My husband and I decided to switch from our current internet plan to the WiFi hotspot plan after talking to customer service rep on the phone. Unfortunately it did not meet the need we were told it would provide little did I know this would be where our nightmare started.

Two days after receiving it we called to return device and pay they said take device to local store then pay and shut off service since it had only been 48 hrs. Took hotspot to local store after 4 1/2 hours finally got device returned and paid balance of account but then told we needed to call to shut our account down and turn off service.

Left store and called customer service after 3 hours of phone transfers we finally were put back to the original department we called. They said everything was taken care of account…

received new cell phone but no att to take to to have numbers/names put in new phone - would have helped if att had provided stores that have equipment for old phones. Very hard time getting service - ended up recording 116 numbers one at a time.

Had ATT fiber internet put in Friday. It went out on Saturday. It took ATT thee day to come fix the problem. Today, Saturday 8/7/2021 they came out to bury the cable. When they left, the internet when out again.

Guess what, they won’t come out until Monday to repair it. I am likely going to pack up all their equipment and send it back.

When ever I log in using my user name and password I am receiving message in my smart phone or computer A VERIFICATION CODE REQUIRED to be sent in asking which phone number need verification code to sent of course my smart phone.

I highlighted my mobile phone number and click send. Never get code. Without code I cant login to any of my account. I am contacted att&t many times in a month. each time they generating a ticket number and also stating a technical expert will call me to fix problem.

Cellular signals a not the best where I live, but we manage with cell phone amplifiers and tall antennas. For several weeks now the AT&T cell signal has been weak to non-existent. I don't get bars, I get 1 tiny dot of a signal, sometimes no signal at all. I have reported it at least twice. No results. I installed a repeater with a high antenna several years ago to boost the normal signal. This worked until now. Even with the antenna and repeater, the signal it virtually useless.

Not really sure what to do about it and, apparently, neither is AT&T.

AT&T filed a fraudulent bankruptcy claim, submitted a fake bill and received $975 not acknowledging the crime even after I submitted bank statements showing I did not owe them. I filed a complaints with the BBB. Employee, TAMMY WYN, harassed me over the phone, claimed they sent a refund but refused to send a letter verifying this.

She then lied to the BBB that I refused their settlement proposal. AT&T ARE THEIVES AND CRIMINALS. 0.

99. I was so angry about the increase, that I took it out on the agent. She made a lower offer, but I could not hear her, because I felt it was still too expensive for me. So I told her that I would find another provider.

On 8/1/121 , myself and my husband went into the store for a new line. We wasn’t greeted when we entered. It was very loud as if it were a party going on. Upon finally walking up to get his attention he beginning to start the documents.

He was very unprofessional the entire time I were there. There was another customer there waiting also but Mr. Khali was more focusing on walking over to a table with females at laughing and talk to them. Once he finally came back , he asked my husband “do you want to take a shot” (while drinking out of a red cup).

We know for a fact it was an alcoholic beverage because I could smell it and on him as well. One of the young ladies came and got the cup from him once he asked called her over there & asked her too.

I would give the management 0 if I could. We have been loyal customers of DirecTV since 1997. Over the past 10 years your "loyalty" department has been most unloyal to us. Just this year (2021) we had issues with a DVR that was supposed to be replaced.

It was supposedly ordered and we were told it was delivered but was actually never shipped. After talking to 3 supposed representatives (Ron, Vince, Gema) we talked to a representative (Nathan) who actually was good and agreed to give us a retroactive discount for June since we were minus one DVR for that month and had been jerked around by your "loyalty" representatives.

In March of 2020 I went to what I thought was At&t store was a third party. I turned in a Samsung Galaxy S7 and replaced it with a Samsung Galaxy S21 5g. The representative in the store Richard Mendoza, said my phone trade in would only cost $99 that day and after 2 billing cycles it would be free.

I am now going on 5 months and I am being charged for my new phone. The customer service is saying becauss when the warehouse received my phone it would not turn on. This is not my problem. I was told to go back to store and put a note on the account that it was working and in great shape.

I ordered a new phone on Friday with delivery for Saturday. I paid a deposit. I did not get it Saturday and called AT&T. I was then told it would ship out Monday for delivery Tuesday. On Tuesday I was told by FedEx that they just received the package and it would be delivered between 9-8 Wednesday. No reason by AT&T.

Worst costumer service ever. Had An appointment to sent up the services at my home and it got moved from Wednesday to Tuesday, after taking a day off from work, no one showed up on Tuesday, after I called I spoke to about 3 customer service reps and

no one had a reason why no one had showed up, one of them told me my apt had to be rescheduled to Thursday. And did not give me a reason at all. This is unbelievable. I had to cancel because I could not miss another day from work.

My internet was shut off without notice my bill was accidentally not paid due to losing my card and number being change on it . I called and paid the past due amount and was supposed to recieve new equipment in a couple days and it has been five days.

Now I call and there is a technical problem meaning I owe 50 dollars on the account that they abruptly closed. I must open a new one but in the mean time I am paying over a hundred dollars a month for a TV package why shut off the internet I cant watch the package that I currently have.

I am on fixed income and I am sick I am sorry I made a mistake but why am I treated so poorly by your customer service. I was not told I have to pay the 50 dollar balance before my internet box could be sent out.

My bill is constantly going up. I am currently subscribed to a 1000mbs plan and the most I get is 300 mbs. After speaking to technical department several times who could not help; they said, it is what it is, I wanted to downgrade my plan to 500 since I don't get anywhere near that .

A so called Manager, Orlando (OS37IC) could not help me at all. He pretty much told me that I have only one and only option which is my current one for the same price. He was rude and I would never recommend him to be working in a customer service department.

Our neighbor had fiber optic put in and AT&T cut our line while installing their service….. We’ve been waiting over a 1 1/2 and still no service. This was not our problem. The lack of their employees service. We so graciously let them in our backyard to help install neighbors service.

Today I decided to review my BBB complaint against AT&T. com or (816) 251-8457, somebody I have never met, heard from or spoken to reported that our matter was resolved. How is that possible? I last spoke directly with Daryl Maddox on 7/16/21 and he was suppose to follow-up on the matter and get back to me. He has not.

AT&T has failed to provide the refund that was issued on 6/25/21 of $910 via a gift card. The gift card has not been received. Nor has AT&T been able to provide a tracking number that proves it was mailed.

Additionally, I have not received the $57 credit balance that was on the last bill.

For the second time this year AT&T trenchers have damaged equipment in our backyard. AT&T seems to have no care in having their crews be careful in their digging insisting that they are “highly trained.” Their response is just, “Oh well, have it fixed and we will reimburse you.” AT&T seems to think that the disruption they cause has zero value to homeowners. 19 on the address envelope to carol stream Illinois, why the address change, to get more money from customers. 95 on June 2, for the April 2 bill, my mother 95 does not call anyone. I have my cellphone I use, being her daughter.

All she receives is scammer calls who spoof important numbers and call her number and probably charge it to her number. The telephone/cable lines in front of 5560 Unit #501 (Barton Woods Condo) have been tied up with rope and plastic since Nov. 2020. I contacted Spectrum and they are the ones who tied up the AT&T line & Wow line.

You shipped me a new phone to replace my old 3G (6013171559). I activated it but after that it would not work. Took it to the att store they couldn't get it to work either but they put a new card in my old phone so it would work.

Got home and old phone wouldnt work-went back to att store and they said old phone had been disabled when I activated the new one. I dont know why they didnt know that or tell me that when I was in the first time!

They said I had to call att-it would have been nice if they could have done that for me and straightened the whole thing out but they didnt. Fallen tree damaged wires around 9 am on 22July 2021. We have been without internet service for 31 hours. AT&T does not have the courtesy to inform customers of the breakdown in their poor service. I now understand why Consumer Reports in their latest issue rated ATT as a poor ISP with an overall customer satisfaction score of 62 (rank 16) compared to 85 for Sonic and 82 for Google Fiber.

This inordinate delay to repair & restore service seems to be a hallmark of ATT.

I have spend too many minutes on the phone trying to have this taken care of only to be transferred from one person to another or put on hold for 20 minutes or longer so I would hang up. If I where an invalid who needed this phone I would be in serious trouble.

I did finally get my appointment on Friday the 23rd and I think I will seriously consider moving my service to a different company. the phone in case anybody really gives a hood.

I received a new phone in the mail to replace the flip phone that I have had for several years and was informed there would be no more support for that phone. I went to the store on A st. in Hayward.

I asked the young man at the AT&T store if he could help me to transfer the data on the sim card to the new phone. He tells me there is a machine to handle that task but he does not have one at this store that I need to go to the Union City store where they have one.

After 4 previous calls to cancel part of my service, I spent 46 minutes on the phone, first with a service rep and then with a supervisor trying to correct their billing and make a payment. They were still billing me for service I had cancelled almost 2 months ago.

On March 9, I contacted ATT and spoke to a supervisor and I was trying to port my # to Comcast . I returned my equipment to comcast and continued with ATT. 18 Then when I call to dispute the charges they tell me the promotion expired and they gave me a new one without my permission two days later.

Recently I received an email stating HBO was being added to my bill and it even gave me a cost the included the end of my then promotional period. I immediately contacted customer service and let them know I did not want the HBO which at that time I was told the service would not affect my bill and when I looked again my bill had changed.

Unfortunately for me, HBO is back on my bill and it went up an additional $27 and some change. We let him in to do his pitch when he said subscribing would allow us to get Netflix. Not that Netflix was extra. I was informed that all 3 Hallmark channels were included. Not that I had to pay extra. I was informed that the price of my services were locked in for a year. Premium channels included. Now I find out they are not. My service has been out since June 20th, 2021. I have been without my landline for almost 1 full month. I expect that you will not bill me for any of my landline for that month or give me a credit for that month.

Need to file a claim When your tech replaced the equipment ON May 28. He knocked off a drain on my A/C unit had to have that repaired along with the living room ceiling! The A/c unit was $350.00 the Ceiling was $1,190.00.

The nightmare since Febuary my box would go out. I’d call in and have them reset it and then they told me they couldn't do it anymore which was a bold lie. I called a couple 3 days later than they'd reset it. That happened for 4 months until I had my box replaced in May. I lost over month of the service because you wouldn't be honorable and reset it the first time I called. You had to make excuses just saying that that's an outdated system and you can't reset but YOU DID!

Besides the Hassle frustration I've got like 6 hours worth…

Three days and overpayment of $180 so that I may have service for my son and me. Three days equates to approximately 16 hours on hold, being hung up on, and tears. I'm so upset and confused about how a massive company like AT&T can blatantly be wrong and offer no restitution.

At the end of my last call, the supervisor assured me that she would be transferring me to a different department since the one I was speaking with didn't handle complaints, and there would be no need to restate my situation; that supervisor transferred me into the general hold cue, the exact one I had been sitting in for three days.

I came to the store in west Monroe, La. a man named James was chosen to help us. I let him know when we started that I was upset about someone from att coming to my elderly parents home to offer them phone service.

He shut me down quit telling me that was our problem for being a home owner. He was rude and I feel like if I was a black woman, he would have treated me differently. I have been a customer with att since 2009 and I will be changing my service because I will not be doing business with a company that employs people like him.

I have only been with at&t a couple months, having been with SPECTRUM over 10 years. I decided to switch because SPECTRUM WAS raising their rates. DISCUSTED, DISAPPOINTED and my friends advise to switch back to what work, pay the difference.

I HAVE CALLED AT LEAST 6 TIMES OVER THE LAST 2 MONTHS (each call lasted approx 1-2 hours to attempt your version correcting the problem . "check the channel in 30 minutes and problem will be corrected" Never CORRECTED!! 1 CHANELL #273 POP IS all I watch.

The captions are about 2 minutes BEHIND AND HAS BEEN FOR OVER 2 MONTHS. Unacceptable. No one has been able to take care of this! I will change, effective this week to cancel this service if the issue cannot be resolved.

DONE CALLING unless this CHANELL is corrected. REDICULOUS!

Enough is enough of this foolishness. So day when I call in to make a payment the system ask why I want to do, verifys my account or phone number and ssn.

However, on other days theu go straight into the payment system and wants the pin for the account. This is a huge problem because most of us have about 40 -50 accounts and we don't walk around with pin numbers and security questions on us to simply pay a bill.

What happen to the simple method of calling, the system ask what we want to do, do the verification of our account, phone or ssn. This is crazy because for the last 3 months Ive6 een unable to pay bill I've been paying for 6 years over the phone, from anywhere in the world, without having all my security questions, pin number and
