My complaint is with a dealer in Paintsville KY. My son has had problems with 2017 Camaro and has been at Hutch Chevrolet dealership for 3 weeks. They have provided no feedback on what the issue might be or even when they possibly might fix the car.

The car was brought on for water in the trunk, that was shorting out the wiring.

first week needed a wiring harness? not sure how this will fix water in the trunk. Since the 3rd day in, there has been no communication as to why, what, when, this will be fixed. They have provided no loaner car, no nothing.

I find this to be unacceptable service and needs to be dealt with I am the father of the 22 yr old and I too have called the dealer, no call back, no info. How o you leave someone with out a car for 3 weeks ?

This car is still under warranty.…

If I could give this car less then 0 I would. I purchased a 2011 Certified/ Used Chevy Cruze in 2013 and paid 17k for the car. The first week I had it the water pump went out and it overheated.

Two weeks later and the thermostat went out and it was back in the shop. I later found out that the original owner had also replaced the thermostat. Had I known better I should have just given the car back and cut my losses.

Since owning the car it has been in the shop more times then I can count for overheating issues in the last 7 years. I have had to replace the thermostat no less then 10 times. The hoses have rotted due to the heat issues and the sensors have gone bad twice now.

Three years ago we gave the car to our daughter because we wanted her to have a newer car as she was going away to…

My complaint is that back in the older days you could buy a full size truck with the option of automatic transmission or manual transmission now every manufacturer has gotten lazy which have made people lazy with driving and gives them more time to text which causes accidents but when you drive a manual transmission you will have no time for texting and you will have the driving satisfaction of being in control of your vehicle.

My 2017 Chevy Trax was towed via the Chevy warranty to Mohawk Chevrolet in Clifton park I was my car would be looked at on mon 1/20/2020. After the first call Jamie snickered and was like yeah Haven’t Had time doubt today.

I called back at 425p spoke with someone else who said staff called out down mechanics try to look at it tomorrow 1/21 and no rentals available that’s part of my warranty!!! My car is covered 100,000 miles bumper to bumper and it’s 2 yrs old and I’m getting nowhere!

What do you plan to do to fix this

The headlights on my 2020 Blazer are to low and you can’t see at night. The bright lights are worthless. Put the headlights back where they go and the daytime lights back where they go!! Whoever designed this crap should be fired!!

I had to wait 3 days to get an appointment for Manassas Chevrolet, then 3 days later my car was not even checked. 00 they offered me a car and transferred my call but I was hanged out. So, they don’t care about me.

If they were not able to do it I would prefer to know that instead of wasting time and money. Bommin Manassas chevy dealer is the worst I have tried. I thin is time to change Chevy for a different brand new car. Sooooo disappointed.

I bought a new Chevrolet car at the Penske dealer in Cerritos in the states of California and they told me that they had a promotion that if I bought in a new car that day and I was a customer of the Costco store they would give me a $ 750 card to spend on that store.

A month later I continued to wait for the card and I think they won't give it to me. Another lie.

I bought a new impala 5 months ago and I put 4k miles on the car my needs changed and I need to get a pickup truck . I went to trade in my new car and its only worth 50% of the 29k that I paid for it.

I knew we were gonna loose some money but 50 % that's unacceptable!!!!! That's uncle Vinney interest.. I figured we would give up 5 to 7k but 16k you guys should be ashamed to put your name on something that doesn't hold any better value then that. NEVER BUY ANOTHER CHEVY..!!!!!

We bought a used car from Bay Ridge Chevy in Brooklyn. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle the battery died. A few after that we had trouble with the transmission. The car was taken to Bay Ridge Chevy on or about December 12th.

We were told that they would make the repairs at no cost even though the warranty had expired. It’s been over two weeks and the repairs have not been completed. We were told twice that would “try to find a replacement” car, but have supplied one.

We did get a text from them stating that they are fixing the car free of charge and the warranty has expired. We have been without a car for over two weeks now and do not see an end to this problem. This is unacceptable!

At this point I would give zero stars if I could. Please help us with this situation. Thank you.

I was just at chevrolet on University Boulevard today. I walked in to get an appointment for the service center and immediately an italian guy asked what fo you want and what can i do for you. I dont have time.

He treated me like a criminal or a begger. I was so shocked. I have a 2019 chevrolet and just needed an appountment. I will tell everybody i know to never buy a chevrolet and go to that dealership.

Very disappointed in Chevrolet. I cant believe they wont stand behind their vehicles used or new. I've telling everyone I work with what awful service and sales I've dealt with in the last few months. I even contacted Chevrolet directly when.

No one at the dealership would help me. Had my used vehicle less then 6 months and the transmission went and because I didn't buy the 5000 dollar extended warranty I must pay for it to be fixed or replaced. What a crock.

This is a known problem with your vehicles and should be done at your expense not mine. I thought Chevrolet was a trusted name and produced quality vehicles. You at Chevrolet should be ashamed of the quality of vehicles you now produce.

My 2014 Chevy Spark was refusing to start intermittently. We made an appointment to have it looked at 7:30 am on October 8, 2018. When my husband called the service department around lunch time that day, he was told that our appointment time was simply a “24-hour window” for them to look at the car, not an appointment for a specific time. We ended up paying for 2 hours of labor to diagnose a bad battery. Would that not have been the first thing a technician would have looked at?

Prior to taking the car in, I had called the service department to ask about the cost of a replacement key for the Spark. I was told it would be around $55. Deciding it was easiest to have that done at the same time, we included an order for the spare key. Much to our surprise, we ended up…

I purchased a 2012 Chev Cruze from CarMax in July 27, 2015 its millage was 31,813 at the time of purchase. The check engine light turned on couples weeks later and I went back to CarMax and they said it was a fuse and corrected the problem.

In February 14, 2018 it was towed to a Aamco transmission because the transmission. Before calling Aamco transmission I had reached out to my local Chevrolet dealer for advise with my problem and got the run around being transfer from person to person with no result.

Hello, I own a 2013 Silverado 1500 LTZ with the tri-color (Pearl Paint). About a year ago I have noticed the paint peeling in all different areas of the vehicle. Have you had other complaints on this problem? I'm looking for options and wondering if you could assist me on this problem.

Note: I went to my local Chevy Dealer (Dover De,) on this problem, I was told this was normal for this year truck. We talked trade, what a joke, I was lowed balled due to the paint pealing on a vehicle with less then 60,000 miles.

My experience with my last lease of a Chevy Equinox 2018 was less than pleasing. I leased the vehicle January 2019, at the end of June I began to have problems with the vehicle. The brakes started to fail. The first incident occurred while stopping in traffic and almost rolled into another car in front of me.

The next occurrence was on an expressway while stopping for a red light and I had actually rolled through it, I had to literally step hard and press my back into the seat to apply pressure on the brake. On August 5th, I had a car accident with our 2016 Chevy Volt. The damage was $7,000. As of December 5th we do not have our car back. I was told that a part was needed to repair the car.

It was ordered by the dealership and then Chevy went on strike from 9/15/19 to 10/25/19. So we couldn't get the part.

However, it's been 5+ weeks and they still have not gotten all the parts needed. We got a call on this monday telling us the part was in. Then when we called back to see if the car was done; we were told that there was another part that was still needed.

Purchased new 2020 Traverse High Country from Defouw Chevrolet Lafayette In. Nov 19th 2020. Never made it out of dealership lot as ABS warning lights came on. Car has been sitting at dealership for over two weeks with no sign of when part will be found to fix and may take months, as we never took delivery.

Requesting intervention to find part and fix the car. Requesting extended warranty from purchase date as we don't have the car and 36 month warranty time clock is ticking. Requesting additional customer supplier discount after the fact, as now see current ad's applies to anyone purchasing GM, because we never really got the car when we purchased on Nov 19 2020.

Seems to be the least that can been done to help with this horrible experience of not being able to get the car we financed…

Fours ago we lease a Ford Transit for Town and Country Chev. on Mckinley in Mishawaka, In. I kept telling them a lease car was not an opinion because of the excessive driving I do transporting my kids back and forth to school and would definitely would go over the mileage far beyond that was allowed.

" We went to turn our vehicle a few months early and was told there was NEVER any such package and now will have to pay over 9000 to turn our car in!!!!!! These dealerships tell you nothing but lied to have us sign on the line.

Hello, I had a problem in your parts department at classic Chevrolet Grapevine Texas off of Highway 114 . I called Saturday 11/9/19 to ask about purchasing a battery for my 2015 Chevy Spark I bought from you guys. You guys told me y'all had a battery for me.

The car's transmission locked up in 1st gear leaving Savannah, GA International Airport Sunday (10th) night. My wife called me at 9:30 pm from the Shell Gas Station closest to the airport. The car's engine was racing (RPM's) and wouldn't come out of 1st gear About 5-10 minutes later, I received an OnStar Alert that I should take the car to a Dealer in the next seven (7) days.

I told my wife to hit the OnStar button, and they would send help. Boy, was I wrong! An hour later, after my wife had to follow-up numerous times with OnStar, they advised her they could NOT locate a wrecker to take the car (and her) to the dealership.

This was such a bunch of BS because I called AAA, and they could get a wrecker there. Candidly, OnStar (Chevy) pays too little on a Sunday night for a good wrecker…

I bought a 2017 chev 2500 gas LTZ crew cab . A 65,000 dollar truck, through driving force in Edmonton. I am the only owner. Well this fall went for a oil change and was informed that there was a recall.

Back window had a issue with the window blowing out. They removed the fuse and said chevrolet would be in touch in a couple days. That was three months ago. Not impressed first freeze day and no back window defrost.

To whom it may concern my name is Edward Jackson. On October 12th around 2pm my 2018 Chevy Terverse broke down and would not start after stopping at red light. I then had the vehicle towed to Koons Chevrolet. All dashboard lights were on when we tried to start it. On Monday Mr.

William Appel called me and informed me that the starter had shorted out and burned up and the battery was also no good. When the vehicle stopped on my wife it was in the middle of traffic so she immediately turned on the flashes.

The flashers were on at least almost two hours. He said he did a load test on the battery and it did not hold up. If the flashers were on almost 2 hours or more I don't see how it could pass a load test.

my 2016 Chevy Malibu has been in the service dept. 6 times because every time its there your workers break something new they keep replacing parts on my warranty that they brock and finally this last time while replaying the radio because when they jumped the battery they blew out my radio now my air bag case is a half inches too high and they are checking the warranty again only this time he says he doesn't know if its covered / how is it not covered when your the ones who broke it , I absolutely hate this car and the service department I made a huge mistake getting a Chevy I will never buy one again .

i buy my 1st chewy car forgot the name 2nd chevy is equanox and 3rd is traverse. my transmission when it was 30 thousand miles. he said wait for 60t miles to 100t miles. my change oil and tell about my transmission.

not covered with warranty anymore. my point i went to midway 3 times a year. we have a busy life and none of my service person remind me if i have someting to fix do it now while its covered by warranty.

I have had my 2013 chevy cruze serviced at Balise Chevy four times in the past 4 months for a overheating issue and instead of fixing my car they have robbed me blind! I am a single mother that WORKED two fulltime jobs but lost both because i can't make it work!

Balise Chevy has STOLEN my money and downright refuse to fix my car after I've paid them four times alre already! I am now without a job or vehicle. Balise Chevy in Springfield has been very disrespectful and dismissive of my issue and loss. Please help someone.

Good day. I had carried out the following at your w/s vide attached invoice: 1) General check-up of car (sgd 140), which was waived off since I carried out the items mentioned. I only have an email saying about the defects. But I do NOT have any report for items checked and found to be ok. 2) I agreed for my car tyres to be replaced, basis feedback given about existing tyres. But no maker's document provided to me (understand Goodyear tyres fitted which is not a Chevrolet product / spare part). Why the invoice for my tyres cannot be shared with me? 3) The car A/C has been serviced but the cooling of the car is still not good. Request you to advise on a re-check.

Why is Chevrolet not having a recall on these motors in these vehicles. We pay a lot of money for our vehicles and do not expect to be left stranded beside the road because of the fault of the Chevrolet makers.

The transmission in my 2016 Chevrolet Impala went out it took 3 weeks after the transmission came in for them to finish replacing it. When I received the car it had damage done to front fender a few days after the battery went dead upon checking battery it was damaged the battery is on the same side as damage to vehicle, it looks like they dropped something as they were putting it back together.

I am extremely disappointed in Chevrolet and Billy Navarre in Sulphur, La. I had always been a ford/Lincoln owner and I never had this kind of trouble with them. I chose an Impala because it looked better than the Ford cars but I will go back to Ford because of their service it was always fast and I felt I could trust them and I was never disappointed.

I’m writing this email as a response to my recent experience at Mike Castrucci Chevrolet in Cincinnati Ohio. I took my 2018 Chevy Colorado ZR2 to Mike Castrucci do you have the back up camera looked at due to the screen being fuzzy.

I waited three hours that day, to be told that they needed to order the part that was needed to fix my problem. As I was going on vacation the next day, I was told to call when I returned to make an appointment to come back in.

Upon returning from vacation, I call to schedule an appointment, but am told that they have no record of my vehicle being there two weeks prior, and that there was no part ordered. After waiting on hold, my service advisor and I schedule an appointment for me to come in for the back up camera service and to get an oil change.

A local dealership was offering 4k over KBB through a Facebook ad. I messaged the dealership and asked for details. I explained what I wanted and the current payoff on my car and asked for a call back to discuss before I made the 50 mile trip.

I asked for 5 days for a call and I never received a call. I submitted a credit application via the link sent to me. I decided to go in anyways even though I never received the phone call that I asked for.

I ordered a 2019 Camaro in February 2019. It was built the first week of March and delivery was scheduled for last week of March. The vehicle was never received by Chuck Fairbanks Chevy. I made several attempts to find status thru July 2019 and never received an acceptable answer.

I have a 2017 Chevy Silverado 1500 crew cab, 2017 model. 000 miles on it . Complaint is there is a popping sounds that comes from the front end, mostly when making sharp uphill turns, sometimes backing up, turning wheel sharp.

My vehicle has been in a local Chevrolet dealership going on 4 weeks, no communication concerning what is going on, I went to the dealership multiple times and they finally said a part is on back order. I called the customer service line and my situation was escalated to a manager, it is going on 2 weeks and I have not had a call back from the manager.

I have left 3 to 4 messages for call back on the managers phone. I then called again customer service and they said they will escalate the call to someone above the manager, I have not heard anything. I am beyond upset with the service received by this company so far. Very poor customer service.

I decided to come get a vehicle from your reliable Chevrolet dealership the first manager was cussing about the other manager and unprofessional manner after that the manager decided to lecture me on a pricing and scold me about why didn't I want the vehicle your management needs training on customer service experience and knowing the customers here to purchase a vehicle.the way that I've been treated I love Chevy trucks but I would never shop at one of your dealerships here in Albuquerque New Mexico ever again.

I called everette chevrolet about a truck and thought we had a deal had check wrote and heading out door when they called and said someone else came in offered the original price and they sold it!! If this is the practice of Chevrolet dealerships today i think i will get rid of all my chevys!! I have been a Chevy driver all my life! Truck will not fire, cranks but will not fire/run. I did not hear the fuel pump prime when I opened the drivers door to start it this morning. On top of that,the closest Chevy dealer did not have a loaner. Pretty crappy all around.

My 2005 had 185,000 on it and didnt have nearly the issues that this had had at 26000 miles. Radiator was replaced 3 mo ago. Not impressed!

My name is Jeff Underdahl and I own a dealership called "All American Auto Sales" in Hobart, IN. I have been searching for a fairly new Jeep for one of my customers and found an advertisement from "PHILLIPS CHEVROLET" in Lansing, IL for a 2016 Jeep that was in my price range.

I first talked to a "Kevin" from PHILLIPS and he said that he seen no problem in me purchasing this vehicle. He told me to bring my Dealer License and current Insurance, which I did. All the paperwork was being processed by "Donna Lee" and everything was okay until a sales manager by the name of "SAM DARWISH" came into the office and informed me that I had to pay the sales tax before he would sell it to me.

Took my 2018 redline traverse into dealer my radio was flashing like crazy and when you shifted it into park it would not turn off and still said shift to park. They replaced radio and shifter and now you press the gas and it barely goes and the rpms go way to high.

They broke a piece off where you change it to 4 wheel drive and there are orangish spots on back after picking up my traverse and it’s still not right. This was my Second time having it in under 20000 miles!!!!!
