75. IT WORKS GREAT. THE WAND STOPPED WORKING PROPERLY SO I WENT TO A CANADIAN TIRE STORE TO REPLACE IT. 99 FOR THE WAND. I ENDED UP GETTING SICK FOR A FEW MONTHS SO NEVER GOT A CHANCE TO HOOK IT UP.

I FINELY TRIED TO HOOK IT UP IN MAY AND WHEN I TRIED IT WOULD NOT HOOK UP AS THE PART TO HOOK THE HOSE INTO THE HANDLE IS THE WRONG SIZE. I LOOKED ALL OVER FOR AN ADAPTER BUT COULD NOT LOCATE SUCH.

I RETURNED TO CANADIAN TIRE AND EXPLAINED THE SITUATION SO THEY TOLD ME I NEEDED A NEW HOSE. TO MATCH THE WAND I BOUGHT. 99. YES IT DID FIT THE WAND BUT THE OTHER END DOES NOT FIT THE MACHINE.

Curbside pickup at the Owen Sound Canadian Tire. We waited for almost half hour to get our ordered item.

Also waited 10 min to have someone picking up the phone inside the store. We complained about the wait time to the customer services of that store but still no improvement. The pickup process was not organized and a few cars before ours also waited for a long time.

We’ll not buy anything from that store again.

If I could give a -50 I would. So poor, rude customer service with the Dundas store. She blames the virous on her rudeness, acting like its OK to be short with customers and condescending. Thank GOD I live in Burlington and do not have to deal with that " women".

When I found out it would be 7 days for my online order I said I want to can cancel it she was acting like who cares no big deal and a big F U to me.

We purchased plants at your store on Tecumseh Road, Windsor, Ontario on May 16, 2020 and most of the plants were reasonably priced, approx. 00 each, but then, when we got home, I thought my bill was rather too high for what we had purchased. 99 each!!! 99 each.

That is unconscionable in this day and in this time!! 00 each pot. When I called to return the plants, your store associate refused. Well let me be very clear, we won't ever purchase plants again from your store. price gouging and we will report the store.

Other garden centres in the City were more reasonable.

This feedback concerns your store at Clarkson crossing in Mississauga. Upon entering your store I used the anti-bacterial wipes to sanitize the shopping cart handle and was shocked to see how much dirt was on the wipe. It was evident the cart had not been wiped down for a very long time.

This indicates that preparing your store to ensure your customers and staff is being neglected. You need to sanitize the store and safety should guide all your decisions now that you are open. I am very disappointed with your lack of concern for people in your store.

Please put the safety precautions in place to meet acceptable standards.

Purchased what was supposed to be an electeic bbq online with my mastercard. Went to the store fpr curb side pickup . The staff member brought to te car and placed the bbq in my car . I headed home.

Come to find ouy its no an electric bbq its gas . I live in an apartment building and am not allowed gas bbq on my balcony. Went back to store to return it and get money back only to be told they wont do retirns now .

So not only do i have to wait for money to be given back i also have to wait to purchase another bbq elsewhere . I will never deal with cct again . There customer service was brutal at store feont and on telephone.

I was on hold for 25 mins only to be disconnected on there part when someone finally answered my call

Cornwall store kept us waiting 2 hours for our order while friends of employees were giving their orders right away. After being in car for that long, our car wouldn,t start and we had to call a cab to get home.

Will never order from this branch again. Because of pandemic, we have to leave our vehicle there overnight.

Customer Service told me to move away from the protective shield and stand between the desk and a cashier who was less than 4 feet from me. She placed me in an unsafe distance for NO REASON! The cashier told me to go back to the spot on the floor.

Then the Customer Service lady told me to go back to the unsafe spot AGAIN! This made no sense and it placed myself and that cashier in danger of not safe distancing between us. The Customer Service person kept telling me that I was being RUDE.

I told her I'm not being rude I'm getting frustrated and I just want my receipt so I can leave. It was totally ridiculous and very unprofessional! This was at the St. Thomas store.

I bought a snow blower from the Listowel CT store, we had a house fire which lost the receipt. Used this machine only once broke a piece from it. The piece was broken before I used it, it showed rust on three sides.

Went back to the listowel location to get a copy of the receipt they had said no don’t have time. 00 plus taxes. The machine was used for 10 minutes tops. Please help us out with this. Thank you

My 73 yr old husband and myself visited your store today July 20 at approx. 5 pm. We were planning on purchasing the Premier Paint on Sale in your store.

However, I had a colour from another line and I needed to match it in order to determine the accurate shade I wanted. We waited at the counter for over 5 minutes then my husband searched around to find an associate who informed him he did not work that section and would get someone to come.

We waited another 10 minutes, no one. The my husband tracked this same clerk down and he tried (? once again to find someone who could help but he could not so then he asked what we needed. If just paint I am sure he would have sufficed but since we needed some advice he could not. After approx.

S I've purchased wood pellets they directed me to go around back to the garage to pick them up , ive been waiting now for over a half hour . I have called customer service an told I'm still waiting that was 15 minutes ago . This is unacceptable.

Where do I start ? Should I start with the fact that there are never enough cashier's on? But why is this when there are 2 other employees are RIGHT there fiddle farting around with something that I'm sure can wait.

Will not be using your repair facilities in the future because of poor service. I recently took my vehicle in to the North Sydney branch because my heater was not working and asked them to replace the thermostat. Made an appointment to have the work done and my wife drove into town to have the work done.

When she arrived for her appointment she was told that the thermostat they had for my car had been sold to someone else. She made an appointment for the following day. Upon picking up the vehicle I was informed that the thermostat had been replaced and the heater was still not operating because of an actuator which he could not replace as Canadian Tire did not do that type of work..

I t was not listed in the flyer, so should not be subject to that condition. 99 but the store say's that because it was bought during the aforementioned time frame the cannot refund the difference. I see this as unfair business practice and will possibly be forced to report the act to the BBB.

Sunday November 24 I looked for an advertised knife sharpener at the shoppers world outlet. I asked the manager of seasonal where I could find it. She was very busy answering questions from other customers but when my turn came she told me to look in aisle 88.

I wasn’t Able to find it. I then spotted an employee at the end if the aisle who was standing alone. I said I hadn’t been able to find the item in the aisle and she curtly dismissed me by saying it would be in one of the bins.

After some time exploring “bins” I hadn’t found the item. I spotted another employee (a young black man named Steven) who tried mightily to find he item, including going through flyers, computer searches and finally collaring a housewares employee who had no answer.

Hi,I have done oil change in month of June for my car ford escape 2014,after oil change i found the technician did not put the lower engine cover properly. That cover is under the engine and it is opened when we do oil change.

I had 2 sets of keys cut at your Woodbridge store last Saturday. The young lady that cut the keys said to me that if they do not work, to bring them back and she would cut a new set.

As it happened one set worked and the other set did not work. I went back on Wed. Nov 6th. to get the keys recut at the key cutting station. After waiting in line to be served, the young lady looked at them and said that there is a problem with a notch.

I said, OK, cut me new keys. Then she said that I would have to go to Customer Service to get a credit and then she would cut new keys. After having to come back to the store to deal with key problem and waiting patiently in line I was not prepared to stand in line again.

00. Within two days I had a nearly flat front tire. When I complained they asked if I could leave the car overnight. I said no it had to be fixed that day ... eventually it was fixed after several hours.

Now less than 9 days from the original installation I have another slow leak & somewhat flat tire. Again they asked if I could leave overnight. Told them to fix it today! Maybe CRAPPY TIRE is a better business name.

I have NEVER had this kind of problem elsewhere.

Today we went to the Brantford location and picked up several items , when we got to the checkout counter all were closed , only the self serve was open with a back-up of customers. We are opposed to this service , we did not purchase and left the store. In the future we will only purchase when we are serviced by staff we can talk to.

I have never seen such total organization disarray in a service center in my 61 years of my life. I booked a tire replacement appointment in advance and was told it would take 2 hours for the service people to put my new tires on my Rav4.

I took my vehicle in early and was ready for my 2 pm service work. yes really. I suggested that they call around to another store and get the tire as I made my selection based on good due diligence home work.

Upon thinking of how that I had to make a simple suggestion, I drove to the service shop to get my keys and just take my vehicle to a more organized tire store. Your person shows me that they had replaced 3 of the tires which was not explained when we talked at 5:30 pm.

On October 30 ,2019 at Canadian Tire ,4909 Tachereau Boulevard, Greenfield Park QC. As a client I have been treated very unpolite with an aggresive language and a very ostile attitude whike trying to ask about the store manager s name.

I there! I have been trying to reach a manager at the Castelgar store for over a month now and no one is calling me back and when I call there I get put through no one ever answers. I need to talk to someone higher up about a bike I bought my daughter and it completely broken and not rideable.

I tried to return it right away because it wasn’t riding properly. And they shut me down and wouldn’t even offer me a store credit. I am very angry about this whole experience and don’t want this bike. The Castelgar store was very rude to me at the very beginning and very unprofessional now because I can’t reach anyone that would be able to help.

I bought a car battery from Canadian tire for Mercedes c230, 2008. And it did not fit my car. Hence I bought a new battery from Mercedes. At the time I asked the sales person if I could return and she said I could.

Within a week I went to return but they refused as I experienced 0 customer service. I am very disappointed and would like to make a complaint as I wasted 236 cad dollars and required a refund. I am attaching a pic of my current battery and new battery I bought.

I just wanted to provide feedback about a very poor experience I had yesterday at the Brockville Canadian Tire store. I’m in the process of closing my pool (yes late I know) and needed some algaecide. Was going to go to the local pool place but thought to quickly check your website as your store is much closer to my house.

Sure enough you sell varying sizes of algaecide at a few different potency levels. ALL OF WHICH SHOWED IN STOCK AT THE BROCKVILLE STORE. The particular item I wanted showed 22 items in stock (21 today), item #081-3730-0, Happy I didn’t have to drive across town I stopped in.

On Saturday September 21,2019. I went to Canadian Tire in Campbellford Ontario to get 1/4inch brake line. I looked and all I say was 5/16 and 3/16, I asked the lady at the parts dept if there was 1/4'' brake line.

I was told ''what you see is what you get''. I then asked if they had 1/4'' steel tubing, to be told they don't sell that. When I looked on website sure enough there it is 1/4'' brake lines and tubing.

I was just at the brantford store at 30 Lynden rd. There was not 1 cashier available. I had no choice but to use the self check out. I realize things are changing but to me this is unacceptable. As well, it took me 20 minutes to get a ctc employee to the sporting department so they could locate a product that was locked out.

Hi I was at Canadian Tire on Pinebush Room on Aug 21. I waited 40 minutes to cut seven keys. The waiting time was approximately 20 minutes. And, the key cutting time was approximately another 20 minutes. What I could tell was that the lady was struggling to work on it.

Four keys were cut for my church. All of them did not work. I went to Canadian Tire at 385 Fairway Rd. They refunded the cost of four keys and re-cut them in 2 minutes. They told me that the person from Cambridge picked up wrong blank.

I went in and had a brake flush done on my car. I asked for Type 4 which of course is Dot 4. But on my bill I have no info on the grade, type or Dot of brake fluid used.

When I first brought in my car I went and did a bit of shopping prior to my car been taken into the shop. Therefore I was not present at the inertial start of service as I trusted Canadian Tire.

I recently had some work done at the canadian tire store on confederation st. Saskatoon. The so called service manager was a complete idiot. Trying to add charges, and did to my bill, other than what was discussed. Hen confronting Mark about the extra charge, he said it was neccessary.

I argued with that person about it, and nothing was done. He even went as far as to swear to me. I'll tell you something Canadian tire Corp. I dont care who thel you are, you dont have the right to verbally abuse a customer.

on Aug 9 2019 I had an appointment To have the air conditioner repaired ON MY CAR and they only repaired half the job I still have no air.. They repaired only the clicking that controls the air and heat,but did not repair the air conditioner and tried to say that I did not tell them to fix AC.

Our vacuum at the cottage failed in late July. As luck would have it, Canadian Tire's flyer of 26 July to 1 August had several vacuums on sale. We attended the Kincardine, ON store on Friday the 27th of July but found that both vacuums that we were interested in were not available - 43-8167-4 and 43-8260-0.

We spoke to the manager who assisted a student in providing us a raincheck for 43-8167-4 and we were advised that it would be shipped on Monday the 29th of July. I wanted to return my brand new lathe I used for two days due to a striped handle.

I have over paid on my card and with my limit removed from the overpayment I still have no,access to MY money. This is ridiculous. You need to update your policy. I have money that I have no access to and you guys are refusing it to me. Angry.

I am on vacation and penniless.
