My Chime Account was closed on September 26,2021. I received two checks for my savings account ($82) and my credit account ($3,364).
However, my credit account check was damaged and I requested a new one on 10/14/2021. A chime representative told me, I would receive the new check on 11/03/2021.
However, I still have not received my check, and the representatives are no help at helping me locate my funds. They keep telling me it was sent to the processors, and they are waiting on tracking information. I don't understand why it's taking so long, when I received the other two checks in less than a week.
It is very frustrating because no one will give me a definite answer on when I can expect my check, that is if I even get a response. I have been waiting on my funds for almost two months,…
