Upon having to freeze my accounts over the weekend due to poss. fraud, I was told I would have to go into the bank in person to unfreeze my accounts. I did schedule an appt with my local branch but could not get in until 2:00.
I then noticed an email that informed me my preference of paperless statements had been saved. I did not make any changes to my account. " and I felt my acct. had indeed been hacked I went to my branch (195 Lemmon Dr, Reno, NV 89506) just after opening hours aprox. 10:15.
There was only 1 banker working the floor. When she finished with the client in her room she came out and asked how she could help me. I told her I had poss. fraud and needed to check my acct.
