I am sooo frustrated with your company. I hate your customer service department. The people are fine. The entire system is flawed. If I am having an issue with my internet, I need to carve out at least 2 hours to partially resolve the issue. I am put on hold for long periods of time waiting for someone to get to me. I am then given to tech support who partially fixes the problem. Then I am sent to customer service which is another name for sales department. The solutions to my problems always come in additional band width. Which also includes additional costs.
The wait times and being on hold is terrible.
