Unable to access my account on app. 00 of my money. I was told it would be 5 business days to close my account and 5 business days for a check to be printed. Another 3 days for UPS delivery.

I spent 2 days following directions and I still can't access my account. I will have a direct deposit coming in June and probably won't receive it HELP

They been over charging me they've been transferring fees and they've been scaring me out of money overdraft $90 which it says up to 200 of overdraft they've been thinking it's cool to reset payments back into my account to take money out of my account every time of $90 which was owed to me is $200 of overdraft protection

Was sent money recently through Chime. Never received it. Person sending filed complaint and was told it was sent (My email and phone # were attached to another name). Money is in limbo somewhere. I tried to file a fraud complaint with Chime because i DO NOT have an account with them. 4 e-mails no responses.

Customer service says it has to be handled thru e-mail. 00 and it went somewhere????

I filed a dispute due to an ATM not dispensing the entire amount I requested. In a total of 4 days which if anyone has ever dealt with a bank know is a miracle denied my dispute and told me it was closed.

I contacted the bank that owns the ATM and was told that no dispute was ever filed with them. I know they did not investigate, attempt to reach out to the ATM company, receive an answer, compile evidence and reach a conclusion in 4 whole days.

com. because chime tried to access info on my email and google shut it down. I was in hospital for 3 months. I had a stroke and seizure disorder was addressed. 00 plus what he let his girlfriend order. I was horrified when I found this out!!

My money should be safe and it wasn't! I was told it would be back in account in 10 days and it's been a month. I got new cards sent to me. But still my account hasn't been fixed. Can't access it I'm jumping through hoops trying to fix all their mistakes.

Then they suspend my account on Friday April 1st and I called and was reassured that it was a mistake and and would be fixed in an hour to 24 hrs. This is insane and making my health issues worse having at least 2 migraines a week and seizures everyday!!

00, the money did not transfer to my husband but instead somehow went to someone that we have never even heard of. Johnson was complete and asked them to stop the transaction but they told me that it was already settled and there was nothing that they could do.

I explained to them that I had no idea who the person even was that it was saying that I sent the money to so I needed to know how they were associated with my account, I've never got an answer to that. They told me that I would have to file a Dispute Claim in order to get my money back so I did exactly that on that same day and was told that it would take 10 to 45 days for them to investigate my claim.

I deposited money into a bank account and a savings account on chime they wouldn't let me open the credit building account because I didn't want to do direct deposit with my pay so I decided I was going to close the accounts and withdraw my money and put them back in my bank account with space and when I got an email 5 days later say that it was an unpaid something or another purchase so you guys send it to the wrong account and now you're refusing to give me my $350 back

On February 8,2022 I filed a complaint. Stating that someone took money off my card without my knowledge. Chime denied my claim. Stating that nothing was wrong. I did the rebuttal. I sent in screen shot to were Brian admitted to stealing money off my card.

Chime told me to give them 10 business days to receive my documents. Well it's day 11 and still no documents Customer service is slack. Did not get any help from no one. All Chime do is tell lies and more lies.

So then I went to the consumer financial services to file a complaint . I thought I was getting some where when they realized they did make an error and they says they would give me a refund but I haven’t seen my refund and

They closed my account without warning. They won't tell me why they closed it other than I supposedly violated some policy of theirs. I have no idea what I might have done as I didn't do anything out of the ordinary from when I opened the account a couple years ago They now will not respond to me and say I am not entitled to get my money back because of whatever policy of theirs I violated.

If you are thinking of opening an account with them I would tell you to NOT do it and run the other way.

They double posted a transaction and the balance never fell off, I disputed the transaction with prof they dropped the ball on their behalf and they refused to help me and automatically declined my dispute. I sent documents and still got a no.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever experienced. I even called the merchant and they sent over their proof and still wouldn’t refund me!

I haven't been able to access my account for sometime now I have put in requests to change my password but the verification code doesn't be sent to my phone and it seems like nobody there can help me now if I can't access my account why should I do any more banking with chime if I simply cannot change my password or get the verification sent to my phone it's a setting on your guy's end not mine now if this cannot be rectified then

I tried to change my number on my account and was locked out, i was first told to prove my identity which is what i did with id and ssi card then i was told i had to provide a phone bill for the number which i do not have because my phone service is through a free phone service because i receive government assistance i had explained that to over 10 people at chime im still being told my account cant be reenables until i provide a phone bill meanwhile my light are off me and

Chime has suspending my account for no reason and is holding money hostage. I have reached out multiple times and your agents are no help. After receiving an email saying I needed to sending all this documentation, I was told that was an automated email.

Today I've spoken to 3 agents including one named Angel. They just keep transferred from department to department. I've been sitting on hold for at least 3 hours day. Angel has no idea of the corporate address or the CEO of Chime.

I am reaching out to my attorney on Monday morning. I have already closed my Chime account. At this point, I just want the money that was supposed to already be transferred into my new Wells Fargo account.

I am a victim of fraud ATM white card scam that has drained my checking account! 00 plus fees. I submitted a claim, it was investigated by them and then denied closed in less than 24 hours. I called again and spoke to manager she reopened the case however they took 1 week and denied and closed case.

The Chime Bank has denied to issue refund of the stolen cash withdrawal.

On 12/16/21 my account was hacked. I contacted Chime immediately about this issue and that I want my account frozen. They failed to do so and the hacker was able to get almost $4k. While I was trying to figure out what was going on I asked that my account be frozen and stay that way.

They did not comply and another $775 was taken from my account. I have talked to them several times and expressed all the issues with them. They did give me back $3330 of my money but kept the rest as they stated I did those transactions.

Even though this went on for a few days and constant contact with them. I changed all the information on my account so that it could not get hacked and still the hacker got into my account again. Changed my info to their info and now I cannot get into my account at all.…

I opened a chime account so I could get my paycheck direct deposited. I was sent a card. It did not work for atm, store POS, or online. They sent me a new card. Once again, it did not work.

I tried to withdraw $400 from an in network atm and the atm did not dispense any of my money.

However, the amount was deducted from my Chime checking account and the money has not been credited back at all after filing a dispute. I’ve called everyday and have been told the same thing I have to wait 2 weeks to qualify for a provisional credit.

I was evicted from my apartment the day before Christmas because of this and I have been living out of my car. I really need this $400 to be placed into my account please. No one will resolve this issue fast enough.

My Chime Account was closed on September 26,2021. I received two checks for my savings account ($82) and my credit account ($3,364).

However, my credit account check was damaged and I requested a new one on 10/14/2021. A chime representative told me, I would receive the new check on 11/03/2021.

However, I still have not received my check, and the representatives are no help at helping me locate my funds. They keep telling me it was sent to the processors, and they are waiting on tracking information. I don't understand why it's taking so long, when I received the other two checks in less than a week.

My father has been attempting to unlock his account. We were told which forms we needed to submit; an identification, secondary form of identification and proof of address. We provided all three, and were then told it needed to be in PDF form.

Did all of that for them to say that his proof of residency can't be accepted because it's not a bill; however, IT IS A GOVERNMENT ISSUED REGISTRATION WITH THE ADDRESS VERY CLEAR. WE PROVIDED ALL THAT WE HAVE, AND THEY CLOSED THE CASE WITH NO OTHER DIRECTION.

Chime is not letting me use the services as stated. Also misleading. Tried to do a friend transfer of 2000 which is the limit stated. They prevented the transfer saying that the amount also includes purchases. Then locked my account due to suspicious activities.

It's been almost 2 days and I have provided all the documentation they requested several times. Still am getting the run around and cannot access MY money, which is causing my family hardships. I am very upset and will be closing my account as soon as my funds are released.

Someone stole my chime card, I called to get my card closed and they said they would. They didn't because someone stole $500 from my account. So I filed a dispute and they took seven months to get back to me.

And when they did, they said it was too late and I can't be refunded. So I closed down my account which the process of doing that is the FASTEST I've ever seen them contact me. This was two weeks ago and I had $100 left that I'm starting to think I'm not getting back.

So that's $600 stolen from me and I'm dang near to filing a lawsuit.
