This used to be my favorite bank. They must have sold or got a new CEO or something. I was trying to send a large wire and instructed at 10 AM Pacific, well before the cuttoff. The wire didn't go out that day and almost cost me the deal.
So I called the following morning and they couldn't figure out what was going on. Seems like total disorganization over there and when I explained my frustrations in a rational calm manner it was like they had heard it 100 times and they were sick of all the disfunction in their organization.
Not blaming the employees, if the processes are broken which results in angry customers I would expect that reaction. That is a symptom of a much larger problem. Looks like I will have to find a new bank. Too bad, I used to really like Ally.
