I had 1 guy knock on my door and tell me they needed access to the CATV box in my yard and then be out in 30 minutes. It's now 2-1/2 hours later and have dug a trench clear across my yard.

AT&T customer service refuses to handle the problem. I guess the only course of action is for all the residents in the subdivision to join together and start legal action against AT&T.

I walked into your store at Greenwald Way in Kissimmee Florida 2 sales people were with other customers one person waiting looking bewildered. No one said anything, did not even acknowledge me. I waited for 5 minutes and finally walked out. Very poor customer service.

Had upgrade to fiber optic a while back. Started noticing severe Internet speed issues in July 2021. Had Brinks security system installed at your recommendation to replace DataLife. Had issues become more widespread since then. AT&T Internet speed paid for is 1000 mbps. Speed tests measure at 10 mbps or less on both my laptops. Using Smart Home and Ookla to test speed. Issues with almost all Brinks wireless devices. Had that equipment replaced. Still not working properly. Brinks says it's due to Internet issues. Had your technical folks out several times and equipment (modem, extender and U-Verse set top boxes) replaced multiple times. Off and on issues with iPhone ability to even complete speed test.

Spent 97 minutes on the phone trying to correct an account that the ATT store incorrectly setup as a business account. Was transferred to incorrect person, then hung up on after waiting 45 minutes. Waited 10 minutes to speak to manager, only to be told that he could not help and was then transferred again. Verification pin was sent to incorrect phone number..

Still not sure if issue is resolved.

This company is horrible, my business lines have been down a week, it is nearly impossible to reach a person and when you do they transfer you somewhere. Best part is you're really angry and they are still trying to sell you additional, shitty products.

I am going to run as far as I can, I got rid of them at home a long time ago. I should have learned my lesson. My phones say , they have been disconnected.

Horrible customer service. Moving my elderly mother’s existing basic landline service in SoFL turned into a gong show. I received conflicting or incorrect information at every turn and was passed around constantly. I was twice not contacted to firm up a time for a technician to appear on scheduled dates.

Currently installation is scheduled for March 3, 2022 between 8am and Noon. Would not be surprised if no one shows up.

A representative was supposed to set up my account Feb 15. Its now Feb 22 and I am still without internet and TV. I received the new optic 5G equipment Feb 19, hooked it up but the ethernet cord was too short.

Bought extenders, still no service. Called to find out what's wrong, there's no account created. I finally speak to Tom in the sales department today who actually figured out what happened, created my account BUT it won't be activated until Feb 24!

Unbelievable that I have to wait again for service. I am finding this t be a turn off and I will not be using your service when this lease is up in June. Absolutely horrible service and no relief in sight.

I bought iPhone 13pro max from AT&T retail store on 9th January 2022. I raised a request to unlock the phone on 27th January was sent an email on 28th January that the request was approved. Since then I have been trying to use T mobile sim in the phone but it didn’t work.

I reached out to AT&T tech support, advance tech support, had a conference call with AT&T advance tech support and apple support but AT&T people kept telling me that they did everything and the phone is unlocked. I need to cancel my landline (wireless) service partially because the phone is not working but more importantly because I don't need that extra bill. I do not know my pin number since I have had this phone number since 2006!

Someone stole my credit card and opened a cell phone account in my name, did not notice it until last week, but AT&T has been billing my credit card $70/month for close to a year. I'm in my mid 80's and in a wheel chair in an assisted living facility.

I just finished my 8th hour on the phone with various people and departments at att. I could not get a human so I filled out the form they pointed me to. Two hours later, an email response from att's fraud dept.

and they gave me the knee jerk, "After review, we have determined that this is not fraud". I finally got a human on the phone this evening and I have NEVER had someone so rude like this woman. It's almost like she was getting a big laugh from my predicament, she clearly had no inclination to even lift a finger to assist me.

I had to immediately get a new phone because l still had 3G and AT&T shut down my phone. I bought another flip phone for $60, and by the first month, l knew it was a piece of trash. I could go into detail about all that, but right now, my complaint is that l lost my voicemail, a lovely lady was able to get it running, only to lose it again, 3 weeks later.

When l called for help this time, nothing the tech did worked and the problem was sent to more knowledgable techs twice. After the second attempt, AT&T completely got rid of my voicemail and never bothered to call me back, so they could continue to help me.

I now pay for a service l cannot get.

Let just say if I don’t get my account fixed the way I was promised I’m going to court with att. I don’t care if it takes me years to win but I promise I will. I was given a quote before joining att and was promised they would do exactly what was quoted.

66 a month and taxes plus fee separate which would add up to around $200-$$220 that’s with me paying the $11 for my two iPhone pro max 13 the rest were just transferred over that was also with my insurance. Well my first bill was $800 then I fought that for three days and a total of 12 hours.

This was the second time l had to call, in regards to losing my voicemail service. The first time, l was up and running, within the hour. A few weeks later, l lost the service again, and again, l called.

4 hours later and all l got was a completely disconnected voicemail service and no one bothered to tell me why. That was a week ago. Funny, l wasn’t sent a survey this time. I now believe AT&T, their service, and their cheap flip phones are nothing but a joke.

I have a phone that went bonkers within a month and l could not get my money back. My husband was sent the exact same phone, for FREE, from AT&T, and it is just as lousy.

I have been trying to schedule the removal of an abandon, dangerous pole his for days,,, sounds simple but it IS NOT. Unfortunately the Customer Service reps are located in the Philippines and do not speak clear English or understand common questions / concerns.

Why when you speak to a person they do not transfer you to the right department. I speak English so why don't they get it as to what I want. You need to look into your customer service and train your people right so they understand your needs

I signed up for a new individual plan, and was told by the salesperson that it did not include data, and was only for calls at $.40/minute. Instead, AT&T signed me up for a plan that included data at a very high rate, and in three days incurred over $600 in data charges without even knowing!

It was only when I checked my statement that I realized that I was paying for data via apps running in the background. I am trying very hard to be a new AT&T customer, and simply was given the wrong information by the company and spent a huge sum of money in the blink of an eye.

If I had known that the plant I was sold included data and at such high costs, I simply would have chosen another plan or altered my behavior. It doesn't take much to see how this was negligent sales/advertising at best, and…

Yesterday afternoon AT&T blacked out my service because phone was reported missing. I reported it on Jan 21. I'm just sitting up tonight doing reviews on at&t wherever I can. This has to stop. I refuse to sit by while this company just robs everyone and no one does anything about it. How bout put yourself in the rep's position.

A customer of 20 years calls to do an upgrade. They tell you, they need their new phone right away, and ask to start the process over the phone and then go pick up their device from the nearest location available.

Pretty fair request, I would think. But instead, you lead this 20 year customer down a deceiving path of empty promises just to lock in the sale. I always buy AT&T phones because they are the best. I worked for 27 years in the Bell System before the 1984 divestiture.

However, if John Stankey and all the rest of the corporate men and women in ATT take OAN off the air I will never buy another ATT product in my life. I will not let my parents, relatives or friends buy ATT products either.

Get some gumption and say no to those people that want you to take it off the air. And the customer service that you have is terrible. You can't even get a decent customer service representative.

When we looked into switching to AT&T from Verizon ,our guy from AT&T, promised our monthly bill would be 130 a month, 2 lines. Unlimited. My new phone would be free as long as I mailed back my old phone.

My wife's phone would be 500 bucks if we mailed hers in too. And we needed to get auto pay set up. We did everything asked of us. Well what a joke. AT&T claims they never received the phones. My bill been triple what I signed up for.

Every month my wife or myself have taken the time to call customer service and waste countless hours, to no avail,and possible health issues from the stress of being lied to,and hung up on when told to wait on hold. They took unauthorized money from my bank account on 1-27-2022. That's the last straw. I need action.

We have three services with AT&T, our wireless, internet and TV. When AT&T stream changed over to Directv, another account was created without our knowledge. About three weeks ago, my husband I noticed that there were double charges made to our bank account from Directv Stream.

When we first noticed the double charges, we reached out to Directv to see why. They told us that we had two accounts. We started to look back at the charges and realized that we had been double charged all of last year.

The people I deal with at 611 are dreadful. They don't understand me and the phone reception quality is often not good. I want to get a new phone - 5G compatible.

I've made 3 trips to ATT stores and 3 calls to 611. I GET NOWHERE WITH EITHER! I want to speak with a supervisor who speaks understandable English knows what they're talking about, and can solve my problem.

I have AT&T internet, land line and Direct TV. Twice I have had to drive 500 miles there and back to be there to await the AT&T Tech to fix my internet link. Both times it was because an AT&T Tech had disabled my feed for land line and internet.

The service tech in fact was the tech that fixed it before. He told me that another tech had disabled my feed to hook up another. My internet and land line was out for over two weeks. The travel and cost to drive up to have this fixed is very poor customer service.

The tech that fixed my problem was named George. He was great, even walking in the snow to get to my place, kudos to him. The service call was Thursday the 20th of Jan and the location was 242 Laurel Valley Rd. C.

Att let a user on my account turn back on her that was suspended for non payment of her share. She was able to unsuspend it and even get the phone ported over to a new carrier with out my knowledge or concent.

There was 25 installment payments still owed on phone that they want me to pay off all at once. Ive paid my normal amount and they shut me off. No luck with fraud department either.

If I could give a zero I would. My bill is $11 higher this month. The website to address this first sent me to fios. Over at least 12 attempts, I had 12 different tree options, none of which worked, and all led down rabbit holes.

I provided the same info each time, and was never able to get to billing. I got offered new devices to buy, one time got to my account info. I clicked billing and was bounced out. I never, ever got to billing details

My soon to be ex son-in-law is on my phone plan. He is porting his number to his own account for obvious reasons. I spend 20 minutes on the phone with someone on Thursday going over the situation and talking through how to port his number without him gaining access to my account.

I call in and verify my account, then conference him in and they take it from there. Come time for him to port his number a mere 3 days later and after a 15 minute wait on hold I was told no, the only way I can let him take his number is to give him the account number and

pin and give him full access into my account. I don't know which representative was right. What I do know is I got 2 different answers and had to give a hostile party unfettered access into my account. That is ridiculous.

This account is mostly under my wife Patrice Taylor( trice5561@att.net). I made an appointment on Dec 29,2021 to upgrade my upload and download speeds. The technician came and left and said there was nothing more he needed to do and he would have a line technician dispatched to finish the upgrade. Problem- 1. On 01/12/2022 around 5 PM eastern time my Iphone lost service and had a message saying it had been deactivated contact your carrier. I used another phone to call AT&T and the woman I talked to would only try to sale me a phone upgrade but not help me with my problem.

She kept saying I am putting you on hold walking over here then poof she was gone. Then she would come back and again try to sell me an upgrade then I am putting you on hold walking over here and poof gone again.

I in the meantime restarted my phone and got my service back. She kept doing the same thing over and over till I got upset and told he never mind I fixed it then I hung up. May look to verizon for my next service.

So I set up a payment arrangement to pay my bill and to keep services active after speaking with representative she claims everything is in place I make my payments as scheduled and my services have now been suspended. Spoke with representative again stating I have emails verifying my arrangements and was told that services were suspended due to non payment?

I have all bank statements showing my payments posted and on top of all of this I am out of work currently due to covid. So I sit home with covid no phone service and at&t wants $613 to turn service back on.

I feel like possibly all representatives should be on same page while giving "help" to customers. Great help for people during a pandemic while experiencing covid

I have spent 6 hours on the phone today trying to resolve my slow wireless internet. After speaking with numerous reps that spoke such horrible English and dropped my call, I still have nothing resolved. Beyond frustrated but not beyond changing carriers.

Constantly had to call customer service to pay bill instead of paying online. Each and every time I call to pay my bill they wouldn’t be able to locate my account so I would have to start a new account (annoying and inconvenient) well this time it wouldn’t even accept my same card I use every time this time claiming it was already used before well of course it is because I also pay my internet bill with that card that’s a separate bill which is also a inconvenience because it should be bundled so
