I called on 3/2/2023 took 20 min to finally get a supervisor "James" who lied to me. He said the router would be sent out 3/2/2023 and delivered on 3/3/2023 or Saturday 3/4/2023.

UPS told me they require the package to get to them by 7 and you got it there by 8:32pm. Since that facility is not open on Saturday that is cause of delay. Gee wouldn't a responsible company like AT&T know that.
