I deposited my paycheck as usual and for some reason I have to wait 10 days before the funds become available. Chime Support is completely unable to stop the deposit nor can they give me a reasonable excuse for such a disgraceful delay in releasing my funds.

Normally, chime will deposit paychecks the day of or the next business day depending on the time you deposit it. My nexts week deposit will probably be available before this one, though I doubt that deposit will be going to chime. Terrible terrible experience.

I received a credit card from chime welcoming me to the chime family. I never asked for the card and this happened after a large amount of money was fraudulently withdrawn from my bank account. I’ve called chime 25 times and keep getting clueless individuals who keeps asking me for different email addresses and other irrelevant information.

Their email correspondences are quite frankly bizarre. I would like to have more information on the origins of this account, but I’m finding time to be very unhelpful.

Literally rancid. I can’t log in due to ‘wrong number’ but I can’t CHANGE it to log in! Chime support has to be PAID to fucking get help. I never even got to activate my card because of it and I’m tired of the shit.

I can’t even call and get help cause it’s directed entirely to fucking internet shit and never gives me the goddamn email for support that I don’t have to fucking pay for. How do you want me to pay when I DONT HAVE A CARD.

On 12-22-22 about 1:30 someone had placed a note under my wiper. And I went back inside to let a manager know and could they please check cameras. I was unsure if my vehicle had been damaged. The very rude Manager Micheal said in a rude tone that we don’t have this type of napkins and we don’t have outdoor cameras.

He was cold and very unconcerned. I have a new and disappointing view of Chimes. No Compassion and No ability to assist HUMANS!!!

My complaint is the horrible customer service from their so called support team they do nothing but circle talk to you and then they blatantly lie to you to please you and once you hang up they do the complete opposite of what they swore they would do. My complaint is that Chime has refused to close my checking account and is now stating it'll be over 30 mailing days before they'll mail me a check knowing that it's past the 1st of month and I have rent due. They won't be responsible for paying my late fees.

I've no access to my online account since last month and have requested that my account be closed. What sense does it make to have an online account when you don't have access to the account? Which is why I requested that the account be closed I was informed on 11/29/22 that my account would be closed an was promised on 12/2/22 that my account was closed.

However, I found out that the account wasn't closed and because I have pending payments due to be paid to the account, more payments keep entering my account. Since it's now past the first of the month, rent is currently due, so if Chime doesn't want to be responsible for my late payment charges, I need my funds to be issued as soon as possible.

I made a transfer on the chime app that clams it is secure and someone intercepted the transaction and that person was a chime member and they said the money went to the right person but it was a obvious case of number spoofing. I'm calling the FBI and secret service because that money is FDIC Insured and the only reason they would be doing that is it the customer service is stealing the money

I am so tired of reach customer support agents who are not americans and can only follow basic cue cards. When the problem escalates above the cue card level they do not have any answers. They can only keep saying I am sorry.

I purchased an item from Michael Kors online and returned the merchandise as I did like the quality of the item. Michael Kors has been trying to refund my money for over 3 weeks now to my payment method which is chime.

Chime keeps rejecting my refund. Michael Kors even provided me the transaction number. Nobody at chime can help me.

44 because my card was stolen on November 15th and I have filed for a rebuttal 4 times. I don’t feel like the investigation team is doing their job at all. They are basically calling me a lier and are refusing to give me back my money.

And I don’t appreciate the disrespect they are giving me. And I don’t feel like they take care of the customers or respect. All I wanted was my money back because I did not make this transaction. No customer should have to go through this.

I lost my card and someone used it at a shell gas station I received the alert then before I could do anything the card was used again. I transferred my remaining money to my cash app. I reported it to chime.

Less than 48 hours I was told the investigation showed no miss use and my case was closed and if I wanted the documents used in my case after my request I would have them in 10 days. It been almost 2 months I ask them for the location where my card was used I ask for the name of the person they talked to at the shell I asked to talk to the actual investigator.

I filled out a application for a chime card and received the card in the mail. Poor to receiving the card I attempted to set up direct deposit but forgot my login password. This caused my account to be locked.

So I waited for the card to be mailed thinking I could then speak with and IT rep and unlock my account. They ridiculously wanted me to send over a photo of my driver's license via email. You must be kidding.

That's internet fraud if I ever heard of. Yu out mail the card to my home then say it's not me that's so crazy. And was not willing to activate the card so you lost my money guess you and you CEO Chris doesn't need my money.

Chime can not seem to help with any issue. They can't find your accounts with information provided to them. They're illiterate to the point that getting your money early just isn't worth the trouble. Don't lose your login information or have someone use your account without permission. They do nothing.

Chime is the absolute WORST!! They don’t investigate the disputes & they take your money & you won’t get it back.. they don’t help with any issues even after you call multiple times.. you won’t get your money back for unauthorized charges.. they still charge.

They let the transactions you block go through without even trying to get it back. They don’t care about anything expect the money they get from everyone!

I received a chime Visa card in the mail that I did not request. After punching numbers I finally got a choice to push 4 for fraud accounts. After giving Zoe the card number my name and address everything stopped. I spent over 100 minutes speaking with ZOE from the international call center in the Philippines.

All I wanted to do was cancel the fraudulent and receive a letter stating that this account was closed. I gave Zoe all of the information and she had my phone number but she would not help or transfer me to anyone specially her female supervisor or give any name in the fraud department.. have had hundreds and hundreds of dollars stolen through a merchant using their debit card and my money on my account. and these charges were over a 3 months period that I had not known about and it took a while to process the disputes since there were so many and they claimed that the findings were not in my favor and

if I don't stop disputing it would be fraud and they would close my account but all the charges are from the same merchants and I even have a legal police report and documents and yet they denied me the rest of my money!

Chime is withholding my money after I have sent them all the documentation they asked for. All I want is to close the account out and run for the hills. Chime is the worse financial institution I've ever dealt with.

I've sent them photos of my id,social security card and printout of my phone bill. Still they will not let my money go. There is no person to speak to which makes resolution virtually impossible. I have accrued late fees that I cannot be compensated for.

Chime stole $650 from me and won't give it back. I used they're pay anyone feature and the money went to some one else. I stated what theomey was for on the transfer and it's not to the person that recivied it.

Now they won't give it back bc that person's chime account was over drawn?!! What are the odds. On 5/16/2022. Chime allowed changes to be made toy account and $1252 was fraudently taken off my account with no Alert warning message changes were made and fraudulent transactions were made on my account. The dispute has been denied rebuttal denied I have not received any information or documents that I have sent to them that.

I have requested back that were used in the denial decision that was made. Chime services were very fraudent. I have filed a consumer fraud claim with BBB against chime service and also. Bancorp Bank I have sent copies of my time sheet which clearly proved that I was at work

Hello. I have been a Chime customer for over 6 years. From time to time I will get locked out of my account. When this happens i call customer service. They want swveral recent transactions. I use my card countless times!

Either a transaction is pending or it is not recent! Guys this so pisses me off.!! I have followed the protocol of taking selfies, a pic and id, putting the neccessary info in the body of the email,etc. It us just becoming too difficult to resolve issues such as these.

I proved more than once they owe me back the money they took from my account. I ask them to send me information on y they denied my dispute when I clearly proved my money shouldn't have been taken in the first place.

They sent something that had NOTHING to do with my dispute. All they had to do was call the merchant like I did. When I say that they stop helping n send another message. Like they are not trying to help

Should be 0 stars. There is no give a damn about non chime account holders when money from a chime account holder is sent to them using chime. Really is a joke. Not to mention the amount of Personal Identification Information you want your users to send via unsecure email to verify an account.

You're just making it easier for hackers/bad actors to get identity information. No way you are following government guidelines.

I tried to send money to my husband and I mistakenly sent it to someone else. 200.00. Chime told me they cannot or will not refund the money because I didn't send the money to a merchant they cannot get the money back. I contacted the other person and he is not willing to work with me. I also found out that chime is using my money to pay this other person over draft fees. I've tried to be nice, but with Chime, all they do is repeat the same thing. I'm angry and frustrated.

I don't even know where to begin. The dispute department flat out refuses to do their job. The email support team may actually be illiterate, either that or they just refuse to actually read what they're responding to if you actually get a response at all.

The phone team claims that they've never once heard from corporate and are free to operate without directive, feedback, or repercussions. I enjoy Chime as a bank, but the customer service is absolutely the worst I've ever received. Frankly, one star is being generous.

My chime online acc was closed in December 2021. They was 2 reasons given. Neither lager. I was a good customer, never had issues with chime. But this day. My account was closed after a transaction at night. And I could no longer reach a live person by phone, as I always did before.

And the answers about my personal info ignored. You were looking into this after I sent you the ID proof you requested saying , this was the issue. I filed my taxes and went threw government ID me for my taxes and my return.

One of the most incompetent, irresponsible companies I've ever come across. You are dealing with completely international customer service support that do not answer any of your questions do not help you with your account and do not resolve any problems.

This is the second direct deposit in the row That time has caused a delay too. Every time I reach out to child support they are saying it’s not us. And once we see a deposit it will be available to you.

I had to say improve that everyone around the world that uses time is experiencing the same issue so how is it not chime. I filed a dispute with chime about an unauthorized charge on my account, I contacted Chime the moment it happened. I was giving a credit for the amount then after a few days, it was reversed. I received an email stating upon review my dispute was denied.

I sent in a rebuttal to the decision because my card was compromised. I sent in all supporting documents and was told it would take up to 90 days for a decision to be made, I received an email stating they stand on the decision they made.

I then informed Chime again that I had no open account with the company my money went to. I called on this matter several times and sent in other documents supporting my claim again I received an email within minutes.
