchaced one packet of Baby Leaf Salad and one packet of Wild Rocket yesterday 23/6/16both with a use.by date of 26/6/16. I have today opened both to use tonight for a special meal only to find both packets are smelly and slimy.Obviously the goods have not been held in the right conditions during transport. The goods were purchased from your shop in Yarm Cleveland and are only fit for the BIN. I appreciate the weather has been warm however this is no excuse to sell inferior goods. I recently went into aldis the till oppreative told me of offer to win £100 to spend in store just put in my till reciept code .I went on site and soon realised after filling things out it was a survey to see who my phone is with am i insured i came out after filling certain things out to find my email full of junk . So it wasnt to win it was a survey can they tell future customers what it is

I shop at Aldi frequently for odd bits so I do not wish for this to taint the products overall, however, I felt it necessary to report that on 2 occasions now the 'Fishmonger Lemon and Parsley Smoked Mackerel fillets' have been full of missed bones, to the point where the meal is ruined from sifting and spitting them out.

They didn't used to be like this! A few is forgivable, but mouthfuls of bones is silly. I have completely gone off this product, purchased form Aldi, Henley Rd, Coventry. I will not be taking in my empty fish packet and bones for a refund as this would be mighty embarrassing, but I do feel you should refund both packets in full and perhaps run a few test packets yourself.

75p - I only bought 1. I don't have a car at the moment so I'm not able to just pop back to the store to complain. I took a basket as originally I was only going to purchase a few items.

At the checkout I was rushed by the assistant pushing my shopping towards me. To add to the insult, the assistant has used a highlighter pen on my receipt at the bottom indicating the part "tell us how we did today" So I'm telling it like it was for me today, not good at all.

I live in Brick NJ who ever is manageing the story here is doing a very poor job for about the last 2 or 3 months !!!! Whenever you go to the store there very few shopping carts most people have to use carts from other stores. One of the items I really like is the Fuit flavored water and they are always ether running out of it or ordering a much smaller amount of if . There is usually only one cash register open and the line is so long people block the store. I had always enjoyed going to Aldi's but not so much any more. I am considering shopping elsewhere. I bought a tent the week they came into the store. I used it one time and the seam tore at a corner. I returned for an exchange with no problem, with who I believe was the manager of the store.

However, when I came in to shop later in the week, the defective tent that I returned was on the shelf to be resold. (I could tell it was the one returned as how it was packed and the campfire smell).

I spoke to an employee and they removed it. A week later I was in the store again, and it was on the shelf again to be resold. I spoke with a different employee, who seemed indifferent. They stated that their manager must not have seen anything wrong with it and put it back on the shelf.

I bought two irish whiskey fruit loaves on separate occaisions for my cafe and found plastic in both cakes! I was mortified by the fact that my customers had Found the plastic an left a complaint to the cafe. I was left feeling embarrassed!

i went into Aldi to purchase a few items from the store a loaf of bread and another item. suddenly i saw members of staff chasing schoolboys around the store I looked because of the distraction and sawn a boy who is a member of my family.

My wife purchased a box of 4 breaded cod fillets ( Northern catch brand ) with a best before date of Oct. 2017. Dear Aldi. being an avid customer to your local store in Lowestoft, Suffolk, I have never had reason to complain as I find your offers are welcoming. Sadly I feel for once I must right to you as my complaint can't be handled in store for this reason. On the 6.5.16 I purchased an Appleby's slow cooked Mint Lamb Shoulder at the cost of £2:99p and at todays prices of lamb I would expect better quality than I received. the content of the packet was 90% Lamb fat with very little meat to consume. I'm not a person who is apposed to a little fat with there meat but I am apposed to only a little meat with there fat.

Over the last week we have gone to your Aldi store in Neilston Road, Paisley, Renfrewshire. This is a "fairly new store in our area". On two occasions we have been unable to purchase all the shopping required because the shop was so COLD !!.

I purchased a marinated butterfly lamb joint of meat at Wangaratta store on27/4/2014. The quality of the lamb was alright but totally spoilt by the overwhelming strength of the marinade. We could not eat it and had to throw it out which for me as a pensioner was most annoying.

I have a leather chair and footstall reference PoR064419 a month ago the chair leg snapped clean in half whilst i was sitting in it crashing my head and shoulder into the wall. I complained you sent me 4 new legs . Last night the new leg sheared again crashing me into the wall , hurt shoulder, head and bent back thumb hurting badly now 12 hours on. This chair is dangerous and not fit for purpose. I am a Chartered Surveyor and Building Engineer, and I understand structures and faults, Both times it sheared on the lower bolt hole location.

I went into you Aldi Store at Bearwood, Sandwell this morning wishing to purchase a number of Items however do to the unequal struggle to get round your store and reach Items that I wanted. I settled for getting just Four Items.

The reason why I found it so difficult is that, as well as baskets of goods being placed in the middle of Shopping Isles and aq lot of your Staff Refilling shelves etc which I can understand. It was the number of Empty Boxes that were just standing right in front of Items Customers may wish to Purchase.

I am virtually on a daily basis receiving e-mails offering £500 vouchers. In fact on the 22nd I received seven(7) mails, from this I am totally fed up and sickened by this total harassment. I want this stopped IMMEDIATELY or I shall be taking legal action.

I have been a shopper at Aldis since your stores first opened here, over 10 years ago, and up until recently have been very happy. I moved to Purfleet 2 years ago, and my nearest Aldis is in Grays. I have shopped there twice now, and have received parking fines through Parking Eye. The parking time is restricted. Sometimes, due to unavoidable circumstances, like busy weekend shopping, these times are not enough.

This never happened to me when I shopped at your Dagenham store!!

I purchased Friendly Farms Greek Light Strawberry cheesecake Yogurt and instead of the flavor it said it was just plain yogurt inside the container. I love Greek yogurt, but not plain so I had to throw it away and wasted my money. I feel like I should at least get my money back. I love Aldi and we don't have one in our town so I have to drive an hour to shop there. I know things like this happen, but again I feel like I should at the very least get my money back.

Of late, the quality of a few products has declined severely. On Sunday 13th March I called in to the Aldi store in Washington, which is my usual, and in fact is the only Supermarket that I use. I only wanted a few items, so my shop was low, £18+. I purchased a bag of Let's Cook casserole vegetables, with a use by date of 14th March. At home, it was put in the crisper draw of the refrigerator. When I came I came to use it on Monday pm, it was fermenting in the bag, stinking to high heaven and totally unusable. I'm very disappointed of late with the quality of some of your fresh foods. It is not unusual to see rotten fruit in bags of seemingly good, or open bags on the shelves either.
