Your company matrix is insanity. I have paid two lawyers to resolve a road widening project and a title issue. The representatives just lie they are going to help me let me tell my whole story transfer to wrong departments or hang up on me.

Jen Ketron kept me on hold for hours pretending to help me then lord and hung up. Kenneth Boggs lied to me about assisting me with my account. Ashayla Scott lied and told me to get a real estate attorney.

I have an attorney neither one of us are getting anywhere. I talked to Pam Johnson no help. What does it take. City of Chesapeake is holding $5,000 that belongs to Bank of America and I for road widening but I can’t get any help to obtain it for my loan or myself.

The work starts in two days they are illegally taking my property. I and two lawyers…

I am a foreigner, have an account with BOFA and wanted to discuss a disputed transaction with the BOFA customer service, the lady was Britney and had a very difficult accent for me to understand. I requested her that I can not understand you pls ask again and speak a little slow, she showed no empathy when I was so worried about a disputed transaction and dropped the line!!

I was waiting for 10 minutes on hold to talk to her to help me but she was so rude to drop off the line without guiding me or modifying her response to me. I am so very disappointed. I expected a better response.

Bank of America South Yarmouth, MA After complaining to the bank’s manager, Gagan Thind, TWO previous times about calling me a “young lady,” (I am a woman in my 80s), yesterday he said it again. ” This language is demeaning and offensive.

Does he in some twisted way think this is a complement.? Would he refer to a 40-year old woman as an old lady? She would be similarly offended. I will never step foot in this branch again, and am contemplating changing banks.

My late husband retired from BofA. You don’t say if you will respond to me, but I’m assuming you will. Thank you.

I have banked with Bank of America for over 15 years and have overall been pleased with the service until recent events: My brother and I are POA for our elderly father suffering from dementia and we set up a BofA checking account for him with ourselves as co-owners on the account and we also set up a credit card for him with ourselves as authorized users.

We have used this checking account and credit card to help him with his expenses that he cannot do for himself. He passed away several weeks ago and when I went into my Bof A branch with his death certificate, I was advised to keep his account open for several more months as there could be payments received in his name.

I was not informed that the credit card associated with this account (for which my brother and I are authorized…

I have two BofA cards--- -8928 Cash Rewards since 2000, and -3865 Travel Rewards since 2013. Intermittently I send one check in payment for both cards, ALONG WITH THE PAYMENT COUPON FOR EACH ACCOUNT. I never had a problem with this until last month when I got a letter from BofA Dallas saying they "didn't know how much we were to apply to each of your accounts".

There was no namein the letter just the number 438915770. The phone number to call them given as 800-421-2110

Evidently this was too complicated for whomever opened my payment letter, and they didn't have the sense to ask their supervisor.

I obtained a loan on Memorial Day for a used car for my daughter. I thought I might get a better rate from BOA and sent in an online application a few days later. When I spoke with Joseph Lindsey, the best rate he could offer was higher than the loan I already had (since it would now be considered a re-finance).

He was very pleasant and understood when i declined. " from Experian. " Listed reasons were the following "Applicant income ... will not be used to repay" and then two paragraphs later 4 items :Balance to credit limits too high, Proportion balances to amounts too high, Too few accounts paid as agreed, length of time accounts established.

It has been 11 days since I initiated a transfer from a deceased person's account into the new Estate account for that person. Both accounts are at Bank of America. It has been a nightmare dealing with these people. It should take no more than 1 day to transfer funds from one account to another.

All legal paper requirements were satisfied on day one!

However, they were very quick to terminate auto payment services I needed in a 2nd working account! Customer service stinks at this bank!

I am very disappointed with the level of service that I experienced since February 2021 to present. I have been calling and talking to several different departments and staff and to date, there is no solution to my problem. I had an account that BOA closed and I had no idea until I went to deposit some funds and I was told that the account was closed from 2019. My family received a cheque in the mail from 2019 of course the cheque is stale dated. I call (internationally) many times to request a replacement and every time I was told that a cheque would be mailed in 10 days. I am fed up and thinking of going through the small claims court for assistance. I am very angry with BOA.

So my complaint is. One nothing in my account or communication from bank of America said my account was about to close or be frozen. Times are hard and I didnt have a job for a couple months. I needed money on a card to pay Bill's.

So since my account looked like it was in good standing. I checked before they sent the money to my account. All was good. But the day it was deposited (3000 dollars) bank of America decided to freeze my account.

I receive emails and texts from the bank it would have been nice to be notified or at least to put up a sign at the branch of the new hours so we clients can adjust our life around the new hours.

I have long held an opinion that the customer service at B of A at 111 W Tenth Street, Tracy CA is the WORST customer service ever. I called to ask a simple question and the phone rang and rang and rang. This has been going on for the 30+ years I have been living here and being a BofA customer. This morning, I called the bank. I made several calls as there was absolutely NO answering service for a call back. I called several times and one time the phone was picked up and hung up.

This needs to be rectified immediately. This is 2021 and someone should answer the stinking phone or have a system to offer a callback asap.

I waited in a long line at the Gulf Gare sarasota FL to reach the only teller. Upon asking an individual in an office who was sitting in a glass walled office doing nothing I was given a lame reason and then completely ignored upon asking a follow up question upon returning to the line I found out that person was actually the branch manager.

During this period of waiting other disgruntled customers just left while others had to line up outside in the 90• F temperatures. Upon finally reaching the teller I told her that I was so frustrated by the contempt of the manager I wanted to close all of my accounts ( holding very significant sums).

I called to report fraud on my edd card & my account was closed immediately & i was given a new card. Unfortunately bofa took the $3175 from my account that was fraud & did not give it back to me & said they investigated which they did not.

I only used the card at bofa in burbank & it was only in my purse and nowhere else & the fraud was in Tustin & Brea & i have never bern there. I even sent them a copy of my police report & still they kept my money.

I work full time Monday through Friday and can only get into the branch in Crystal Lake IL to pay my credit card bill. I recently got my bill and wanted to go into the branch on Saturday (my day off); however, when I checked the hours, it says that the branch is closed on Saturday. Hi, My name is Habsa Khandaker Hiya. So Bank of America charged me an overdraft fee of $35 which seemed very unfair and deceptive to me. I know my credit card bill is due on 18 on every month and so it was the case for this month as well.

My husband sent me 26 dollar to my account on 18 may so that I can make my credit card bill from my checking account. So I made the payment as always on 18. The same day I checked twice that the payment has not been processed yet.

Am a non resident customer, I retired from UNICEF and opened an account at B of A 6656 Church st, Riverdale, GA 30274 a few years ago because I bought a rental property in Riverdale. Monthly rents are deposited into this account by my Property Management company on 15th of each month since around 2014.

That is the only income that is credited to the acct monthly. Just got my Tax ID # and I have paid my 2020 income tax via same account.

However I have not been able to access my account on line and to my shock customer service says my account doesn’t exist anymore!!! I was never advised in writing or email. Decency and courtesy demand that I should be treated fairly.

U closed my account but u don’t release my money!!! U just left me in a limbo. This is unbecoming of a Bank of your stature…

I have a EDD card that is issued by Bank Of America. On or about 04/27/2021, I went to use my card and it would not work,so I called the number on the back of the card and was told that my card had been suspended due to suspicious activity and was put through to a live person.

And at places and cities I had not been. The first person I talked to said she was going to issue me a new card and said she was putting me through to a dept that would put the money back onto my card.

The home was sold and the loan was paid off in the sole name of my mother Betty J. Skumautz on March 31, 2021. I have spent COUNTLESS hours on the phone before and after trying to get answers on her account.

She passed away October 25th, 2021. I sent in to your Mortgage Dept a copy of her death certificate, and copy of Will that shows I, Karen Wilcox, am her daughter and personal rep. I finally had to demand to speak with someone in charge as I was constantly being switched from one dept to another!

Contacted Bank of America via phone last week in regards to paper statements, given that I'm an elderly and can not navigate through the bank portal. The bank portal provides too much information and the possibility of being manipulated by Bank of America's marketing materials is high.

Customer Service (will not place name due to confidentiality) stated that I cannot access my business bank account because I don't have a signature card. He told me to go to a branch with 2 forms of ID and register the signature card.

This signature card, I understand that I have to provide, given that my account is 20+ years old. Next day, I register for an appointment 3 days later at Leland Avenue SF location. Given my age, I bring the necessary documents and head to appointment.

I am writing to complain about an employee of BOA. Upon entering the bank she asked what I needed. I explained I needed an employee to fill out a form for my retirement. She continued to argue with me that they didn't do that.

Yes they do, I had the same form done at the Clifton Park, NY branch, I explained that to her. She is a nasty woman and has NO customer service. A kind gentleman heard her that works at the bank also and said yes indeed they do fill these forms out, and took me in his office.

I lost 520 dollars at the atm it fell inside during a withdrawal. I filed a claim and was denied with no explanation. I don’t know if the balance on that atm was over or not if it was not I want to file criminal charges on the individual who balanced it.

I Have called multiple, multiple, multiple, multiple times and spoke to an array of customer service people including the person that redid my escrow few days before 3/16.

com for hotel stays. I called BofA’s customer service and made the claims against these charges. 91. The credit card ending in **** was canceled and a new one was issued. com was all erased and accounts were terminated. I received an email today regarding the investigation on these claims and it was determined that my card ending in **** was in fact used for these charges.

The email I received says that the chip was read and my pin was entered and I signed for these transactions. I am extremely upset that BofA made these accusations without even properly investigating the situations. com ?

My complaint is simple. Our neighborhood bank is located at 1382 E. Pearson Des Plaines Illinois 60016. Was there this morning - service as usual very slow. 7-8 minutes typical to make a simple one step drive through transaction. On Saturdays or during the week; no difference.

The problem is not the one lady by herself as this morning. Or prior experiences. The problem is that that particularly office is always understaffed at the drive through window. Takes seemingly forever to do business.

I go back with you folks to the Charter One days so am familiar with the operation over the years. Let's do something about giving those ladies at the window a chance to do a good job. As a past time Staff Manager I assure you that the best work is NOT done under stress.

After standing in line, under the sun for over an hour, I approached the teller. " I hadn't told her yet what the purpose of my visit was. Again she repeated how much do you want. I began to tell her what I need.

15 year customer having a large check hold for 12 days is obnoxious. My chase account cleared within 24 hours and I opened them when I had an issue with BofA 2 years ago.

My BBVA business account has cleared the $10k but BofA is holding for 12 days.

Thank you for reading my complaint. On July 16, I called in to ask for a reversal on a late charge of $28 due to an error I made when I changed my payment date to a later time but I didn't realize at the time, it would not change my due date. (It is a credit card account with Bank of America whose last four digits are 4987.)

While I freely admitted my mistake to Amber, the customer service representative, I was hopeful that due to my very long history with Bank of America and to the fact that the error was unintentional, that a reversal would be a recognition of my long time faithfulness to Bank of America. By the way, I have NEVER made a late payment on THREE different credit card accounts with Bank of America, so I've never had to call in to reverse a late payment before.

I opened a checking and savings account. I did mobile deposits on checks. I wanted the checks to be put ibro my checking account. So i didnt deposit any money. I wasnt told that i had to have money already in my accounts to keep them open.

My checks was put on a 7 day hold. My account was closed in 4 days. That is so unfair. My checks are endorsed for bank of america. Not a good way to get new customers.

The bank of America in Maricopa Az is poor excuse for a bank. Always short handed, sometimes not open, and most of all you can never call and have someone answer for something as simple as finding out their hours.

I have been a prefered customer since that bank was under different names. I am truly thinking of taking my banking else where.

I am a business man and I do my banking in person due to the nature of my business . I always try to buy coins in change So I can run my business . I was just surprised that Bank of America can’t sell mr coins anymore .

I can’t buy rolls of quarters or dimes or pennies just one roll. I am very disappointed and this not a good way to treat a person who wants to run his business successfully . I am considering changing my bank . Thank you
