I enter the store. The store manager is counting money. She said she’d be right with me. I asked for tobacco products. She asked me for my ID. I told her my date of birth. She told me she had to scan my ID I walk back to the car to get my ID, then I hand my ID over to her so she could scan the back of it.

She leaves to go get the product still having me wait for her to return to the counter I denied the purchase after realizing she didn’t have to scan my identification card to confirm my age.

Today 6-4-23. I went to my local circle k in etowah TN. I was only there for juul refills. I was aggravated, this supposed to be a CONVENIENT store! so to prove a point I drove the 10 miles to Benton and got my stuff.

After getting good service at the Benton store I went back to etowah to educate the employee on the new training he obviously paid no attention to.... I will no longer go to the etowah store and I'll be letting folks I know not to either I hope they do better in the future if there was a negative rating I'd give one to etowah....

Cashier took my $20 cash and set the wrong pump. I never got my gas I paid for and was told oh well that there was nothing she could do about it. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THAT LOCATION. My complaint is about 2 different circle K stores . The first is the store at Mesa Dr and University in Mesa Az, The other store is at Broadway and Extension also Mesa. I usually stop at 7-11 but I went ahead and stopped at this store.

Each circle K has been so nasty you’re scared to touch anything. I witnessed hot dogs on the floor , nasty soda machines and horrible customer service. Why doesn’t mngmnt care about their store??

Sip & Save wants to resubscribe two weeks after purchasing. This has happened several times. One day you are told "it's just this machine" but the next day it's the other machine. Today a new system was put in, smart checkout, conveniently the other register wasn't working. Apparently nobody knew how it worked because any store, global or not, wasn't in the system because you paid full price. Another words it comes back around to the Sip & Save issue.

Sip & Save is just the start.... expired food, wet floor, gnats in the donut case, flying around the polar pop machines, etc. They have bugs and they are not hiding.

Your gasoline is really bad fact ….. tested it out just to be sure…. Yup pissing through gas since filling at circle k …. Starting talking to others who have had same experience….. I will be sure to let everyone I know not to use your gas ….

05/14/2023 An employee named Nataly from Circle K Chino Hills branch approached me with a very rude, unprofessional manner by telling me this.. "what's your problem" & started slamming the cups just because I brought up to their attention that cleaning is required on the coffee machine,& that it only filled up 3/4 of the red medium cup.

She said the red is Large, & continued slamming the cups. She also said the cleaning required showing on the coffee machine pertains to simply just cleaning the tray. I told her there's no need for her to give me attitude just because I brought such matter up to their attention.

We stopped for fuel at Circle K on 12 Ave & AjoWay Hwy, Tucson, Arizona 85714. There is a street element to the staff a few are able to rise above and be professional providing customer service, then there is the polar opposite.

After having to hear the two employees talk about scheduling of time off requests rather than attending costumers in line. I asked for the gas pump we parked in front of amount of purchase, paid, proceeded to fuel up. Nothing is working all the while the car opposite of me fuels up.

store 2704400 on7217 s western amarillo tx 79110 has a customer service problem. the drinks are never ready. No lids twice the last 2 months No cups three times the last 2 months. Always out of straws and when they do have then it is the ones for frozen drinks.

When I was at this circle k a few weeks ago a female employee was screaming at everyone telling them to get out and being extremely disrespectful, she then persist that she is going to walk out and quit and leave the doors unlocked since her coverage didn't show. So when I was in the store she was literally bugging out giving attitude and not helping a single customer and even customers were afraid to go into this store. Hello I just left circle k on dysart and thunderbird in el mirage az. I go to circle k every day and night and I bring in cups so I can get ice since it's hot in az. 50 each.

I will not be going back to circle k and will take my business to qt since they treat me great and not with attitude and it's against the law to not let me get water or ice with my own cup especially in az. I'm going to do my research and see what the next step will be.

I went into a Circle K this morning on Main St in Greenwood Indiana which I have visited many times. This morning an employee named John was in a verbal altercation with another employee. He kept yelling at her and even told her she was on drugs.

Very unprofessional of him and he’s always hateful anyway on a normal day to customers. When I do go in and he’s working I cringe if I have the to step up to his register. I won’t be going back there.

I was refused service by a a worker at the circle k in ludowici Georgia. This is the second horrible experience with this employee she previously yelled at my son for feeling how hot the hot dog machine was. Granted he shouldn't have put his hands near food but it is my job as a mother to scolled him.
