I called on 3/2/2023 took 20 min to finally get a supervisor "James" who lied to me. He said the router would be sent out 3/2/2023 and delivered on 3/3/2023 or Saturday 3/4/2023.

UPS told me they require the package to get to them by 7 and you got it there by 8:32pm. Since that facility is not open on Saturday that is cause of delay. Gee wouldn't a responsible company like AT&T know that.

Moved my landline and internet from Illinois to Arkansas on Feb 2nd. Called att 2 weeks before to set up my move. Received new phone # to be available after 2 pm on the 2nd. Plugged in my modem and internet worked perfect.

Plugged in my land line and could receive calls but could not make outside calls. Called att and the hell began. Today has been 29 days without phone service. Have called support 13 times and was told anywhere from 24 to 72 hours would have service, didn’t happen.

Have had 3 techs out but still nothing. Spent about 600 hours of my cell phone minutes calling and was told today they were working on the order and was not sure when I would have service. Been with att half my life and never had a problem. Am disgusted.

Went to the Loxahatchee, Fl store to discuss my bill. Previous times there, we spoke to I believe Garrett. He has always been so nice, polite and helpful. Today, I went to the store, he was not there, and I was speaking a young man who said he was the store manager.

He was very rude, condescending, and cut me off from speaking several times. He basically told me that I did not know what I was talking about and that I had not been in that store before. When I said I had been there a few times and always spoke to the other person (Garrett), he said, “well, you can talk to him but it is not going to do any good, cause I’m the store manager”.

My 30 year old son was with me and ended up leaving the store. He later told me, he couldn’t stand the way the guy was talking to me and had to get out…

Hi! I had a returned wireless phone through you all a couple of months ago. I had a complaint in with better business burearu and a man by the name of Micheal John a client spealist from the president office handle the situation at the time.

A couple months later I started getting emails saying that I owe a restocking fee after he took care of the first problem. I foward the email to him and he said he was going to take care of it I feel like Im being harasses ever other day with this problem I thought was solved.

I switched to ATT for fiber optic reliable service. It has been anything but. The service is terrible, the techs do sloppy work. I have been without service for 3 days. Cannot imagine what problem takes 3 days to correct.

The app is useless - they only repeat a standard line. Calling is useless as well - they repeat the same line and then try to upsell more ATT service. Switching to ATT was one of my poorest decisions. I have maxed out (and incurred massive charges to my) hotspot usage on my phone to try and run my office.

The hotspot is intermittent at best due to poor signals from Verizon where I NEEDED the Wi-Fi to assist the signal. No Wi-Fi no signal - completely dead in the water with ATT. Xfinity might have been a slower connection - but at least it was a connection. Looking at…

I have been a customer for several years. In all that time I have seen several increases in my service but I cannot remember getting any additional service for the increases. I just received my latest bill, and surprise another increase.

Seven dollar increase for Uverse but again no additional service. I guess AT & T is just jumping on the band wagon of "INFLATION". I'm thankful for one thing, I will be moving in the near future and you can bet that A & T will not be considered for my communication needs.

I made an appointment to have a technician come out and clean up excess cable that was left from the last technician who did a horrible job and left a big mess with excess cable and lines that we were all tangled up and left in the middle of my room This should have been cleaned up when it was initially installed.

I was told someone would come out and clean the mess up and there would be no trip charge since this should not have happened in the first place. Jordan came out today March 1st and did an exceptional job and cleaned up the excess cable and cleaned up the mess.

To who it may concern, I live in The Woodlands in Benton Arkansas. To the best of my knowledge, my neighborhood developer sold out the internet service provider privileges to AT&T years ago when the neighborhood was first being built.

Within the last couple of years, there was some new homes and rental townhouses built onto the back of the neighborhood to expand the subdivision. My issue is AT&T fiber internet is available to all of the new houses built onto the back of the neighborhood and the rental townhouses.

I watched AT&T run the fiber line down the main road right outside of my house when they were putting it in the neighborhood months ago.

I signed up with AT&T in October 2022 , I traded in my phone and paid them $99 to get a Flip Phone at Sam's Club in Bullhead, AZ. I was promised a discount for Healthcare Workers and the salesman took pictures of my ID to send to AT&T.

My first bill was outrageous $165, my second bill was $ 26,my bills after that have only been discounted once. When I call them they bounce me all over the place, they lie and are rude and tell me there is no way to contact their Corporate Office.

I have been trying to have my DSL service bill corrected for several months. I am being charged for a wifi extender that was never received or installed. I have called three different times to resolve this and each time they claim it is done.

The last phone call was 1/21/2023 and lasted one hour and 51 minutes. I tried twice today to submit a complaint resolution from but it never completes submission. Refer to internet/phone account 144163207. 00 charges refunded. 00 so far. If you can’t remove the wifi extender please tell me the serial number of the extender and where in my house the technician claims to have installed it.

I was guaranteed a 12 month rate for my tv & internet package only to have the company process a rate increase and not honor the guaranteed rate. When I make a commitment to someone I honor that commitment and AT&T has elected to not honor their commitment.

I have to negotiate a new rate every year and they continually fail to be an upstanding and honorable company. After being a customer for the past 8 years, I will be looking elsewhere for these services.

I am very upset and disappointed with AT&T’s offer through my family plan with AT&T.

I got an offer under my family plan(4 phones for years), to offer me replace iPhone 6 at $12/month for 36 months. I contacted with AT&T agent to help me set up and reewn a i 12 phone.

So this mess all started on Monday 2/6- where I kept getting txt alerting me that a “temporary pin” I requested is XXXXXX. I was at work when I got this txt, so I was going to address it when I got out of work.

My Internet and phone line went out on 2/13,the modem would not power on. I called in and we did all the usual trouble shooting and I was told my equipment was very old and that I was still on cooper lines.

The rep let me know she could get a technician out as soon as possible. I was given an appointment for a Tech to come out on Wednesday 2/15 between 8a- 12p. I waited for the appointment time, there was no call and no show for that day.

I recently attempted to purchase a computer from AT&T. The computer was shipped as committed but did not operate on the AT&T system. After hours of working with AT&T tech support and a visit to a local store AT&T could not resolve the problem.

Since your tech support was questioning the compatibility of the computer on your network, I decided to return it and cancel the line and contract. The troubles did not end here. AT&T received the computer 11 days ago, according to the USPS tracking, I have still not been credited with the return.

I have been told to wait 7days to see if there is any movement of the return. I asked what if there is movement? They stated then I would have to wait another 7 days to close out the contract.

Locked out of an email account due to hacking. Can not use phone or email to reset the password. AT&T will not reset the password over the phone. AT&T will only send a physical letter with the new password through USPS with no expedited shipping. During which time, if anyone tries to access the email account (the hacker) the new password being mailed will be void.

They can change the information on the account to change the number and email, but this process takes THIRTY days. The site for resetting the password says "CALL". Support says you can not have it work through calling, it only works through TEXTING.

Information is contradicting itself.

Also, it has been around 72 days, the information has not been updated.

I filed a complaint last month to get my billed corrected and again this month they are charging me for Uverse I canceled back in Dec! Also, received confirmation that I returned my equipment and you received it. Getting charged $150 for that. No ONE in the billing Dept can seem to get this fixed or taken off my bill. I’ve been with att for most of my wireless life. Been paying over $100 a month for a single line. For the past two years I started to have issues with data/streaming as well as calls com8ng through. Called them a million times. Not once was anything done. Not once was I offered a credit for all the times my phone would not work. Finally, I get a hold of Brett. Who tells me, to go to another service. Have done everything I could to stay with ATT. But when your employees tell me to go somewhere else. I think that’s crazy.

We all left AT&T from our family plan and went to other carriers. 5 of our family members are living happily ever after without this hideous carrier, but one of us, my epileptic son, has a locked phone. I have been on the phone nearly every day, sometimes 6-9 hours total a day for 6 weeks, trying to get this resolved.

On December 17th, 2022 my husband and I went to the Monticello, AR store to purchase a hot spot device. Prior to this, I entered the store to inquire about the device, how much it would cost a month, etc.

The woman told me the plan would be $85 a month and to order a hotspot device online and it would exclude the device charge on our bill. That is exactly what we did, and came back to set it up on December 17th.

In December, I purchased a new iPhone 14 Pro Max and it wasn’t in stock. The AT&T retailer at Campbell Avenue and 1821 E Prince Road in Tucson Arizona told me it would take approximately 8 weeks to come in.

I informed them that I had a cruise planned for which I leave on February 5th and they assured me that I would receive it by then. After several phone calls to AT&T customer service, and follow-ups with the retail store, I finally received my phone.

Worst customer service ever! I did a wireless trade in on July 4 2022, the phones were supposed to be shipped to us, but only 1 was ever received. I called Loyalty several times to tell them that we hadn't received the phones and their only response was to check the tracking, which didn't show ANYTHING.

Finally 5 weeks later we went to a bigger store and told them what was going on to see if they could help or get us new phones. They couldn't see anything in the tracking either, and couldn't cancel it, but instead of filing a report for a stolen phone, they just created new records to sell us new phones.

I called 1-800-331-0500 back in October, to drop a number and I was told that I could save $100 a month ($10 a line) by setting up Auto Pay.

In November my bill was still $550, I called and was told that it would take 1-2 billing cycles to get the credits, but my next bill would have all the credits posted.

I had a prepaid iPhone for years and I could use the data on my iPad now and then. It switched automatically to my iPad. ATT just phased that plan out and I was forced to upgrade to a more expensive plan in order to be able to use the data on my iPad.

After two days, six people on the phone and a trip to the local ATT store, I upgraded to a more expensive plan. Now if I want to use data on my iPad, I must turn on a hotspot with my iPhone so I can use the iPad.

If I forget to turn OFF that hot spot on my iPhone after using the iPad, the data drain will continue. com prepaid account because it does not recognize my id or password, even though it’s listed on the site along with all my other ATT accounts.

We moved to texas, and brought directv with us. We added internet and was sold 2 galaxyphones with a promise to payoff our iphone balances. They only paid off 400$ leaving us with a 600$ balance. The agent also failed to turn off our tablet, and switchedour sim cards, causing 2 monthsof issues.

All our services went down on January 27 to 30. Tec person came out and told us squirrels got into equipment. All up and running on Tuesday. Then on Saturday February 4, at 1130am. Same thing happened. The bots who run interference keep saying things will be up and running in 24 hours. REALLY?

I came to the Indianola, MS to have my uncles phone reset. Everytime we come to this store there is no one here. Today we have been sitting in front of this store since 330. There is also always a note on the door that says step our for a moment will return shortly.

Everytime I call to ask a question about upgrading my phone, I get a different answer. The agents barely speak English, it is very difficult to communicate with them because I cannot understand what they are saying. You do not value your customers & it's really disgraceful and frustrating.

The AT&T stores now only sell, they don't help you in any way, they won't transfer data from old phone to new phone. S. Maybe if you lose enough customers, things will change.

I live very rural, Jamul CA San Diego County. Every time it rains our land line goes out of order. We get a buzz on our end and anyone trying to call us gets a message that our phone has been disconnected.

I submit an online repair ticket, it usually takes 8-10 for anyone to get out here, they say they fix it, it rains again and it's out. We have lived up here like this for 31 years! We are prisoners to AT&T, no one else comes out here with land line service.

Because we are so rural we get very poor cell service. In order to communicate we have to drive 20 minutes down the mountain to connect. Imagine it's 2023 and we have to live like this. My land line has been out of service most of the month of January.
