My complaint is with a dealer in Paintsville KY. My son has had problems with 2017 Camaro and has been at Hutch Chevrolet dealership for 3 weeks. They have provided no feedback on what the issue might be or even when they possibly might fix the car.
The car was brought on for water in the trunk, that was shorting out the wiring.
first week needed a wiring harness? not sure how this will fix water in the trunk. Since the 3rd day in, there has been no communication as to why, what, when, this will be fixed. They have provided no loaner car, no nothing.
I find this to be unacceptable service and needs to be dealt with I am the father of the 22 yr old and I too have called the dealer, no call back, no info. How o you leave someone with out a car for 3 weeks ?
This car is still under warranty.…
