Purchased a bike online - received email that it was ready for pick-up;picked up day after. Arrived at 5ish, tried curb side but it was long so I went to on line pick up. Rather then wait for a response, cashier went to get bike.

When I took bike to car - really close- before loading, noticed that both tires were flat. Went back into store, told to go to customer service. People at bike department were on break it seems, as online cashier asked them for help.

By then the front tire was also coming off rim. Angers about service, I returned bike I really wanted!!

On Sunday, June 20th, 2021, I attended at the automotive department of Canadian Tire in Langford, British Columbia, to have a tire fixed that was flat. When the technician investigated, he discovered the sidewall of the tire was shot. They informed me they could get a new tire on Monday, June 21st.

When I called to inquire on Monday, I was told it would be Tuesday for sure. When I called on Tuesday, I was told by a person named Daniel quite rudely not to bother coming in the store anymore and I would be called when it came in.

I needed the tire fixed as I was leaving town with the car on Thursday. Daniel promised it would be Wednesday. I waited until 2 pm on Wednesday to call and I again encountered a rude attitude to which I responded that I would just come and get the flat tire. Since I…

I was shopping at your Stockyards location in Toronto today. I had cut items from your flyer to pick up and took them to the store with me. I was having trouble finding the items and a customer service assisted me, also informing me that the flyer prices started tomorrow.

I asked if they might honour the flyer prices and he said I could inquire at customer service. This person was professional and helpful. I continued shopping and when I approached the cashier, I informed her her that I had two items that I would like to discuss with customer service, and showed her the cut out ads for the specific items.

Was in Canadian tire in Fort Saskatchewan, AB. 99 bag of connectors, asked the person at automotive to open the case where they are kept to get them she couldn’t find them and just walk away, she couldn’t even take 2 seconds and look on her computer to find out where they are located.

Maybe they are kept behind the counter who knows. This store really needs to get people there that want to work, not people there just for the pay cheque. This is not the first I counter with this person at the store, this is at least the 3rd and will be the last!

First, I have read the CTC website re: returns and second, I am quite good at filing receipts, etc. but this time, not sure what happened. I bought a Noma dehumidifier in July 2020 so it is still under manufacturer's warranty, but I do not have the original (and the emphasis is on original) receipt. The error message is that the sensor does not work.

I have contacted all levels of CTC and, except for a standard reply of basically "sorry, no original receipt, can't do anything", the best suggestion from CTC was "to find the receipt" as if I had not already tried to do that. Given CTC's commercials, etc. and the fact that CTC is the only Canadian Distributor of Noma, I thought that they would be able to do something through the serial #, etc. The bottom line for me is that they want my…

Curbside pick up service at the Victoria Street Canadian tire is absolutely the worst ever !!! One single line... each car is about 15 - 20 minutes -- The staff there do not like each other and bicker in front of the customers...

every other CTC I went to for Curbside... had two lines... both moving steadily... I ordered here about a week ago.. I was the only guy in the line... and I was there for over 15 minutes waiting while the employees searched out my packages...

when they found them ... one guy brought out two... and said the other guy would bring out the other two.. and I could hear them arguing in the back ground , over whose turn it was to bring stuff out.. unbeleivable !!

Bought the Rosedale Patio set (https://www.canadiantire.ca/en/pdp/canvas-rosedale-conversation-set-6-pc-0882263p.html#Reviews)

Beautiful set for a fair price with a great warranty - however the set itself is entirely defective and void of any quality checks. None of the screws actually fit the drilled holes because all the pieces are incredibly mis-aligned. I cannot believe they continue to sell this set in stores, as you'll see from the reviews multiple people had this issue.

I bought two sets and same issue with both sets. Called Agincourt and Pickering where I purchased the sets from, and also had to rent and take a Uhaul to pick up, and the managers were really anything but helpful. Almost $2800 spent on these sets and the Pickering manager suggested offering us $100 for our issues…

If I could give less than 1 star for the service my parents received, I would. My parents, who are not as young as they once were, drove almost 2 hours to Humboldt, Saskatchewan to buy an air conditioner unit.

They didn't get the one they were hoping for, but they were initially happy with the one that the sales representative convinced them to buy. Upon arrival home, it worked fine for maybe an hour until it started to emit a loud grinding, screeching sound.

Being a repair man for 50 years, my dad removed the cover to see what the problem was. Upon closer inspection it was obvious, even to me, that the plastic housing around the fan had been previously broken and was sitting slightly pushed in, causing the fan to rub and squeal.

This alone was not the real problem. Things get dropped…

If I could give a 0 rating to the Delson, QC location, I would. I just received the most absolutely disgusting service. I parked my car to the curbside pickup. I call the telephone number indicated to advise that I was there to pick up my online order.

I am told that I will have to wait 10 min as there is nobody that can bring me my order. I indicated that I cannot wait (as i'm on my work break), the person on the phone insists she is the only one there and cannot leave her post.

I then ask to speak to a Manager. A man comes on the line and I tell him that I cannot wait 10 min. He rudely and impolitely responds to me that we are in covid times and that I will have to wait, they will do their best to bring out the order as soon as possible.

ordered on line Friday, received an email to pick it up today waited in the curb side pick up line for 1/2 hour then was told they couldn't find it, so they went ahead, cancelled the order and refunded me my money... while I was waiting!

The system you have for pick up needs to be improved. Why would you contact a customer for pick up, make them wait 45 minutes and not be able to fulfill the order? Clearly the store is disorganized!

The concessionaire of Canadian Tire in Vaudeuil/ Dorion has to be the worst operator of a Canadian Tire store. 1: I made two online purchases in May 2021 which showed they had inventory. but on both occasions, the orders were cancelled due to no inventory. Unacceptable.

2: The garden plant department has a poor selection of plants and many of them are already dead but still for sale. 3: I do not remember the article I searched for online, but there were 44 units available in Vaudreuil and 299 on Sources Blvd.

Vaudreuil/Darion is a booming community and I believe the franchise is not taking full advantage of the potential. I go out of my way to shop in other CT stores. Just saying.

I placed an order with the Store on Ogilvie Road in Ottawa for 8 wooden dowels on Saturday 2021 05 08 via email and received notification that they would be ready for pick up the next day, Sunday 2021 05 09. I arrived at 13:45 hours in parking space 11 and as instructed, attempted to telephone the store.

At the time, in conversing with other customers in the parking lot, it became apparent that the telephone dispatch was slow. As a result, customers, including myself, would verbally advise staff, who were delivering merchandise to other customer vehicles, that they wanted to pick up their orders.

As a result, I did not notify the store via the telephone. While conversing with other customers, the general wait time for them was about 15 minutes. It took 45 minutes for me to receive my order…

I am told that I may not pay cash for my Canadian Tire purchase. The manager in Owen Sound, identified himself as "Eric" but refused to supply his last name. He said that money spreads Covid. I informed him that this is not true, there is no scientific evidence to suggest this, and that none of the health authorities or Public Health Ontario or Health Canada have ordered or advised anyone to stop taking Canadian currency for purchases.

I am shocked that a Canadian, living in Canada, can no longer use Canadian currency to shop at Canada's biggest retailer named Canadian Tire. You should change your name to Visa Tire, or Debit Card Tire, or take Canadian currency.

Last Fall I had replaced my tires at the Brantford Canadian Tire Store and they had recommended that I have work completed on my rear brakes. My brakes felt fine and there were no indicators/warnings at that time. I booked an appointment for my vehicle on 04/19/2021 for an oil change and rear brake replacement.

95 and I questioned this. He then went on a rant stating that I had missed 2 previous appointments which was false and proceeded to escort me from the store. I booked an appointment with the local Ford dealership for my oil change and a brake inspection.

The Ford dealership advised that my brakes were fine with over half of my rotors were still available. This experience has diminished my trust with Canadian Tire and I hope that they do the right thing to rectify this situation.

I was looking for a mountain bike. I found one online in Brooks, AB on Saturday, July 18th, 2020. I put the order in. It said, they e-mail me when it's ready to pick up. I was waiting till Tuesday and I called the store.

I was told, they sold the bike to some other costumer, who probably walked in to the store. In my point of view. If I put my order in, this should show up at the store and they should not sell the item to somebody else, or it shouldn't show on line, the item is still available.

Something is wrong with the system. I'm very disappointed, because falsly puts people hopes up.

I wear track pants and was denied entry unless I put my backpack behind the counter. As it contains all my financial items I will not leave it out of my site. I am very honest and would gladly open my back pack for inspection before leaving. If you are worried about theft, people steal in all sorts of ways and women have purses almost as big as my backpack and they aren't given a second look. I dont have problems with any other store , so I guess you will just have to do without my business.

I have bought blanket from the canadian tire hespler store. once i reached home and i opened it. i saw that was weight blanket. So because i do not need that blanket i just put it back and went back to store to return it.

The staff over there told me that they cannot return that blanket. Then i called the manager - Josh then he also refused to take it back , he told me they cannot take it back if it is opened.

Hi There July first I had time to shop from Canadian tire at Beacon hill Calgary. 9, I was thinking to buy or not a lady pick it up first and went. I asked the manager do you have in stuck he said no.

I recently went to Canadian tire to purchase synthetic oil/filter and a passenger side wiper blade for my deceased Father in Law's 2014 Ford Escape that we are trying to sell. Due to Covid19 the kiosks are closed and one has to go to the counter to find the right filter and wiper blade.

I did this first for the oil filter and then went back to ask for the right wiper blade as well. The person I asked clearly had my vehicle information. For the wiper blade he simple told me the length of 22 inches.

I picked up a 28 inch wiper blade and drove home to change the oil and wiper blade. The wiper blade did not have the right attachment. I called the store and was told that I needed the 28OE part.

I asked why I was not told this originally, no answer was given. So I had to drive all the way…

I called Canadian Tire in New Liskeard looking for a bathroom storage cabinet. On the website it said the store had 3 in stock. Britney at the customer service desk answered the call. Looked up the item for me and said there were 3 in stock.

Curbside pickup at the Owen Sound Canadian Tire. We waited for almost half hour to get our ordered item.

Also waited 10 min to have someone picking up the phone inside the store. We complained about the wait time to the customer services of that store but still no improvement. The pickup process was not organized and a few cars before ours also waited for a long time.

We’ll not buy anything from that store again.

If I could give a -50 I would. So poor, rude customer service with the Dundas store. She blames the virous on her rudeness, acting like its OK to be short with customers and condescending. Thank GOD I live in Burlington and do not have to deal with that " women".

We purchased plants at your store on Tecumseh Road, Windsor, Ontario on May 16, 2020 and most of the plants were reasonably priced, approx. 00 each, but then, when we got home, I thought my bill was rather too high for what we had purchased. 99 each!!! 99 each.

That is unconscionable in this day and in this time!! 00 each pot. When I called to return the plants, your store associate refused. Well let me be very clear, we won't ever purchase plants again from your store. price gouging and we will report the store.

This feedback concerns your store at Clarkson crossing in Mississauga. Upon entering your store I used the anti-bacterial wipes to sanitize the shopping cart handle and was shocked to see how much dirt was on the wipe. It was evident the cart had not been wiped down for a very long time.

This indicates that preparing your store to ensure your customers and staff is being neglected. You need to sanitize the store and safety should guide all your decisions now that you are open. I am very disappointed with your lack of concern for people in your store.

Please put the safety precautions in place to meet acceptable standards.

Purchased what was supposed to be an electeic bbq online with my mastercard. Went to the store fpr curb side pickup . The staff member brought to te car and placed the bbq in my car . I headed home.

Come to find ouy its no an electric bbq its gas . I live in an apartment building and am not allowed gas bbq on my balcony. Went back to store to return it and get money back only to be told they wont do retirns now .

So not only do i have to wait for money to be given back i also have to wait to purchase another bbq elsewhere . I will never deal with cct again . There customer service was brutal at store feont and on telephone.

I was on hold for 25 mins only to be disconnected on there part when someone finally answered my call

Cornwall store kept us waiting 2 hours for our order while friends of employees were giving their orders right away. After being in car for that long, our car wouldn,t start and we had to call a cab to get home.

Will never order from this branch again. Because of pandemic, we have to leave our vehicle there overnight.

Customer Service told me to move away from the protective shield and stand between the desk and a cashier who was less than 4 feet from me. She placed me in an unsafe distance for NO REASON! The cashier told me to go back to the spot on the floor.

Then the Customer Service lady told me to go back to the unsafe spot AGAIN! This made no sense and it placed myself and that cashier in danger of not safe distancing between us. The Customer Service person kept telling me that I was being RUDE.

I told her I'm not being rude I'm getting frustrated and I just want my receipt so I can leave. It was totally ridiculous and very unprofessional! This was at the St. Thomas store.

I bought a snow blower from the Listowel CT store, we had a house fire which lost the receipt. Used this machine only once broke a piece from it. The piece was broken before I used it, it showed rust on three sides.

Went back to the listowel location to get a copy of the receipt they had said no don’t have time. 00 plus taxes. The machine was used for 10 minutes tops. Please help us out with this. Thank you

My 73 yr old husband and myself visited your store today July 20 at approx. 5 pm. We were planning on purchasing the Premier Paint on Sale in your store.

However, I had a colour from another line and I needed to match it in order to determine the accurate shade I wanted. We waited at the counter for over 5 minutes then my husband searched around to find an associate who informed him he did not work that section and would get someone to come.

We waited another 10 minutes, no one. The my husband tracked this same clerk down and he tried (? once again to find someone who could help but he could not so then he asked what we needed. If just paint I am sure he would have sufficed but since we needed some advice he could not. After approx.

S I've purchased wood pellets they directed me to go around back to the garage to pick them up , ive been waiting now for over a half hour . I have called customer service an told I'm still waiting that was 15 minutes ago . This is unacceptable.

Everytime I'm directed to a Canada Tire website it never loads & freezes my screen? I dont really get it? You are making it difficult for people to give you money? That's quite the business plan? Wont be surprised to hear of you going under & out of business.

I've been leaving these comments for CTC for yrs & still nothing has changed?

Will not be using your repair facilities in the future because of poor service. I recently took my vehicle in to the North Sydney branch because my heater was not working and asked them to replace the thermostat. Made an appointment to have the work done and my wife drove into town to have the work done.

When she arrived for her appointment she was told that the thermostat they had for my car had been sold to someone else. She made an appointment for the following day. Upon picking up the vehicle I was informed that the thermostat had been replaced and the heater was still not operating because of an actuator which he could not replace as Canadian Tire did not do that type of work..

I made an appointment with a radiator repair service who tested all actuators and found them OK. He also…
