My name and car location was not on Avis Preferred customer board Proceeded to counter, provide ID, 2 male employees directed me to a space right outside the Avis door. Loaded suite case in vehicle and departed to gate.
Incident: Provided ID to gate Avis employee Avis employee description; large black male, sweat pants, (Alec Avis mgr on duty knows name/employee) Avis gate employee conversation: Employee Informed me I made a mistake, was in wrong car, and needed to return to counter.
