My vehicle has been in a local Chevrolet dealership going on 4 weeks, no communication concerning what is going on, I went to the dealership multiple times and they finally said a part is on back order. I called the customer service line and my situation was escalated to a manager, it is going on 2 weeks and I have not had a call back from the manager.
I have left 3 to 4 messages for call back on the managers phone. I then called again customer service and they said they will escalate the call to someone above the manager, I have not heard anything. I am beyond upset with the service received by this company so far. Very poor customer service.
I am without a car, no loaner, they say they cannot help me and said if I get my car out I will be responsible to pay for the work already done on…
