First service request has been a complete nightmare. ALL departments are handled overseas and handled very poorly. There is zero follow-up by AHS to confirm the contractor actually showed or completed the work. If replacement is required, AHS must wait to receive a work order from the contractor.
If the contractor doesn't file a work order for a replacement, NOTHING IS DONE. I have been waiting for 3 WEEKS to get a fan replaced. I've place dozens of calls to AHS only to get the run around or be placed on hold for 15 to 20 minutes.
I am VERY disappointed and will discontinue the service as soon as this claim is settled. ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY! The company is poorly run.
