Circle K

I use Circle K and have for long time. I used the one in North Augusta South Carolina right Highway 20 and that was the worse I ever dealt with. Prices didn’t match product and the young white lady with glasses was attitude from when I walked in the door.

I was there 4/22/23 at 4:25pm. I will not use that Circle K again .

Came to the store vineville avenue here in Macon Georgia the cashier has locked the door several people are standing outside want to pay for gas buy your items he has locked the door now he's letting the customers out of the store that were in their store and he just left walking down the street this store is packed with customers and he is so disrespectful it is 7:08 here in Macon Georgia Y'all need to do something about this

On April 19 just after 1 pm Arizona time, I walked in to get some milk. I went to pay for the milk and I asked the cashier if she could double bag the milk. She would not double bag and said there are bags at the self serve register.

I went to the Circle K, store #9082 at approxamately 12:45 pm on April 17, 2023. I walked to the checkout and stood there for a couple minutes, one of the employees turned and looked at me and then turned back around and proceeded to continue what she was doing.

Since the implementation of the self serve register has been introduced. On several occasions now I have been to my neighborhood circle k. Only to have to leave as there are too many people in line being taught how to use the self serve while both registers are closed. Even though there is more than one attendant. I don't go to your store to learn how to be a cashier. I understand how having self serve is a nice option. But why would you sacrifice customer service by forcing customer to learn how to use your self check out as the only option while keeping people in line. This is very horrible customer service and a bad business model. The stores in question are in El Paso, Texas: Sunland Park and the Thunderbird stores.

The clerk refused to check me out and demanded i use the self checkout. I tried it a couple times but when i had problems they refused to help in any way saying they aren't responsible for any mistakes you make using it.

I almost got screwed out of 25 dollars in gas and the manager and the other worker just said it sucks to be you. I will not use a checkout that makes the entire purchase my responsiblity no matter what.

At this location, inside the store they had loud vulgar filled explicit music playing over the inside speaker system. A custeomer next to me complained and the checkout person basically ignored her and made fun of her.

There was also a separate door open to the outside with other employees wandering in and out not assisting customers or managing the store.

This particular location is gross and dirty as well.

I believe the employee who showed such disrespect to his customers is a terrible representative of the franchise.

On April 2, 2023, I went to the Circle K located 4755 Vollmer Road, Matteson, IL to collect my earning from a winning lottery ticket. I gave the ticket to the cashier who scanned it and informed me I was a winner.

The cashier told me she needed a manager to override in order to pay me however the manager was sitting in her dark colored didge caravan smoking cannabis so I returned to me vehicle and left the cashier with the ticket. I went and got a car wash on Mon. 3/20/3023 @ 1:00 pm. When I got home I was fixing to check the oil on my vehicle and noticed some black specks on the hood. Upon closeup examination the paint was chipped because of those big brushes.

Today Saturday the manager of the store (199 pine valley road, Jacksonville NC) rang up my lottery numbers at about 12 noon today, I had a winning ticket as well. I asked her would she do them separately and give me receipts from the lottery machine for both transactions.

She refused to do them separately insisted she had to put them together. Refuse to give me the receipts for the numbers I played. She did give me a receipt for the winning ticket I redeemed but she incorrectly ran my numbers. They were wrong.

My sister used my car and fueled up at one of the local Circle K. No pumps was bagged off but the truck was there fueling the underground tanks. Now I've worked for gas stations for over 5 years and I know the pumps are suppose to be shut down until truck leaves.

Went to purchase a Gatorade from Circle K on Dunmore Rd. E. I had just used my ATM card at two other businesses within the last 3/4 of an hour. Circle k game blocked my phone number, my husband, my mom and my daughter’s phone numbers too. One day my coworker decide to send my her car wash and I did not get it so I called. Not only they are not helping me, they blocked all my friends and family phone number just because I have their permission to play for them and claim to bring their gift during pandemic.

Used a circle K rest room today whilst making a purchase. Could smell bleach in the bathroom but there was no one cleaning or anything to say they had been cleaned was careful my clothing didn’t touch the floor but later noticed bleach on my clothing.
