My husband and I decided to switch from our current internet plan to the WiFi hotspot plan after talking to customer service rep on the phone. Unfortunately it did not meet the need we were told it would provide little did I know this would be where our nightmare started.
Two days after receiving it we called to return device and pay they said take device to local store then pay and shut off service since it had only been 48 hrs. Took hotspot to local store after 4 1/2 hours finally got device returned and paid balance of account but then told we needed to call to shut our account down and turn off service.
Left store and called customer service after 3 hours of phone transfers we finally were put back to the original department we called. They said everything was taken care of account…
