My dad has a 2010 Camaro that is having problems. Now I get that it is an older car, but that doesn't excuse the problem the car is having that CAMARO knew about there was a class action law suit filed about it.

My dad's car is blowing fuses and starter keeps over heating. Because the heat shield is messed up. 00 (with labor) each now he's going to have to put a third on it . I called the main office of Chevrolet and they basically told me "too bad not my issue but we can give him a voucher" ok well the problem with that is the voucher will not be what the car is actually worth my dads car is a show car, he's put A LOT of work and time in to it.

Not to mention its the Hurst Edition. 00 (I think) diagnosis on his car. He nor I can afford that . My dad nor I want money from them, never…

i had a car situation last year I contact headquarter because where i took my car they was giving me hard time running around very unprofessional I made a compliant I was told if my car have another issue contact them and they will help well my car have the same exact issue as before and I contact them like they said even brought my car to the same dealership but same problem as before the dealership I have to contact headquarter when I did I was told they have to see what they can do why lie to me why give me the running around just make no sense I will be contacting BBB soon and

I purchased my 2019 Chevrolet Equinox from Jim Butler Chevrolet, I have 33K mile on the Chevrolet Equinox , my wife was driving home from work, the car stopped running, she was able to get it restart, she received a message that the emissions needs to be checked. That was great but when we called Jim Butler we were told the next appointment was 9 days later.

I called 3 other dealers and said they can get us in 4 to 5 days later, one even said 3 working days later ( Weber Chevrolet) that is great. I called Jim Butler and ask why 9 days when others said less, The person in the phone (April) starter to argue with me, and said some dealers are not so backed up with service.

My Chevrolet warranty is useless because the local dealer (Southern Chevrolet / Alexandria, LA) tells me their earliest available service appointment is 30 days from now. I was also informed that if I leave the vehicle at the dealership for an entire week they may be able to have a technician look under the hood but they cannot promise any service during that time frame.

Despite owning a 2021 Silverado with only 9,800 miles on the odometer, I have no reliable transportation. Essentially, you are in breach of the warranty contract because your organization does not have the ability to fulfill its commitment.

I own a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado Duramax purchased new in November 2017. I recently started having a low coolant warning on the instrument warning. I visually checked the coolant reservoir which was almost full. I scheduled a service appointment at a local Chevrolet dealer.

The service manager there immediately told me before ever raising the hood that the coolant level sensor was probably defective because they had replaced several. he also told me that the sensor alone could not be replaced because it was incorporated inside the reservoir.

I am writing to complain about my service today. I was told when I made my appointment for4 new tires that it would take two hours. When I checked in at 9 am they said it would be done by 2:00, clearly way more than the two hours when I scheduled and they would try for earlier. I arrived at 2:10 to find my vehicle in the air. The service agent said they were busy... where is the phone call to let me know that it would not be done at 2:00? I had tried to call at 12:00 and waited on hold for over 5 minutes before hanging up.

Recently I took in my son's vehicle to Toyota and... I had excellent service, texting from service agent immediately after I left, excellent follow up. Bunnin has a C-, D rating in my book. They do not value their customers or their time. VERY Dissatisfied.

Ever time I tried to reach someone about a service complaint no one returned me call. I even left my phone number with operations director and he never responded. I bought my 2017 Tahoe at this dealership when it was crest.

I've had my Chevrolet in the shop at Jimmy Glover Chevy in Tulsa OK since 09/11/21. VIN # 3GCUYEED9LG385111) I've not gotten any results in getting the truck repaired. Supposedly, the brake system is out. It's under warranty and no none can tell me anything 4 weeks later.

I've asked to speak to a regional GM rep only to be told that she doesn't take calls. I gave the dealership my cell number and asked her to call me. No response. I've called the Chevrolet 800-222-1020 number on 09/27 and was assured i would hear back.

I took my 2013 Camaro to one of your facilities in Collierville Tennessee. I stated to your service employee I am bringing my Camaro in for a "transmission leak". I then stated if you all have extra time please look into my headlight and side mirror as well if you "have time" I then began to wait three weeks to receive my car back.

After getting my car back I drove it for 24hours just to see my check engine light come back on. I then took it back to Chevy and explained the problem. They kept the car another 10 days just to call me back and said in their own words "it is going to be about another $1,500 to fully fix the transmission , after I literally just paid $2,700 to have the transmission leak fixed , mirror , and headlight fixed.

1. The service advisor Neli Guillen informed me car is ready to be pick up so I paid for everything.

However I found the window can't be roll up and covered by a plastic film. Document not matching real inspection result. Inspection result showed my window is good. 2. After half hour, they want to charge me for the window replacement part which they broke during the inspection. 3.

I paid $530 for inspection and now my car is in a worse condition than the time I dropped it, I should never be charged on something I didn't break.

Took car into dealer for 3 issues 1 check engine 2 passenger side mirror not working 3 USB ports not working Even before the sevice order was written they were talking about cost I told them theres still 7 months on bumper to bumper waranty and only have 10k miles Before long they called me saying cost woub be $260 They said a aftermarket item caused the power mirror to not work And the same item caused the USB ports to not work.

Went in for a transmission fluid change, oil change and transfer fluid change on my 2015 Tahoe. Picked the vehicle up at the specified time drove it home and parked it in my garage, where it sat idle for two days.

Went to use the vehicle on the third day and upon backing out of the garage noticed what appeared to be a large puddle of transmission fluid where the vehicle had been parked with some running down the floor drain. I called the dealer where the work was done and told them what was going on and they replied they would pick the vehicle up and see what the problem was.

I told them I would stop by late in the day as my wife and I were going out of town. When I stopped in later in the day the first two people I spoke to were clueless as to the situation .

On 08/17/2021 I took my 2006 corvette into Team Chevy, Valparaiso, Indiana. The automatic transmission would not shift into the park position. Only reverse, neutral and drive. They diagnosed the problem as needing a new shifter. They said they would have to order one and since GM no longer makes that shifter, it is very hard and rare to find one. 00.

They had no idea when they would be able to locate one. They already had another corvette in the shop waiting for one and it had been there for 6 weeks already. Since I could still drive mine I left a deposit and took my car home.

On 08/30/2021 I went back to Team Chevy and ask since they had no idea when the part would be found could I get a refund. I had found a friend who fixed the problem and I no longer needed that shifter.

Too my 2015 Camaro to them for an oil change, brake check, balance check, hood support replacement and air con repair. Took this on July 28. Aug 10 picked it up as they told me it was done. 55 later it had new hood support and a new condenser and expansion valve.

On the way home noticed no cool air of any kind. So Aug 11 took it back as they also had not checked brakes or changed oil. Aug 26th I texted them repeatedly with no response so went on Friday the 27th and they told me it would be done that afternoon.

On my way home they called me and said it would not be ready Friday but Monday the 30th. I texted several times and was told to call the manager at a number that was no longer in service. When I finally did reach someone I was told it was still not finished.

Smart Chevrolet in Madison NC is the worst dealership by far an run by Chad Carswell. I bought an SUV from them in July that wasnt even on the lot, one of the managers girlfriends had it, driving around. The SUV they had out for me was the wrong one.

I drove my SUV for not even 2 weeks and its in the shop unsafe to drive and repair bill is $7600 , when calling to see why the warranty wasnt working they hadnt even turned in the paperwork. I asked if the would help with repairs his response you drive it off the lot!!!

I would never buy anything from this dealership it needs to be shut down!

My husband has a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado and we had so many issues with it, he decided to trade it in. He purchased a new 2021 Silverado with less than 50 miles on it. The truck has now been sitting at the dealership waiting for a part from Chevrolet. The dealership has promised it would be there last week, and yet today they still don't have the part. The part is the wiring harness for the drivers seat (the airbag is not functioning). My husband is a quality inspector for Honda, and knows this is not how the automobile industry works. There is no way an A rank safety repair should take this amount of time to repair. Honda would have just replaced the entire seat instead of messing with a wiring harness.

This is ridiculous! $54,000.00 on a truck that can't be driven.

I purchased a pre-owned certificated 2017 Chevy Colorado in 2018 with 10,000 miles on it. Today the truck has 40,000 miles and on Tuesday Aug 10, 2021 my transmission stopped working completely. I took my truck to my local Chevy Dealership “Reedman Toll Chevy Dealer” on Baltimore pike Springfield.

I’m curious as to why the performance exhaust for 2021 suburban is not available on Chevrolet accessories website any longer. Was there a manufacturing issue or installation issue? Truth be told, I purchased one for mine online at Chevrolet accessories and had local dealership install.

To put in a nutshell. It was a nightmare for me. Dealership had to take it to local muffler shop, as did I, to get it right. I never would have spent $2k for this if I knew the installation would be such a headache.

You (Chevrolet) manufactured an unsafe vehicle plagued with safety recalls and your "recall" remedy did not resolve the defect on my car (i.e., Chevy SS).

Good morning, I found a truck stock # 210856 at Rogers Dabbs Chevy in Brandon MS. I talked to Laurence Anthony a sale man, I told him I want to but the truck and told him we where going to pay cash/ overnight him a company check and he told me he would have his sales manager call me.

Kirk the sale manager call and told me he would sell me the truck only if finance it for a min. of 6 months and he was going to add the platinum (something ) to the back end of the loan.

I bought my traverse maybe a year and a half ago supposedly with a 72 point certified warranty and I purchased an extended warranty for electrical. At this time after such a short time my electrical is in system failure .

The part needed im being told is nowhere available and no body knows when it will be . My car has been at a dealership sitting for 2 weeks and I've been having to pay for a rental. I recently financed a 2018 chevy Colorado, when I returned home I realized that I was not given the best deal and that I was pressured into purchasing this vehicle. I did not realize until the next day just how bad of a deal I gotten and I was unable to revoke the agreement.

I called the dealership Criswell Chevy in Thurmont about buying a 2021 Chevy Colorado Bison for aprox 57k. I was coming from about an hour and half away on my only day off from work for awhile so It would be the only time I would be able to come pick it up.

I scheduled an oil change 06/25/201 waited there for over 2 hours to have done with an appointment. When my car was returned to me it had damage on the door, paint scratch on the rear driver door, the car is brand new only had for 5 months, I had to bring the car back the following week to have repaired, was provided no car rental, was without transportation for a week, no updates provided no return calls to my inquiries regarding the status.

Message left with the general manager. I'm so disappointed in my experience as this is the second care I have bought from this dealership with continued maintenance there as well. I haven't picked up the car yet and I hope it was repaired correctly.

They are either liars or incompetent. The car would stall and cut out and you told me it was because the oil filter was loose. There were no leaks, I checked, not sure why a loose filter would make the car stall anyway.

Upon return and the second attempt to fix the person at the counter mad it VERY VERY VERY VERY clear they did not like doing warranty work because it did not pay enough. I mean she made this VERY VERY VERY clear to me. What good is a new car warranty if the dealership doesn't wont to do warranty work.

I have a 2014 Buick Encore which I purchased from Win Chevrolet used. I NEVER received the vehicle handbook. I was getting an oil change and the technician mentioned to me one of my hoses to my A/C reservoir was expanded and probably needed to be changed.

I was having a problem with my car overheating. So I took my vehicle to Win and was told I needed a new water pump even though I asked for the hose to be replaced. Almost $1,300 later I had a new water pump ( I was out of a vehicle for almost 2 weeks) but STILL had the same problem.

Another week goes by and I am assured the vehicle is fixed. Again, I continued to have the same problem. I requested my money back because the problem was worse. I was then charged another $203 for additional parts the DID NOT replace the first time.

On 23 Apr 21 I took my 2020 Chevy Silverado 2500 in to Tyrrell Chevrolet Cheyenne WY, for and oil change, I had a 7:30 appointment. At 4:00 I called checking to see if it was completed and was told I could pick it up at 4:30.

I picked my truck up and went to Lowe's at which time my wife asked me what I had hit and I said what are you talking about, she said come look at the bed on the paaseneger side of your truck, I went around and the hole side of the bed had a scratch and a dent.

Purchased 2019 Chevy 2500 Duramax with Ally Extended warranty. 2 months after having vehicle coolant light comes on. Took to mechanic who charged $150 and said it was sensor. Took it to Renn Kirby Chevrolet of Gettysburg for service through warranty.

Was charged $130 on first trip and was told no light came on and no issue with truck. Drove out of parking lot and light came on. Left serval messages and rec'd call after hours via voicemail. Called next day and was given appt 7 days later.

Mechanic from Renn Kirby called first thing and said there was no issue. I demanded additional investigation. Was finally told I was right and it was a bad sensor. It would cost over $500 and my warranty would not cover.

Was charged an additional $130 for the same diagnostics that should have been done…

I have a 2015 Silverado 1500 ltz with a failed A/C condenser.

The dealer says that the part is not readily available and is on back order. This failure is a result of Chevrolet's poor design and manufacture that has led to the failure of many of these vehicles causing a parts shortage..

I have checked the local parts store and I have found a condenser to fit my truck. The truck is under extended warranty . Does this prevent the dealer from using some savvy and buying a part outside the Chevrolet umbrella to assist the customer.

Why doesn't Chevrolet admit that they made an engineering error and recall all of the faulty trucks for repair. I believe that would be the correct and honest thing to do.

Of course I am without my truck for labor day weekend. Hope my 2000 Silverado keeps…

I recently took my truck into salt lake valley Chevrolet in west valley, Utah. They fixed the problem that I originally took it in for, but now they are refusing to fix a problem that they caused. They left a trim piece off of my truck, and now the service manager Brandon is saying that it should be in the truck, which it is not, and that he is not going to do anything about it.

They cause problems and now they won't step and fix their own mistakes.

I had an alarming noise start coming from the front passenger side wheel area of my Chevy 2500 durmax high country Edition about 8weeks ago. This noise started a couple days after I received my truck back from having the thermostats changed under warranty.

I looked the truck over trying to find this noise. I notice the inner fender well was gapped open in two places on the passenger side front where this noise is coming from. There were 2 black zip ties holding the bottom togther it looked like it was cut in a seam and zipped tied at the bottom.

Worst customer service at dealers as well as the corporate headquarters. I have NEVER raised my voice, cursed or had any reason to be treated this way. My family has always purchased Chevy products but this will be the last based on how we have been treated.

We have had our vehicle to Victory Lane Chevy 4 times for same issue. Service manager Wayne Follansbee is the tidiest customer service person I have ever had to deal with. Complete lack of concern and NEVER returns a call.

He could care less if a service is done correctly.

Rude, unprofessional, hostile service by Jonathan at Fiesta Chevrolet service dept. not letting me talk and telling me yes you are right in a sarcastic voice when I corrected him bout what he stated yesterday over the phone. 14094 for oilchange, inspection sticker and to have bracket for front plate installed on July 6,2020. I was told that they dont have plate bracket but will order one and install it on July 9.. They did change the oil and put new sticker the same day as usual as i go to them every years for many years.

My 2020 Chevrolet Colorado pick up truck has been Leonardtown Chevrolet for two weeks and now has been at Waldorf Chevrolet going on three weeks the problem is the transmission and we keep getting told that it’s next now the parts should be in Tuesday or Wednesday of this week. Very frustrating!

I HAVE A 2019 CHEVEY COLORADO .I HAVE ALWAYS HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE RADIO AND DISPLAY SCREEN.THE DEALER HAS HAD IT THREE TIMES AND KEEPS IT FOR TWO DAYS AND CANNOT SEEM TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM.DOES GM KNOW HOW TO FIX IT OR NOT.

My complaint is with a dealer in Paintsville KY. My son has had problems with 2017 Camaro and has been at Hutch Chevrolet dealership for 3 weeks. They have provided no feedback on what the issue might be or even when they possibly might fix the car.

The car was brought on for water in the trunk, that was shorting out the wiring.

first week needed a wiring harness? not sure how this will fix water in the trunk. Since the 3rd day in, there has been no communication as to why, what, when, this will be fixed. They have provided no loaner car, no nothing.

I find this to be unacceptable service and needs to be dealt with I am the father of the 22 yr old and I too have called the dealer, no call back, no info. How o you leave someone with out a car for 3 weeks ?

This car is still under warranty.…

I have 2 Chevy 2011 equinox and both having transmission problems and engine problems. Nothing but money pit and getting worse as time goes by! So disappointed in both suvs

If I could give this car less then 0 I would. I purchased a 2011 Certified/ Used Chevy Cruze in 2013 and paid 17k for the car. The first week I had it the water pump went out and it overheated.

Two weeks later and the thermostat went out and it was back in the shop. I later found out that the original owner had also replaced the thermostat. Had I known better I should have just given the car back and cut my losses.

Since owning the car it has been in the shop more times then I can count for overheating issues in the last 7 years. I have had to replace the thermostat no less then 10 times. The hoses have rotted due to the heat issues and the sensors have gone bad twice now.

Three years ago we gave the car to our daughter because we wanted her to have a newer car as she was going away to…
