Good morning, I have been wanting to email you sooner, but my schedule wouldn't allow it. I was a passenger on your airlines on July 31st. I was leaving Dallas at 7:50pm, pre boarding and was supposed to arrive in Detroit at 11:30pm.
I came to airport early, due to security and was rudely ask to push my bag through the scanners at Dallas airport, even though, he was standing doing nothing. (guess that must be my job, yet not sure why he was employed.
My ticket showed that I should be at Gate 28, to get my seats, even though they were pre ordered while ordering tickets. Guess that was a waste of my time and energy. Once a approached the gate the ticket guy was VERY RUDE and I noticed that the sign said New jersey 7:45 boarding.
I politely went up and ask if Detroit was still at this gate…
