This is the second time I have requested services to be told that my contract doesn't cover all of the problem. I am never able to speak with management nor does the contractor discuss the actual finding/results/problem. They call in and then I am told it is not cover.
Majority of the time it is not covered because the contractor DOES NOT want to do the work for what AHS is actually paying them. I am disappointed that I now have to pat BEFORE the services are rendered/completed. Each year the same contract somehow changes and the cost goes up.
I am so disappointed with AHS. I have had to call out for the same issue several times and never get the same contractor. One contractor messed a bathroom up didn't tell me what they did. I discovered it when I had someone else outside of AHS to…
