My wife and I have finally each been issued new debit cards. We live in London, England. Each of the addresses on the four envelopes (two for the cards and two for the pin numbers) did not show the country (England or United Kingdom).

It took 16 days for my wife’s card to arrive and 21 days for my card to arrive. This is inexcusable for an international bank. Two of your card services assistants stated that it was normal to take about 14 days for mail to arrive to the customer.

The branch in Centreville, VA routinely racially profiled me when I come in and one if the associates who does this is Hispanic and the other is middle eastern. It’s not ok. It’s hateful and then people wonder why things are the way they are.

Bank of America in Henderson NV, On Eastern and Horizon Ridge has the worst service I have ever seen. I Have been a customer with BA for 20 years the service has gotten horrible the lines are long, only 2 Tellers are working they have at least 10 people walking around including Managers asking how are u REALLY !!

I want to report a big, huge problem with the branch located 11190 E. Ocean Air Dr, San Diego CA 92130. This branch is closed since covid and nobody has access to it since then. I have to get access to my safe deposit box, I have called on May, Tuesday 24 to get an appointment.

I got a phone call on Thursday 26 at 10:30 when I was at work and unavailable to go on the spot. The next appointment offered to me was the next Thursday June 2nd. After arguing with the representative on the phone, she hung up on me.

I had to recall and finally got an appointment on Tuesday 30 of May. This is unacceptable! I am paying for a service the Bank of America is not able to provide. I should be able to access my safe deposit box anytime during regular hours everyday of the week.

Unfortunately my company deals with Bank of America on a national level. This particular Bank Of America in Lynn, MA has the most unprofessional employees including the manager. There is a business line for a reason (or Atleast I thought so) I stood in the line for over 20 minutes with just 3 people ahead of me.

When it got to my turn, the woman put her “next teller” sign up and told me the man next to her would help me (happens to be the manager) he looks at me several times and didn’t say a word but continued doing what ever it was that he was doing.

Run around profiteers. Even when you call their "complaint department," you get the same idiotic messages, though from a different number. I've needed to dispute a charge, which is a valid dispute and thought it was resolved, but 3-4 months later, they want more information, as I received a letter in the mail. I.

They allowed not one but two accounts to be open in my name. The second one allowed to be opened a month after the first one was closed for fraud. I have had to call the fraud department several times to be treated like a criminal and flat out refusal to help me.

The manager I spoke with was less than helpful and told me it was my problem to deal with and figure out.

I am writing this while on a 15 min hold to contact someone from Merrill Lynch. If the customer service is not available then SAY SO!! Or at least take the phone number for call back!?! The reason I’m calling is that I’m having issues with the app.

I went to the Rowlett branch yesterday ( a Friday) to get some help transferring money into my personal checking account to pay for closing cost on 5/18. Well, the ML rep “won’t be here until Tuesday”. The Rockwall branch ML rep is out on maternity leave.

Currently I am an associate of BOA, so this issue hurts a bit more. I called to cancel a Transfer, and called the online service where I was met with this associate on the call named Mary-ann from New York.

This was the most unpleasant experience I have had on a short phone call. The associate started to give me attitude even though I asked for a simple request of checking the status on a Transfer. Instead I was met with snarky remarks and Maryann started to claim that she sent a verification-number through text to my cellphone and it was to verify who she was speaking to.

After repeating the code that came to me via SMS, MaryAnn started to claim that she was unable to verify that it is 'me' calling. She claimed my code was wrong and that there was no way to verify my account.

I received a call asking for business information which I thought was a scam - remember that your credit card will never call asking for information! I called the number on my card and spoke to a representative who told me that there was nothing wrong with my card and didn't know why I had gotten that call.

Parkef at Bank of America Stadium to see Waitress at Blumenthal. I paid the parking fee at the theater and received a ticket to use in the parking garage to exit. When I used the ticket to exit, the gate would not open. I called the parking attendant. Nearly 15 minutes of waiting in hot garage so I paid an additional $21 to exit the garage.

I was discriminated against twice. At Upper Darby, Garrett rd. Which really hurt my feelings bad because the teller really made me feel like it was no help for me twice. And she was a supervisor she said. I had the most bad experience ever.

The supervisor lied in my face about my account & I told her I needed my funds to pay mechanic or I will be charged extra if car have to stay over the weekend she then said can you come back on Monday. It is almost impossible to get through Bank of America's automated phone system and talk to a live rep. If you are fortunate to do so, you will be treated courteously and efficiently. But unless you jump through all the hoops, any chance of convincing the automated system to transfer you to a live person is nil.

You will be asked for info to verify your account--reasonable--than that information will not go to the rep you eventually get to talk to. You are asked to describe in detail the reason for your call, allegedly to know where to transfer your call.

I had a credit card with Bank of America who had no problem calling me to setup autopay where I would pay $50 every month. I agreed to do it because I waned to get rid of the balance however, the last amount I owed was only like $8 and some change.

But guess who still deducted $50 from my account anyways. So I call bank of America credit card services spoke a rep didn't get his name but he advised me that they would issue a refund and I would get my money back in 7 to 10 bus days!!!!

Assigned case manager, Brandon Weir, who never provided service, no communication as to what was required from me. He never answers his phone, and lets call go waiting for other associates. Time waiting on phone 2hrs to 7 or more hours or call goes unanswered.

When i do get an associate, I don't get all requirements, but must call back more than five times. Getting new items require each time. I started the process 7 NOV 2021 buy as of 15 MAR 2022, estate transfer not completed.

Someone only closed out Joanne's checking, but no action on Merrill account. Reference No. 20211103DP1001772and possible 2203143C001635 assigned by chat person Monique, who could not help and ask me to call 855-450-9015 estate and that is the line I've been calling but can getting any service.

I had my check direct deposited, all my bills due they took a reverse credit and a stimulus payment out at the same time (I do believe I rightfully owed it) but with zero help of understanding and bad customer service I was confused and decided to part ways with the company.

Now here's the awful part! After asking to have my account closed on February 7th the account is STILL OPEN NOW MARCH 3RD. It's not just still not closed for a month but they are holding my money hostage! I am behind a month in a half on bills over this.

The account is just open enough to where money can be deposited but can not be taken out. In other words when my next check direct deposited when it shouldn't have because it should have been closed they are now holding that to!

I waited in line outside for 1 hour. The Spanish man at the door was letting people skip the line and when i asked him why he replied and told me am i a client ? I said no but we’re all here for the same thing and that’s unfair .

I am a victim of fraud both online and from a bank branch. I supplied proof that I did not make the transactions by ptobjfing s copy of my drivers license which was verified by s notary. I felt with someone from fraud named Latricia.

She told me my picture matches the person making the withdrawals. This is ludicrous for I did not make the withdaels. She only looked at three transactions. I sent her an update that details all of the fraudulent activity, but Katricis never responded to me. Very poor customer service.

It seems the bank wants to avoid payback. I emailed this woman three times. Still no response. She should be fired if Vank of America wants tomoride itself for good customer service.

My husband passed away and I want to delete him from my checking/savings account and add my daughter. I was told I had to talk to the Estate Department at 888-689-4464. After calling every day for a week, and being put on hold for over and hour each time, I then called Customer Service at 888-888-7937. They transferred me to the Estate Department where I was again on hold for an hour. I tried for two more days, same thing. Either that is the busiest department in the whole bank, or horribly short handed. How can I get this resolved??

I am a retired Bank of America employee of 30 years, and I would be devastated if any of my customers were treated in this manner.

I transferred money into my account on 1-17 and was alerted today, 1/19, that I had insufficient funds on 1/18 and they charged an overdraw fee. The $ I transferred on 1/17 appeared in my account before 1/18 and I downloaded the statement to show that. They’ve retroactively changed that and charged me a $35 fee and are not responding to any of my communications.

If you don’t do something about the over 30 minute wait time I’m leaving and going to a credit union. I was on hold for 30 minutes to apply for a credit card. When the punk said he was going to transfer me I told him no.

I said I’m in the right department and have already been on hold for over 30 minutes. He told me he would stay on the line with me, which he didn’t and after 15 more minutes I hung up. Almost 50 minutes in hold to get your credit card.

Finally, a Bank of America was open but I couldn’t get in because the only teller was eating lunch. Wow! Close the bank! A woman inside was guarding the door against the 20 angry customers waiting to get inside. One teller for a big bank is ridiculous and this is not the first time having rude, nasty employees greet me.

I think their employees need training in how to work machines, how to be nice not like a bouncer in a bar, and after being with B of A for 24 years of continuing worse treatment- you are losing a customer. Your bot service is the worst.

Yes am disputing charges on my account that i didn't approve. That merchant that I was using and made a purchase is not even on my Statement. And when it came time to credit my account, Bank of America dept my account without even explaining where is was coming from.
