I Bought BMW X3 on the 4th of Aug and my wife was completing her license exam so she couldn't come that day with me but next day I have submitted all the documents and degree as per the salesman told me it's been 2 month still waiting for that Rebate.
I had a really bad experience with this dealer (BMW Vista Coconut Creek FL) . I have never experienced this kind of service in my life.
I have all the proof that they requested in email and I have sent them with all the details and I have visited the dealership as well with my wife as they told me they need a Physical Driving Licensee.

My husband and I bought a BMW 5 series from Carvision on 12/23/20, in Maple shade NJ. about 6 months after we bought it the check engine light came on so we called them, the day that we had an appointment the light went off and they said to us that they can not do a diagnostic on the car until the check engine light comes back on.
We kept calling them to set up an appointment but each time the check engine light kept going off. But this time we had an appointment for 5/12/22 and the check light was still on when they looked at it so they were able to diagnose the problems, the mileage was a little over 55,000 miles.
After they checked the car they told us what was wrong and told us to go to the BMW service to get an updated software done before they could do the work, but all the time…
I actually would only rate my experience with service for my BMW as a 0! The service department at BMW of Tiscaloosa Al should be closed down! Took three weeks to even get someone to call me back to make an appointment.
Called several times to set up appointment. Got a voicemail EVERYTIME! Left messages only to not get any response.

My complaint is in regards to how BMW handled a known issue with their Footwell Module 3 (also called FRM component). I recently purchased a used 2010 335i. While out Christmas shopping the car would not start. We had AAA tow it to one of their repair facilities.
Their diagnosis determined the starter had died. After installation of the new starter, the repair shop was unable to get the windows back up. Upon further diagnosis they suspected an issue with the FRM module (which controls things like blinkers, wipers, automatic windows, etc).
We then had the car towed to a local BMW dealership who confirmed the FRM was bad. Apparently, simply reconnecting the car battery which AAA had disconnected to do the starter replacement caused something in the FRM to get "fried".

I took my car in to Tuscaloosa BMW, and they broke my driver side mirror and the wire in the inside of the door broke and the patch it up and said it might work for two weeks and I might have to replace it instead of them replacing it now, I am very disappointed in them never had problems with them into until new people started working there very upset about this one I want be going back!!!!!!! Warranty transfer policy change apparently last year in 2019. Transfers are no longer automatic or free of charge even if your preoened was purchased in 2017. You are now required to cough up anywhere from $700 to $2700+ depending on how long your remaining warranty is.
What’s extremely frustrating is the fact there has been ZERO communication about this from BMW! I was never notified by BMW that I would owe a prorated amount to extend the warranty until I arrive at the dealership for scheduled service!

I bought a 320i BMW in April 7,000 miles. I purchased it from Braman Jupiter. I was told a NEW car. Everything covered. I see service is needed at 8000 miles. I call and ask if that’s correct. I’m told No, 10,000 miles. I return in Dec to have a service. I am told there is NO MAINTENANCE WARRANTY. I leave and do not have the service.
I have gone to another dealer in Florida who checked it out and told me it was under warranty. I am driving an hour tomorrow to have this new crowd service the car.

Dear BMW Customer Care team, I am writing to you in respect some difficult experiences I have had at BMW's AGMC Shk Zayed Service Centre in Dubai over the last few months that you must investigate with a view improving your overall customer experience capabilities. In mid July my vehicle experienced an Engine Warning and went into fail mode where it could only driven at very low speed - I reported to the service centre and they took my car for diagnostics.

I took my BMW X1 in for a scheduled appointment - as the navigation system stopped working and was dropping all phone calls while I was on the phone. System would shut down & reboot. Also front beaks were making a sound.
I received a call from service stating I had no break issue & my navigation system was re-booted. And by the way they were recommending my “front tires are very much in need of replacement in fact the passenger front tire has 0 mm of tread remaining & the driver side front has 2 mm - the regular price for two tires would be $613 however we do have a discount of $50 if you buy that you tires during the same visit therefore it's $563 plus tax for two new tires we then we recommend a wheel alignment which would be two 295.”

South Shore BMW represented that work was completed that obviously wasn't... from replacing front control arm to replacing spark plugs at 100K service. I questioned the work after picking up the vehicle and washer fluid was low and dust on engine cover and they assured me work was performed. I further question whether brakes were done because they needed to be replaced after less than 10Kmiles.
Currently car is at a Herb Chambers Boston with issues and their service says spark plugs were not replaced during 100K mile service
(Front control arm and Brakes replaced at another service center...)..

I had my BMW X5 repaired for coolant pump and themostat at the BMW TOWSON location on 8/29. When I picked my car on the 8/31, my windshield was almost completed cracked/broken (image attached). I asked the store what happened, because the windshield was completely fine when the car was checked in.
They told me this damage was caused by pre-exposure to stone chip hit, but this claim could not explain how such a dramatic damage happened during the time when the care was being served at the store. I requested to replace the windshield at their cost, but they refused and asked me to talk to my car insurance company.

I took my car in for 10,000 miles service. My car was running perfectly fine with no issues, but a small oil leak!! After the multi-point inspection from bmw the technician gave me my report which showed my car was in good shape except for the small oil leak.
The next day under 12hrs, and I havent drove the car over 75 miles, my battery died, the alternator went out, and I had a coolant leak!! If you look at this report I got from BMW it says they check my battery, and alternator and it checked out fine, so how when I leave for under 12hrs not even a day my car had all those issues!!

Hello BMW, My complaint is with BMW of Henderson , Nevada. my complaint is against the Sales manager , Finance agent and sales agent. I went down to turn in a leased 7 series early which i had been sent information that I could.
i was met in the parking lot by a very young sales Agent who was fairly new to the business. They gave a document to sign which released the car to them and they didn't put the correct payoff on it and i didn't catch it when i signed.

i have purchase vehicle form BMW of Gwinnett back in April. Part of my purchase agreement was for Gwinnett BMW to cut me a check. i did receive a check but amount was wrong. I have started to contact John Way my sales person and Michael Kim my financing manager to resolve this issue back in April.

January of 2016 bought a2011 550i xdrive. Brought it in because it was burning to much oil. The problem still existed. Then a recall came out because this N 63 engine caused oil problems. Brought it in they had car 3 weeks.
Got car back noticed it was leaking oil now. Brought it in cost me over3000 dollars. Got it home found out it was still leaking. Now they tell me it will cost another 1000 dollars the leak was bigger than they thought.

My 2013 BMW X3 has been with the Rochester BMW dealership for repair since November, to date I have had the run around with BMW to the point that they refused to address the engine issues noting there was sludge. The dealership agreed to cover a portion of the $14K bill, however I decided to pursue the issue directly with BMW.
I have called the Customer Service line, given a report and received messages.
However upon return calls it takes weeks to hear from BMW. Much like the two month process it took to determine that they would not address the issue with this vehicle. I have 3 BMWs over the years and never experienced such poor service.

In 2012, I purchased a 2013 BMW X3. It currently has 65,000 miles and has loose timing belts plus an oil leek causing blue exhaust. To have it repaired will cost over $3,000 dollars. In my youth, I auto-crossed against BMWs and have wanted one since.
I have heard nothing but good reports about BMW and never expected something to happen costing $3,000 plus dollars at only 65,000 miles. I have had many other cars with many more miles that never had trouble even at 100,000 miles.
I am very disappointed and do not think this wonderful car should have these problems at so few miles.
Purchase 2009 BMW 750LI IN 2012, Vehicle has been in the shop a number of times with engine problems. vehicles has had several thousands of dollars worth of work done on it and now I am told that I need to replace the turbocharges on it that cost around another $ 8,000. dollars.

My 2007 760LI Vin#WBAHN035X7DD98879 has, as many started leaking from the coolant pipe. (Weeping Hole, Coolant Pipe issue/repair. This recall should have been made years ago as owners suffer from an internal engine leak (from damaged water pipe seals), Commonly known as the "weep hole" coolant leak. My wife brought the car for me a year ago as a birthday gift. So I really had no input into should you or should you not buy the vehicle. October of 2016 the serpentine belt broke and pieces of the belt was ingested into the engine, something I thought was impossible until I started reading the BMW forum. Found it to be a pretty common problem among faithful BMW owners with the only solution to the problem is to come out of pocket with a lot of cash to replace the engine.
You would think by now something would have been designed like GM has a crankcase guard. I own a BMW 320d , reg. no. DL1CJ 586 . The vehicle is under BSI warranty till 2018. The vehicle was sent for service and filter change to Deutsche Motoren, Moti Nagar, Delhi ( India ) in June 2015.
I recently noticed some oil drops under my car and promptly sent the vehicle to find the reason. On Feb. 43000/- for replacing a cracked oil filter assy. The assy cracked possibly due to over tightening. I have been given no reason why the assy cracked.

We bought a certified X3 about a year ago. We are first time owners of a BMW and this is exclusively my wife's car. She has put less than 20,000 miles on this car and is a "gentle" driver. Within the last couple of months, and within a 200 miles of each other, the front and back brakes(pads and rotors) had to be replaced. $1600 plus a car rental later, I really began to question what a BMW certification means. Though not covered by warranty, there is no way a vehicle should need this kind of repair with less than 20,000 miles. We thought BMW represented quality.

They brought my car in to be washed and what a terrible job they did.
also lights had to be replaced instead of you changing all 5 i think you should let the customer know before work is done and let me decide whether or not I want to pay that amount of money.
