m. and noon. m. I got a text message saying the tech was "running late" and it was unlikely they would be there by noon. I was given the option of waiting or changing my appointment. I chose to wait, since I had already stayed home from work. m.

I called customer service and was told that the service ticket had NOT EVEN been assigned to a technician yet. The customer service person, who was very nice, said there would be a good chance that the technician would still make it out to my house that day.

The customer service person put in a request that someone call me regarding the late appointment. At 2:31 I received a call from AT&T with a person with a very heavy accent, I had trouble understanding him. He said the technician would be late and asked if I wanted to wait or reschedule.…

Dear AT&T, I am writing this letter with copies being sent to the local Columbia City, Indiana store along with AT&T corporate because of my experience when shopping on 12.24.2021. I decided to purchase a new phone for my 15-year-old son for Christmas knowing I was eligible for an upgrade. The associate asked for my driver’s license immediately and, without thinking it an issue, explained it was lost days before.

First, there is the insult of ATT / ATT-Uverse's outrageous cost. Especially when you have been a long-term customer and see ads on TV offering service at 1/3 the cost but they refuse to honor this for existing customers.

Second, unreliable service, frequent pixelating on TV, slow internet speed, frequent outages, etc.

Good luck calling customer service, be prepared to waste several hours of your time trying to communicate with people with very heavy accents who will put you on hold for 10-20 minutes over and over again, only to tell you a tech has to come out but there is no one available for several days. Sometimes the techs show up, sometimes they don't but in our experience, when they do, it generally takes 2-3 additional techs to come out, only to discover the problem is not at our…

AT&T provide good services to customers but please check your bills every month, I have been using this service last 5 years,They created promotions in Christmas time don't buy any phones with that promotions. I'm the person affected in that promotion.

They took my phone and not providing credits for last 1 year now they are saying 2 months time for releasing my credits. Don't trust this service in payment method. I'm just asking my phone back I don't want that promotions or otherwise just provide last year credit to my account immediately.

Your automated phone system is a nightmare!!!!IIm going on day 5 of trying to get to the right person,without being cutoff.Once you get to the right person,they have always been helpful,knowledgable and courtious,its getting there thats the problem.It is so bad that in the future I am going to do everything I can to avoid doing business with at&t.I do commend your telephone workers because by the time we finally talk to them we are so frustrated and upset and they have to put up with us,so they all probly deserve a raise.

Absolutely horrible customer service. They tell you to dial 611, but when having phone account problems you call 611 to hear it’s an express billing line and when I ask for customer service it says my account isn’t set up for this.

I was told to do brighter things next time and save my confirmation messages of payments. I was told to have family or friends split balmy past due balance. So unprofessional. After all the money I spent here always on time, it took me over two hours to be transferred four times and in the end they didn’t help fix anything!

Service sucks as it is and I went to Verizon today and got much better deals Bc of the holidays so now we will pay around $80 less for much better service and brand new phones. Bye ATT I won’t miss your horrendous service or customer…

Had duplicate ATT TV account, signed up for the move 16 months ago and the rep said our old address was entered because that was the address in our credit card. What, I signed up for service at our new address.

Rep said only one month would be credited. This is complete BS.

Unless this is rectified I will closing my internet, cell service as soon as I can.

The rep said ATT Tv streams position is that I should have looked at my bill closer. They clearly could see one account was. NOT in use, ever.

I had AT&T for 6 years and recently switched service. My number was officially transferred on Oct 12. I got an email from AT&T saying my service is disconnected on the same day. I checked AT&T app for balance and it was $0 at the time.

I thought I was done until I got a letter in the mail from AT&T a month and a half later saying I have a balance of a whole month of service + a late fee on my account for Oct 9-Nov 8. I called AT&T customer service today because I don't think I'm deserved to be charged for something I didn't use and especially a late fee without any notice.

The only notice I got was an email on Nov 18 which already included the late fee. The person I spoke to said he's sorry that I wasn't aware of the charge but I still have to pay the full amount + the late fee. I asked…

They deserve negativie stars. Every time I deal with them some BS happens. This last time the stole 50$ from me. I was on a prepaid plan and then got accepted into ebb 15$ unlimited plan. I loaded 65$ on to my account and instead of charging 15$ they took the whole 65$ and when I called customer service I got transferred 7 different times then they transferred me to someone who doesn't speak my language then

They charged me a $100 service fee for fixing a single wire while trying to sell me on services I have no interest in. I work from home and it cost me a day of work waiting for them to show up and take care of the issue. Repair itself went fine, but when it came to getting the fee taken care of, the only thing anyone can say there is that the charge is "valid"

I have suffered a stoke and am disabled. My main source of communication is via land line phone. My other source is my email. That, I use as much as my phone. I would think you people are flexible when you're presented with varying, exceptional issues.

0 Stars if I could give it. I have a medical condition and require a phone. They were told that but could care less. TWO WEEKS of daily no shows. Each day I called them and kept asking when would they be out to install my phone.

Every day I was told I was on the list for THAT day. THEY LIE LIE LIE. I am a retired employee of ATT and wanted to keep them because of my class A concession discount. NOT worth the aggravation.

I have had terrible static in my landline phone for over 2 weeks now. On Saturday, my internet went out. I have called, chatted, multiple times. Today I was on chat from 14:28 to 16:06. During that time I spoke to 5 different people until I got to Fig, a floor supervisor.

They told me that they could not do anything since I didn't have a 4 digit pass code. I told them that I didn't know it. I've had the phone lines since May 2000. They then called my house phone to verify.

The connection was bad, I was trying to hear. She told me she couldn't do anything unless I had a 4 digit code. They have my cell number, my home number, my address and I'm asking for them to come out to repair.

An AT&T field agent was on our K-12 school property taking photos of an adjacent building today (1:45 PM MDT, 11/3/21), and one of our staff members (a woman) asked him if he needed any help, and who he was. This was asked because the AT&T field agent was not wearing any identifying badges or uniform, because he was taking pictures, and because we value student safety with unknown visitors on campus.

Unfortunately, the AT&T field agent responded belligerently to her and was rude. He said he had been here all day with his truck. We subsequently confirmed that an AT&T truck was onsite around a corner difficult to see -- USDOT # 333636. This is the only way we had of assuming that he was an AT&T field agent after the fact.

The network is changing so they send me a s9 with a 5g sim card and I already have a71 which is supposed to have a 4g network but it doesn't now there telling there not compatible.. which I can't my voicemail no longer works as well I asked them to send me a label which no return label was provided..

I have been contacting customer support for over three months.

First time I contacted them it was about my password not working. They said they would connect me to the manager. When he answered he said hi I'm not the manager. I've had multiple problems trying to log in and no one can help me.

I called again tonight because I still can't log in. Every time I log in it makes me reset my password. I do and log in with the temporary password it gives me and it says too many attempts and to reset it again.

I called today when I got home from work and was told I need to call back in the morning. If this can't be fixed as much as I pay you I will need to find another provider. FYI I am already looking

I want to file a formal complaint against the Direct TV and the loyalty department. I have called regarding my $30 promotion that was going to expire October 19. I was told to call to reinstate the $30 promotion and called June,July, August, September and four times in October.

When I called in September the loyalty department told me to call October 1 to have the $30 reinstated on my DIRECTV bill. I did that. I was told to call back 18th of October. I did and was told to call back the next day, the day before the promotion ended October 19.

When I called on the 19th when the promotion ended I was told I will not be getting one. I have been given a verbal agreement to have my $30 promotion reinstated and I feel that it should have been honored instead of misleading me for months.

I ordered New Internet service with AT&T. m. I got on the app, it said wasn't ready for service until December 30, 2037. I called customer service they said they are having problems. They told me I couldn't self-install until next Thursday, November 4, I already disconnected my internet service from another company, knowing I would have service with At&t.

Account # 287254801024 With 18 devices and lines under our wireless plan, one would think I wouldn't have to spend 1 1/2 hours on the phone every time we need to update or add a new line. You have set your contact people up to fail and I resent that.

Give them the power to update information and have easier access to our information. I have to repeatedly give them my pin and then retrieve a pin from another device in order to check on the status of a back ordered phone that we didn't receive a notice of suspension on.

I have tried repeatedly to update our information on line but that doesn't work either. My frustration with your poor customer service mounts every time I hear the name of AT&T.

On 10/15/21 I purchased a Galaxy A52 and a new phone line for my daughter and added it to my current phone package. Joel O. 89. 89 a month. So I called AT&T back and was informed by Brian A.

89 a month and Joel O. had made a mistake. So I followed Brain A suggestion that I deliver the phone back to an AT&T store. I showed the people at the AT&T store the text that Joel O. 95 a month but they also said they could do nothing about that. 95 for 36 months.

I would like to point out that I used the same AT&T # to call both Joel O. and Brian A. only the option changed from sales to billing. I would recommend being very careful when calling AT&T. 00 for restocking fee, plus the money I lost on the case and memory card.

My mother went to the Reynolds rd location in Lexington KY for help with switching a number over. Due to them not doing it right the first time, she had to go back. Where she was told from a smart ass punk that she needs to stop coming there, that he can’t help her.

My mother is in her late 60’s and don’t understand the new technology. And if he would of taken a few minutes out of his precious time. He could of helped her. He needs to learn how to respect his elders.

I am sending this email as I am very upset and feel as if AT&T has robbed me. I called back in early June and asked that a phone line be cancelled due to the phone being stolen and no longer having it in my possession.

I wish I could give 0 stars for AT&T customer service over the phone and in the store. I have been trying to set up new service with trade ins Since 9/25/2021. My first order which was done over the phone was canceled, I was waiting on phones to come in and called to check status to find out order was canceled.

Difficulty scheduling U-Verse repair service: on hold 2 hour to schedule and 4 hours the next day to change my primary number back to my home number. When requesting repair service for u-verse they changed my primary number to my cell phone number and it took 4 hours to change it back to the original number.

I went to an AT&T store in Appleton, Wisconsin on calumet street. I had been working with a salesman name Jon-Paul and he said that he was figuring out my trade in for my phone and setting up an unlimited data plan.

I was later contacted by the AT&T website saying my plan was never updated. He was extremely rude in store and was absolutely no help. He couldn’t give me a real answer of how much my plan was actually going to cost.

I would recommend never allowing him to work with customers ever.

I purchased an iPhone 12 mini from At&T and was sent a defective phone. The local AT&T store DID NOT help me diagnosis the issue ("that your problem not ours") so I went to the local Simply Mac outlet and they spent considerable time determining that it was a hardware issue and the phone needed to be replaced.

I went back to the AT&T store to return the phone and get a replacement but again was told "That's your problem not ours. You need to contact Apple directly". This despite the fact that I bought the phone from AT&T. I was and am shocked by this response. How is selling a defective phone not their responsibility?

99 for a one day football ppv. I have told customer service I don't want anything that will cost anything except what I signed up for. I called again today and am made to pay it, but change to not over $1.

why wasn't any rep ever told me to put in that amount. This practice seems to be fraudulent as the remote let the program be made available. It didn't ask for the code and the over $0 wasn't honored. When my contract is over I will not sign up for att.

Not a customer of AT&T so I've been getting the runaround. Of course I got the runaround from them when we WERE customers too, especially from billing. But now? Got a spam call from a number which (amazingly) did NOT exist according to Google, but DID (when I manually went through the list of spam call report sites I keep handy) traced back to the carrier being a company called Bellsouth.

This problem started back around the 20th of September 2021. My wife and I had bought a house in Biloxi Ms. We at that time was living in Hattiesburg Ms. So I contacted AT&T at their if your moving department and set up the date of October the 2nd 2021 to transfer my Internet service from the Hattiesburg Ms.

My mother-in-law is actually still in the hospital as I am writing this what can be done to make at&t take this situation as serious as it is? 13 day's is more then enough time to have it taken care of????
