If you only surf the net fine, but Century Link has the WORSE email service ever. My email fails on a monthly basis, there is no phone support (only "chat" & text), and you should expect to wait at least 40 minutes (originally 87th in line & currently 66th after over 15 minutes).
Got through earlier today (after 45 minute wait) & was told to reset my password, which not only discontinued the chat but made the problem worse. Now instead of one "reset you server password" message over-and-over, I'm getting TWO. And don't think for a second that Century Link will help you -- they'll only say that all support is now handled by a third party company.
Good think I also have two other email addresses.
