Add an account with chime account the old card was compromised I disputed this charger $150 to a Richard Lau don't know him on the 8th of August they told me if they had not reached a decision I would receive a provisional credit on the 10th day the 10th day was August 20th I still do not have that credit if I don't get the credit ASAP this morning I'm kind of acting FDIC and I'm also going to take legal action against chime bank I suggest I get it fixed now not November 30th but today this morning

I have been a chime customer for 3 years. If you use chime you know its great in alot of ways. DO NOT USE THE MOBILE CHECK DEPOSIT. I DEPOSITED MY CHECK 3 DAYS AGO i still have yet to receive my deposit.

Ive been on the phone with customer service and tried emailing. They keep saying sometime today but my electric company closes at 5.

Also they will mark a charge as fraudulent 1 day and then allow the same charge later that day to go through. Costing me 60$ i didnt spend. Im getting a new bank Asap. I advise against using Chime at this point.

I've had an on going issue about a dispute, I was advise that my dispute will have a resolution on 8/3 and I have not heard anything. No one has follow up with my about my dispute. Called twice and was told they are going to escalate to dispute investigation and no one has follow up with me.

It's sad to say that chime bank does not care about their customer. Some one scam me and stole over $500 from me. I submitted all documentation that bank required and nothing has been resolution. I keep being lied to and the worst is i read review that it has been several customers with the same complaint as me.

Sometime last year I received a chime card I had not signed up for never activated it or anything. Now I can't open an account with my correct information from me not one someone else tried to open. you let someone else sign up in my name but can't give me information as to why I can't have an account with you.

My card came in the mail today. I was trying to activate it. Every representative that I spoke to was rude. One of them blatantly called me a liar, then hung up. The others would put me on hold, I’d get the busy dial tone and then they would hang up.

I spoke to 4 different representatives and neither of them helped at all.

My number is 6033953903. I spoke with a supervisor Diego employee number 750788 and he was an absolute joke.. He lied several times and refused to let me speak with someone else.. Basically I signed terms and agreements when I started using the credit builder card..

The terms specifically say multiple times that there is zero risk of running into any issues of a negative balance and for you credit to be affected. But my credit card on chime on negative 52 bucks and now they are not helping me..

Basically chime has tried to stop me from receiving my provisional credit from my dispute I placed for 113 transactions. On the 9th day chime closer my dispute as completed and consider all transactions that took place were no error.

( I have provided written proof that I was in mental Facility during the transactions in question. m. yesterday morning a charge come across my phone, I reported it like I was told which was my biggest mistake. Then I get a email saying my card has been dismissed or terminated. And it gives me no warning it was against my will.

Now the phone conversation was being recorded, I asked for a supervisor a man gets on there and explains that they have no way of reversing it, that I needed to get all my money out by tonight the 6th by midnight! So my phone was stolen and the person that stole my phone used it to access my chime banking app and my cash app and sent money to my cash app from my chime debit card that they got from the. Chime app so they sent the money to my cash app from the chime card and then sent the money from my cash app to their debit card ( witch is called a cash out) so

I wish I could give a zero. I had charges coming in on my card for 8000,9000,10,000 I called and said something is going on with my card please don’t let those charges go thru and close the account and send me new card.

They said ok and an hour later put a $4000 charge thru. I disputed it and was denied. I appealed it and was denied because they said the card was in my possession. Yes I told them that. No one from chime will answer any questions.

I honestly don't know where to start but Chime is the worst banking company out there. I filed a dispute claim a few weeks ago and this has been a nightmare. I had several fraudulent charges from a merchant made on my account totaling almost $3,000.

I am told for two weeks I will receive a provisional credit on 7/21, now it switched to 8/4 and now they closed my case and denied the claim "no error occurred". When a merchant charges your card 43 times and you did not authorize it I would say that is a pretty big error!

I have contacted them several times through the app, email and phone. Absolutely ridiculous I can state verbatim what is going to be said to me every time, they read from a script like robots and it has absolutely nothing to do with your case.

My husband put $500 on a chime card, he used it 1 time at a loves gas station, & then he went to the app to look at it & it said yikes account closed. My card was stolen and used I called them and they denied me the claim for bs reasons saying the person that used the card was in the same area of where I live and that there was money in my account so the person that used it must of had knowledge about it.

The funniest investigation results I've ever seen. There I was stolen $500 appealed it and denied it again.

Then the next day they closed my account. I had almost $5,000 in that account and it's been over 30 days now and they still are telling me that they are processing the check and no tracking or any update for over 30 days after closure.

Meanwhile it is Covid and I gotta pay bills and they don't give a fuck but to hold someone's money and make my life hard.

These people are incredibly unprofessional. I had an issue with a dispute that I filed and when I got to a manager, the poor bastard sounded like he was reading from a script and couldn't give me a straight answer one way or another.

When I explained my situation and how dire it was, he kept reading from the script. He had the nerve to tell me that he had no manager and could not give me any additional information in regards to speaking with his boss.

Money was stolen from my chime account after a a call I place, I thought was Instacart support # 805-608-5406 which turns out to be a fraud. This person pretended to be customer care for instacart and ask me to download an app called remote desk anywhere.

After downloading this app the fraudulent person went to my personal information in instacart and access my chime account through cash app transferring monies into their Bitcoin account. I even submitted all documents and still denied my money to be returned.

I’ve had a claim denied after waiting 90 days to receive funds back for services that were not rendered. I sent emails from the dental office’s manager that states that they will not provide me a refund for the services that they did not complete unless I agreed not to file a complaint regarding my experience.

I’m currently getting the work completed at a different dental office so there was no proof provided by Ideal Dental showing that the work has been done. The supervisors and reps that I spoke with has no details on anything and we’re not helpful at all in resolving the matter.

It has been over 14 days and still haven't received my replacement card. Which, has created a major hardship, loss of job because of no able way of getting gas in my vehicle because the virtual temp card doesn't work in person only on line.

00 gas charge was charged to my card without my authorization. When I received the notification that a charge was made immediately contacted customer service and blocked my card. I could see from my app where the rep located my location and say that I was in Texas.

Chime "Bank" is absolutely the most horrendous financial institution out there.

First of all, they outsource ALL of their Customer "Service" agents to some 3rd World country to save a few bucks, and you can barely understand anyone. I have filed several disputes with chime letting them know what was going on with each dispute. Several chargers were not made by me. They were made by another person. Chime did not even investigate to find out the account was not even mine.

There was a dispute that was approved that was not even refunded back. I was told no instead. Even though it was approved it will not be refunded. There was a dispute that I made that goods qwere never received.

I went into the chat forum on the app and asked how I can dispute a charge without my debit card being deactivated. They said someone would contact me in 4 hours. Later I received an email saying my card was going to be deactivated.

Sophie offered a very poor level of customer service as well as answered none of my questions, she also kept repeating herself over and over again with the same mantra trying to deflect from the reason I was calling her to began with.
