Manager attitude and unknowledge of the contracts and procedures. Had to go 3 times to get help with unlocking my phone, still not resolved. She came up with the story that I need to wait 30 days to be unlocked.

That is not true, is only for corporation contracts, not my personal phone. She stay always in the back of the store instead of helping people coming or the new employees working under her. I have to ask for her to get involved and got defensive.

I work in a hospital, we deal with multiple high-intense situations of life and death, we still present ourselves with a nice face and been sorry for the problem or issues. I have never complained and I have been a loyal customer for more than 12 years!

In 2020 I went to the att in Alexandria va beacon hill and the manager lied to my face to upgrade my phone and he told me I would be credited $350 and it would come up on the bill , later on I didn’t see it on the bill and went to the store to talk to the manger and he said that I was lying he never said that I understood wrong and

BEWARE OF THEIR DEALS. DON'T ACCEPT ANY TV OR PHONE SERVICE. Clearly got scammed by AT&T. I was suppose to get $250 reward from AT&T. Only got $150. Contact AT&T and they told me to wait until the end of the first month to see if the remaining comes to the mail.

My wireless signal at home in Bethany CT is terrible and has been for the longest time. Trying to find out why is like trying to cut off your own arm. It seems that people don’t man the phones any more and if you’re lucky to get a person they are from some other country and don’t have a clue for why the wireless signal sucks. “Chandler” in AT&T Customer Service answered my call to AT&T Technical Support. I asked him my very simple question about removing the Passcode from my iPhone 8. ”, I was met with a very long silence and eventually he would mutter, “Um hmmm”.

It is my opinion that anything he muttered came off as very “smart alecky” or “cocky”. I received this answer from Chandler for each question I asked or statement I made…just “Um hmmm”. I actually told myself what steps to take to remove the Passcode as this is the only response I continued to receive from AT&T Customer Support.

A few minutes into the conversation I entered a wrong number and had to start over again. Once again I did it on my own, advising Chandler I was still on the line continuing to try and remove the Passcode.

I have been experiencing data connectivity problems with all my devices on my local tower, (3 cell phones) I filed my first ticket in November of 2019, it is now September 2021, I have had over 18 tickets, 2 or 3 urged cases opened, and still no resolution. I am extremely upset with AT&T. I was originally with Sprint/T-Mobile. An AT&T person basically finessed me saying that she could get my monthly payment down to $40 a month with all these "amazing" discounts. She said I'll be paying a big amount for the first 3 months and everything should go down afterwards.

Thrown out of an AT&T store by an unvaccinated (I assume) store manager - I have never posted a complaint online about a company before. My lawyer’s training has made me pretty good a working through systems to reach a satisfactory solution of most problems.

But this one has astounded me. I spent at least an hour on AT&T’s website, online chats, and calling various phone numbers. In got all sorts of conflicting information about how to complain about an AT&T store manager and was mostly sent to dead ends.

My sim was deactivated by AT&T even after I called telling them the free cell they were sending me was not needed. They sent the cell phone anyway and after I called again informing them my cell was a 4G LTE and I had two others on their list of of capatible cell phones, they still deactivated my sim card. I called using another provider and was sent a new sim card by AT&T for my Motorola Moto G but it is the wrong size. It requires a nano sim card. I have no working phone now (as the mobile service through the other provider: TMobile(Mint) has also gone to no service and this is my only means to communicate.

I cannot call AT&T's customer service because I have no working phone nor do I have access to one.

I had new service installed on 9/9/21 the acct. Rep. Told me i would receive the NFL and NBA pkg . Which would be free included into my bill.

Also the said i would receive a 3 month Hbo , cinamex, and showtime for free which is promotial. After they installed my dish,i had no cinamex, no showtime no hbo, no nfl and no nba like they told me i would have.

I had to call in and have them to include those items except the NFL!!! NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME ITS NOT INCLUDED? WHAT CAN OF MANIPULATION IS THIS? I spent a total of 2 1/2 hours trying to resolve my billing problem. I contacted Prepaid Billing and talked to an agent who looked at my account and told me I was due for a refund. He then transferred over to someone who couldn't even access my account correctly.

I asked for a supervisor and she proceeded to lose my call. Then I called someone up at the executive customer service but the number I called only directed me to a another phone number which simply brought me back to a number I had previously called with no results.

Is this phone really worth it?

I have been without internet services for 3 weeks. They can't tell me except maybe an outside main cable problem. It's always it will resolved within 24 hr and yesterday they said 2 hours. I just want to know what is going on and should I switch companies.

I was visiting my parents in Kerrville, TX. I took them to the AT&T store there to try and get their bill streamlined and my Mom switched over to an iPhone and iPad because I think those products would be easier for her.

That being said, I have never experienced such awful, uncaring, incompetent service in my life! They had no clue on what their inventory was and I had to ask them to go look for certain products numerous times. I'm still at a loss for words on the treatment we received there.

Even the manager was worthless of any help. My parents are in their 80's and my Dad is dying so we were trying to get things set up for my Mom. I dare to hope their next bill reflects the changes we made.

Grateful I don't have to use this worthless company.

On Saturday, September 5, 2021, I went to the AT&T store located at 10729 Columbia Pike, Silver Spring, MD 20901 and spoke with the customer service representative, Timothy. I told him that I had gone to the AT&T website to receive the teacher appreciation program which offered qualified teachers a 25% discount off their bill if they added four phone lines to their service.

My family and I have been customers with AT&T for over 15 years. My wife (Jennifer Hall) was in charge of our plan to begin with and I took over the account in 2018. I traded in four iPhone X's that met all of the trade-in requirements in order to receive the $700 discount that the promotion provided if my family turned in their personally owned phones.

I must complain on your use of a gift card for a refund, I have now received 2 cards for a total of $142. I followed the instructions on lower portion of your letter but was told that a could not request a bank transfer or a paper check. I must point out that you have been sweeping my account for almost a decade and you could had deposited my refund on the account where it came from. I believe that your lack of customer service and creative financing reaffirms my decision to terminate business with you.

On Sunday, August 29, my husband and I entered your Meadville store 4:50 PM. It was difficult to tell who was a customer and who was an employee as nobody there appeared in a professional manner. We were approached by a young man who told us we were second in the waiting line.

He took our name and reason for visit. Seven other people came in, waited a half hour or so and left. Initially, there were two “technicians” assisting people. When the one technician finished, at approximately 4:35, she left the building and we saw her drive away.

As she drove away there were seven people waiting for service. At 4:50, the individual who left returned in her car and sat in the parking lot. That left only one person, Jasmine, the manager, to assist customers. What a shame.

I wasn't able to select a 0/5 rating. AT&T is without a doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their buried lines contracting company was working on burying a neighbors fiber line and cut mine while doing so.

It took AT&T four days to get a technician to run a new fiber line to my house. I was then told the buried line contracting company would bury the exposed fiber line within 3-5 business days. This was ONE MONTH AGO.

I have called in on 5 separate occasions and been told 5 different dates at which the line will be buried. Their customer service center is a joke and escalations mean nothing to them. They will treat you like garbage and lie to you over the phone.

I received an email that Att was now offering fiber internet. I called to upgrade and the cost was actually a few dollars LESS per month. The next day, I received a customer service summary that said I made changes to both my internet AND wireless account.

Upon checking the summary, there was a change to one of the wireless lines with no mention of what the change was.

Additionally, another wireless line was charged a $30 one time fee titled “upgrade no commit”. Taxes and fees also increased 375%, going from roughly $20 per month to over $75 per month. 1 of the taxes and fees was listed at $21 per month for “federal universal service fund”.

I called att to discuss what happened and after an hour, they stated that nothing other than the internet was changed and that I shouldn’t worry.…

I years and years of awful representatives who are quick to “transfer “ you to someone who can “help” resolve your issues. If you have any other choice other than to use this company please do yourself a favor and do so.

They are an unqualified, unprofessional, rude, infuriating company to have service with. I am generally very patient and understanding but enough is enough, this company needs to figure it out. I really hope enough of these complaints get these people shut down.

I was told since July 11 that I would get a complimentary cell phone from AT&T.

As of August 18 have not received it after many calls and getting different answers from your reps! I'm disgusted. It's terrible. It's been ridiculous and terrible.

Told that by 8/13 I would get the phone delivered to house because of back order. well, Aug. 13 has passed and haven't received it. Have asked to talk with a Manager multiple times and haven't spoken because either the rep doesn't do it or on hold for a very long time

How long will I have to wait just to get this phone which AT&T wants me to get because of the 4G/5G switch. My nokia is a 4G but was told that for voicemail it's a 3G and that's why I need a new phone.

On January 22, 2021 I switched my TV service to AT&T Streaming TV. I also switched my internet and home phone to AT&T. During this process when everything was being hooked up another representative of AT&T by the name of Chris (704-747-3865) came to check on the installation. Back in June I ordered the wireless internet box. I was told that 50GB would be enough to stream movies and gaming. Two weeks in and we have reached our limit. I called and complained and was told I should increase my usage plan. I did.

At that time I was at the 14 day buyers forgiveness. Several weeks in we were reaching that usage. I was having to turn our data off so it wouldn’t go over. Now we are two weeks in and have gone over our usage.

I called to cancel based on not getting what was first told to me. And Im told I have to pay for the equipment after I asked if I could send it back. I don’t feel like I should be charged for this box due to being given wrong information the first time.

I would really appreciate it if this could be taken care of. Thanks in advance.

I have been having a problem with service on one of my phones and been over a month with no solutions. I left the company that I was with for 20 years thinking it was a good move but I was wrong!

I purchase a AT & T phone about a 2 months ago. It has been hacked every since. Its not Activated. I only used it for WiFi at the public library. I always had the Sims card out. I used it also to record video of my car with camera.
