Purchased a bike online - received email that it was ready for pick-up;picked up day after. Arrived at 5ish, tried curb side but it was long so I went to on line pick up. Rather then wait for a response, cashier went to get bike.
When I took bike to car - really close- before loading, noticed that both tires were flat. Went back into store, told to go to customer service. People at bike department were on break it seems, as online cashier asked them for help.
By then the front tire was also coming off rim. Angers about service, I returned bike I really wanted!!
