On January 29, 2018, the transmission in my new 2018 Traverse Premier failed with 670 miles. I was enroute to Fort Myers,Florida to begin a 2 month stay in a condo rental. Recently purchased chevy Silverado 3GCPCREA4BG125206 love the truck. However, dash is cracked everywhere. My homework shows it's a common problem chevy is well aware of. Dealer's I have contacted say there is nothing they can do about it, and can't believe chevy won't make it right. This common defect is all over the internet with several class action lawsuits already filed. My complaint is in regards to the above ticket number and the service advisor Shaun Woods at Joe Lunghamer Chevy in Waterford, MI. Shaun was a total jerk and should not be employed by GM or any company for that matter. I was given the run around in many ways on getting my vehicle repair. I was handed off from one service advisor to another. My appointment time was not honored. Shaun insulted my intelligence on more than one occasion by telling me the brake lights were working and attempting to me sign documents with out reading them. Adding insult to injury I still didn't get the truck fixed. Me and my wife are in the market for be vehicles me a Corvette and my wife a Cadillac. My 2017 Chevy Tahoe, which I bought brand new, has a terribly annoying rough idle problem. Fiasco started from the second day I bought the car. I realized that it was shaking at idle like a massage seat. Although they tried to convince me that it is a common and tolerable problem for these cars and denied the problem, they had to accept it after my several insisting complaints to GM center.
They kept my car at the service for over 20 days in total in the second month of my purchase to change the motor and transmission mounts 3 times. Each time I got my car back, it was same or even worse than before.

Transmission, Throttle Body, and speed signal pigtail replacement was recommended and agreed upon. 79 Car was repaired , road tested and released to us Jan 18 (invoice number 117465 My daughter picked up the car, left the dealership, and 2 miles down the road the transmission failed.

I had a scheduled oil change on 12/23/2017 at Dover Chevrolet in Dover,NH. It was stormy outside with freezing rain. I arrived 10minutes early and was left waiting in my truck outside the service bay for 15 minutes. Normally the service bay opens and the customer drives in.
This never happened so I exited the truck with my sleeping 4 year old daughter to enter the dealership. It appeared that the dealership did not want to move the yard truck outside so they left it parked in the service bay.
Once I arrived in the service department, I proceeded to listen to an argument by what appeared to be yard attendants about salting the parking lot. Very unprofessional.
I purchased a New 2017 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray on August 17,2017. I noticed some chips in the paint around the front panel and light assembly. Returned to dealer on August 18,2017. Stated the problem was noted and they would replace that panel.

l purchased a brand new 2013 Silverado in May of 2013 from Bogley Chevrolet in Thurmont, Md. ( now Criswell). Bogley went out of business and I took the truck to another service provider because it was missing terribly, especially when sitting idling.
They said the # 1 plug an #7 plug was fouling out and there was a TB out on it about oil flying up on the plugs burning them out. They told me to take it to a dealership. I took it to Criswell and they replaced the #1 plug and put a shield in the oil pan as the TB suggest.
It was still idling rough and they said the 7 plug was ok. it was fouled and replaced but it still idles rough. As long as i am at high speeds, no problem but when idling it almost feels like it is going to cut out.

My mother-in-law and father-in-law were in to get an oil change and a diagnostic check on their vehicle. They were not aware of a $95 charge for the diagnostic check. They ended up paying over $140, which they were not expecting to pay nor can they afford that. I called the dealership and got a very very rude service person (think it was manager). I own a 2011 Chevy Equinox LT. I was driving in a downpour and suddenly the wipers stopped working. I was fortunate that I was not involved in an accident and managed to get off the road safely. After some research it appears this is not an isolated incident with the wiper transmission going bad.

I purchased a new 2016 Colorado Z71, I have already had the hood latch replace due to a recall and the leak checked under the floor (it was OK they said) but, at speeds up to 85 mph the hood shacks and rolls really bad, Where they checked for a leak the carpet is ripped and the door seal is wrinkled.
I haven't complained yet and I am sure Vandergriff Chevy dealer in Arlington Tx will repair the new trucks carpet and door seal but the main reason I am writing is the shake in the hood. We feel at any second the hood is going to come unlatched and bend over the cab.

one year ago. The 2011 Chevy Cruz was supposed to be a certified vehicle at the time of purchase. I have had the vehicle at the service center at Page Chevrolet more than 10 times within last year with various problems.
I have the vehicle in the service center now for issues that cannot be resolved by the technicians and it has been a inconvenience. The service is unsatisfactory and I will not purchase another vehicle from that location. They have no sympathy for a customer that purchased to vehicles from them at the same time.
My questions to you is what Chevrolet will do for my inconvenience, bad service and selling a vehicle as certified which clearly is not--to retain me as customer. Currently, I have no plans on purchasing another vehicle from Chevrolet.

Also there is another problem brewing on these engines, leaking from the intake manifold !! Who ever is in charge of this program is totally incompetant. One final note; ihave been working on cars almost fifthey years and my son is a licensed mechanic, so we know what the we are talking about.

Purchased motor from Dailey Chevrolet in May of 2012 through perfect auto’ in October of 2012 took to Dailey for oil leaks. They told me it was not leaking from anything covered in 3yr/100000 mile warranty even though I already had 2 shops tell me it was leaking from pan gasket, valve cover and timing cover. Went back to perfect and mechanic went back to fh Dailey with me to show them leaks. They attempted to fix under warranty. I also forced them to refund my $140 inspection fee. Motor continued leaking oil so I called fh Dailey again they told me I’d have to pay inspection fee up front. That wasn't right so I went to Tracy Chevrolet. On January 29, 2016 I took my car to Merollis Chevrolet Service Center located on Gratiot Ave in Eastpointe, Michigan because the passenger heated seat was not working. I explained to the Service Advisor Kristen Thompson that my seat was not staying on when the button was pushed. My car was left at the location for further investigation, I was taken to work and picked up from work, and was informed that the seat elements may need to be replaced and that the part needed to be order. On March 22, 2014, my husband and I purchased a 2014 Chevorlet Traverse AND a 2014 Chevorlet Silverado valuing over $80,000.00 between both vehicles. We were completely happy driving them off the lot. The customer service at Jerry's Chevorlet Dealership in Weatherford, Texas was top notch, however, 2 days after I had the Traverse, the door lock actuators stopped working.
