AHS is doing it again to me, Another situation of just poor policy and follow up.
- AHS fails to renew my contract, because of said, essentially because I am a high risk customer - My contract ended on Jun 11th. It typically renews automatically - I call on Jul 23rd and AHS advises me that I am of High risk and increase my monthly from $67 to $106 - I receive 3 charges of 106.00 on July 25th, Aug 1st and Aug 14th.
The facts are, I did not have service between Jun 11th, when my contract expired and Jul 23rd, however they said they had to back charge me for 3 months, because the contract was re-newed, although I could and did not use the service.
- Please refund my act or send a check for 212 dollars ASAP.
I want the service but should not be billed 318.00 in 25 days because…
