I disputed 2 transactions form Worldremit on 6/1. After receiving a new card and calling in it is going to take 20 days to receive a credit. I am very unhappy with the service as I was on the phone with an agent as I am watching another transaction go thru.

I am asking for immediate resolution and my account balance restored.

I filed a dispute with chime and spoke with a supervisor names Sophie who rudely hung up in my face after I explained to her that I filled out the form wrong. Sophie offered a very poor level of customer service as well as answered none of my questions, she also kept repeating herself over and over again with the same mantra trying to deflect from the reason I was calling her to began with.

Chime have yet to give me my money that was taken fraudulently from my bank account and as a whole display behaviors that display that I shouldn't be upset about or care that it's going to take 30 to 90 days for the claim to be resolved. They should be ashamed of themselves!

I have a fraud case against Walmart groceries who for over four hundred dollars that was taken from my chime debt account and customer service at Walmart groceries asked chime to contact their billing department and they would have all the information to complete their investigation and get me my money back.chime denied the charges twice and refused to contact the billing department and if I have to get a lawyer to solve this problem I’m pulling my account out of chime bank.

They just closed my account for no legitimate reason. Saying that I went against a "deposit agreement ", which is not true bor accurate. I've asked to to produce the evidence because I know that this is untrue. 00 in my saving account.

I have been noticing that I'll have pending transactions that state are automatically deducted from balance but may differ if transactions settle for more than says...but it's not deducted automatically so I'm thinking ok I have x amount of left since it states automatically deducted so I spend going off of my balance then I realize Nothing apparently is being deducted causing my account to end up being in a negative state.

My account was closed for no apparent reason about three weeks ago,they said they would send me a check with my balance . I have inquired multiple times on my check and they keep saying it’s sent , and asking if my address has changed and would I like them to cancel and send out another check .

Nothing has changed on my end and I still don’t have my money . I feel I may have to retain a lawyer to get my money from them , I will make this known to every media out let I can that chime is not all it cracked up to be they are thieves .

I used it for the 1st time & saw my pay check.. A few days later, money was GONE. When I email.. they simply say the do not show it's arrived. When I called. They tell me there's a Glitch in their system.

I had an issue with a check that I was receiving from the marine corps. I had direct deposit for my paycheck and received a check three times through chime. The day that my check was returned due to last name questions I called.

I’ve been working with chime all day for two days attempting to fix this issue so that I can receive my last check. Chime requested documents that I submitted and stopped correspondence with me sometime between 11-12pm PST. My final check was returned around 4pm today leaving myself and my twins with no money.

No gas and no food. I’m at currently sitting in my car with two 6month children and no place to go. After being on the phone for over an hour and 20mins I was left with a “I’m sorry” and to call back on the morning.

Having limited time as a fulltime…

I would give a negative star if possible. My card was blocked or suspended as they would say Saturday night were buying groceries with my family. There was plenty of money in my account and it is been almost 48 hours and nobody has done anything.

I have sent them all of my identification paperwork no one will reply to me and I believe they have stolen my money. Do not do business with them

I had a Mobile provider that was subpoena for business documents before I bought it new device than after I had to ask the court for motion to compel T-Mobile dropped me and chime bank would even buge after I tried to file a claim against T-Mobile they told me that I couldn't this is what I received from t Mobile before trying to file a claim

after 4 years of having no issues I go to log in to my account and it says Yikes your account is suspended, to contact via email, I get a response there is been unusual activity that is why, I need to send DL and Utility bill.

All my DP will be returned and cannot use the card or funds in my account until its resolved, Can't pay my bills or buy anything, this is ridiculous.

What is so unusual about my employer makind deposits twice a month and me paying my utility , Mortgage and Credit card bills?

Honestly, I can't testify whether or not Chime as a service is good or not, but that doesn't matter if you never get your card.

I live in a slightly remote area, and we can never order pizza because most pizza drivers have trouble finding the house, so I tried explaining this to Chime when they asked for my address (they have a strict "no PO box" policy, only home addresses) and they insisted on sending it to my home address (sigh). So 2 weeks later they say the card arrived. It never did. I order a replacement, this time talking with someone on the phone and telling them that I was worried it would happen again. After the outage and the fact that i not only got stranded somewhere once, but TWICE because the the issues Chime is experiencing, I will never use them again. They are refusing to tell anyone what REALLY happened and why people are now experiencing random charges they know nothing about on their account. I am disgusted.

After finally gaining access to my direct deposit wednesday evening, Chime then went down AGAIN. I had moved money to my savings account and then was unable to touch even a penny of it. The app did not work and when I called in to talk to someone about it, no one was there.

Opened a bank account with direct deposit. I have had no access to my account, no customer service and no way to even look at my balance. This is day two I haven't had access to my money. They said they got their card working but still haven't sent me one, they won't tell me my balance and are super unprofessional.

I can't buy food, gas, pay bills, etc. They are offering no relief. I'm suing them.

I mobile deposited a check on Friday 10/04/2919 for $1000 and was told it would be available 10/08/2019. Well it wasn't, I called customer service got a middle eastern accented dude that said it was rejected then said everything unclear and never made sense why it was rejected. I waited four days now I'm in a pickle.

I have been with Chime for a few years now. At one point I thought I was having problems with my account so I decided to call customer service and the only thing I got was a machine telling me to email them... That is unacceptable! They did answer my email by the next day but I really needed to speak to someone to make sure all was fine because I was outside the country.

Luckily nothing was wrong with my account but the fact that they only communicate via email is a disaster. The main draw for me to sign up with Chime was both the free account and the no forren transaction fee but now that mostly every other bank has that benefit I will be closing my account with them by next week.

It all began with my debit card getting lost and because I got locked out of my app and the customer service wasn't listening to me very well, I began going through so many problems and getting screamed at by everyone around me for money problems. It is very hard to get people to understand the complexity of how chime works when things go terribly wrong.

All the customer service agency is how sorry they are and that is about it. If this was to happen to me with Chase I would have gotten a credit to hold me over. But chime simply tells me the same thing over and over again as if they don't understand what I just explain to them.

First off your reps and super rude and do not help customer's AT ALL. 2 weeks I've been calling daily about a deposit that was suppose to already clear. They keep telling me to contact the Federal reserve and when i do the Federal reserve is not allowed to speak with anyone but the bank.

I loaded $1000 on my Chime Card yesterday around 11am, before I left the store I checked my account to make sure my money was on my card. So about an hour later I went to send off my rent and was declined.

I immediately went to my chime app and my account was locked. I called and called and called until I finally “3 hours later” got someone on the line. They tell me I have to ready my email and that’s all they can do.

Remind you the email doesn’t explain why the account was closed. At the bottom in very small print of the email it states if they find in favor to refund me my remaining balance “$1000” I will receive a paper check up to “30 days”.

Please tell me this is NOT FRAUD, how do you close a new account after the first load and don’t allow them to withdraw their money before…

I disputed a charge on may 3,2019 while in dispute on June 6 they still let another payment go through. I filed a dispute on both charges. The first charge in May was denied. There was nothing I could do finally found out who the merchant was.

Well now I still have to wait because the second claim hasn't been finalized by 1 day. So now that give them the right to still hold my money. I talk to the merchant and stayed on them to get my money back.

It's my money and I want it now!

I had a dispute that the merchant never received payment from chime and so they never gave me my merchandise. I disputed the transaction and showed proof they never received payment and chime refuse to refund me my money .

Even though the merchant showed they canceled the order due to non payment. And chime still will not act as a bank that has my best interest but instead like a scammer , Chime told me my items were delivered and I showed them the proof below and they still will not give me my money .

I used my friends link to get a chime and we both have been waiting for our $50. I’ve never heard of this chime til he sent me the link. I keep calling and tryin to talk to someone about it and they all keep sayin I don't see that you used a link but I did or I wouldn’t have ever changed banks and

switch all my bills around it was a such a hassle and now no one can help me. They say well you can send your link to someone and get the bonus that way but excuse me why would I send my link when you guys are claiming I never used my friends link clearly it doesn’t work.

I recently applied for a CHIME DEBTCARD and as a new happy customer member I didn't realize what I was getting into. I had received my card like they said I would. But I realize I couldn't access my website access on my computer or on my mobile app.

COM I even try to get my password change but it keeps sending it to that email address for some reason it has a a whole new email address that I never gave when I applied for on there application. I even email CHIME SUPPORT TEAM and an operator contact me to just to ask me to send a picture of my ID and they can change my password.
