Capital One blocked payment to a reputable online music store, first I was sent a text asking if this was my purchase, I replied yes, it said to use the card, declined again, call customer service and sent to fraud, first woman is so rude I just hang up, anything I said was met with instant attitude, I called back and got a guy, we went through all the steps, he said I would be good to go, he sent me verification code and
all of that, checked out, should have been fine, wait 20 minutes, still cannot make purchase. Call in again, another rep with a script and an attitude, I do not even care about making the purchase at this point, I will do so later with another card.
