Circle K

The employee working July 26th at 9pm at the San Mateo, FL store. She is rude and has absolutely no customer service skills. Multiple times shopping this store she doesn't want to do anything except stand behind the counter. Ask her for cigarettes and instantly told we're out.

Next morning go back and that employee goes to the back and gets them. Tonight she was on the phone with someone (speaker) being loud, had to repeat what I needed several times because she couldn't hear over the phone.

I went in to get a refill in my own cup. 20 cup is 32oz. When I questioned the clerk about the price he told me that is the way it is and if I didn't like it not to come back.

So not only was I over charged but I was disrespected and treated like I don't matter. I will never go to a circle k again. No one treats me that way.

I am being targeted and was told I was banned for loitering. I dont loiter I walk in get what I need and leave. They tried to have a no trespassing put against me thru police. I told police they had to have corporate approval 1st.

Have never been served with any paperwork. Of I try to send in other people to get me something they are now refusing to sell to them if it's for me. But they'll sell to other people for others that are supposedly banned.

The new assistant manager has been trying to get me banned since day 1 of hwr working there. Now they have the police looking at cameras trying to find something on me. And there isn't anything they can find. It's a personal witch hunt against me.

Went for gas at store number 4701233, and to clean my windows. Every window wash container was empty with trash in them and no paper towels. One attendant on duty was outside smoking and said they were short staffed so that's why.

My issue is that you had time to step out and smoke but can't fill those containers. Even if you only have time to do one at a time it could get done in the time it takes to smoke a cigarette.

Customer service is very poor. They tell people lottery is down so they won't have to be bothered by it. They lock the doors at night and sleep in the bathroom. I have been inside the store and no one was there to service me.

Circle K at 4 N. Wabash in Chicago. I am hard of hearing and had trouble understanding the clerks because the music in the store was loud and I there is a shield between the clerks and the customer that makes it hard to hear.

I mentioned that I was hard of hearing, and to my horror the male clerk started to whisper to the female clerk and giggling, which I found offensive and unprofessional and in violation of ADA! The Circle K located in Pilot Mountain, NC 27041 has a problem with providing receipts at the pumps. I have had to go inside the store to get my receipts after pushing the "YES" button at the pump many times and in the pouring rain a few times.

I complain with the cashier about having to come in many times and nothing seems to correct the problem at the pumps. I only get some lame excuse just to appease me and send me on my way. This is very poor service at this Circle K as for providing receipts at the pumps.
