Last night at approximately 12:50 am one of your employees was checking my ID and then had the nerve to ask me if " I was super gay or Hella gangster in the 60s" I didn't cause a scene because it was only himself and myself in the store at the time.

I told him the answer to that question is fuck you and may I have my change please. I'm a veteran that served in 2 elite Army units and I suffer from massive PTSD and after your employee said that to me I was furious and still haven't been able to calm down yet.

Since when is it okay for a district manager allowing family members to come in take whole pizzas including the pans that they are cooked onhome with them without paying and since when does Asst manager where sweat pants house shoes no socks and looks like she needs to be in rehab.

Also the employee in this store 9701 on hwy17 and lake arrowhead road are very lazy disrespectful except for one. Her name is Jillian she is amazing and needs to be transferred to a new and better store!!! I was an asset manager at the Sharon road west store back in 2004 worked for 6 plus yrs with circle k and never did I encounter such disgust and poor management.

Until now I will be willing to take it over and run it the way it needs to be ran. It is in some bad shape. Needs attention asap

Clerk would not break a 100 dollar bill for 20 in gas. Very rude. I told her I could wait a few minutes for her to break it and she said she's over drawn already. She acted prejudice to white people.

March 9, 2023 First I do not know any employee names. 2 Female Cashiers 1 Male. I was just in store #8910 Albermarle Road Charlotte NC around 8:30 PM. When I walked in the store there was a loud conversation going on between the male and 1of the females..

I really didn't pay that much attention just went on with my shopping. I did see the expression on her face at one point.. she seemed very tense but she kept a smile while checking out customers. Once I got to the counter to checkout the Male had become very loud and belligerent with the other female.

I was at 6661 54 Ave. N. St. Pete. Fl. 33709 at 10:46:28 on thurs the 3-9-23. I was the 5th customer in line. Your employee Sara was behind the counter eating the food she just got off the floor.

Never once did she call on customers in line or help the other cashier. Just kept eating her sandwich in front of customers waiting. I said something to the cashier on reg. 2 about it. I find that very disrespectful shoving a sandwich down when you have a line of customers. This should be addressed.

I've been in the industry for awhile and that kind of behavior would never be excepted and I'm sure it's not your policie. If she wanted to eat she should of done it on her break and not behind the counter for customers to watch her shove food down her mouth.

Had a flat tire on my bike. Went in & Asked for change for air pump! Told no needed to leave couldn't be there! Customer came up to gas pump so Asked them! They didn't but pd for with their credit card.

The pump was messed up & took all the air out of tire. New store Mgr blk female drove up said had to move on. Said tire flat she cut me off disrespectful speaking to us! The Customer asked why was she being so rude to us & then Mgr cursed the Customer. This Mgr?

They keep closing the store at 4 pm and only allowing gas to be bought. Nothing ever works, pop machines etc. And the cashier's are the most hateful people I have ever come across. I wish they would just let another store take over to meet our needs.

And just to point out Speedway is making all the thousands of dollars they are throwing away we just can't walk over to Speedway though

On Saturday March 4, 2023 around noon. I stopped at the Circle K store #470 in Russellville, Ky. I needed to get gas and a fountain coke. This was my normal purchase. I only had a hundred dollar bill and the Employee "Daphne" told me that she could not take 100 dollar bills and never have.

I knew this was incorrect information because I have lived in this town for 50 years and no telling how many times I have handed them a 100 dollar bill. But I didn't say anything about that I just said "well dang I will have to go to another store to get my gas".

Now with this being said I usually always come to this store and get gas and a coke. She then told me again they do not break 100 dollar bills. I said well I just hate having to go to another store while I proceeded to look for more money…

Rude staff Poor customer service. Everytime i go there in the morning everyone is so unfriendly. And when you ask to speak to a manager they try to pass you off to another associate. I lived in riverview a few yrs ago and this store use to be so friendly.

Now they just walk around grouchy and mad. Circle k ahould really think about who they allow to run these stores. This store gets worse by the day.

s On Saturday night at 9 pm March 4th, 2023. We were coming from Atlanta Airport and needed gas and to use the restroom. We stopped at Circle K store located by 4473 Columbia Rd, Augusta, GA 30907. My husband was at gas pump and I rushed to the bathroom.

The restroom was locked and the sign said, I have to be a costumer ( buy something) and ask the employee/ manager for the key. I went to the cash register and ask for the key, but I was denied to use the bathroom by a female employee probably 50 + years old.

She new I had to go and in need to use the restroom, but with an attitude she said there is no bathroom for public. I even said can you please, but she turned her eyes around and shook her head. It was very embarrassing.

I went into circle k on 540 Jordan lane Nw huntsville al On Sunday March 3 at 915 am I was not greeted when I entered When I got to the counter the 2 women at counter were sitting on the floor and stole playing with their phones. I asked where is the register to purchase just put it all on the machine.

They did not get up to help me. The one on the stole got upset because she had to get up and I asked for receipt she had to get up again. I will never shop there again

Friday morning on 2/8 I was visiting my boss at the Dunkin’ Donuts inside your Tewksbury ma location with my fiancé and 6 month old son. As were talking to my boss an employee comes to the back of Dunkin’ Donuts yelling in my fiancé and sons face to get the f*** out of his store wrongfully accusing my fiancé of stealing.

I went into a circle k 10 minutes ago here in Jacksonville, nc off of Western blvd and 24. I asked if they had a microwave to heat up my food. I stop here regularly to get a drink. She said no but we should get one and charge you a dollar to use.

I've been bannes from several locations in Gastonia NC the east side location and the new hope rd location both incidents were unexplainable by the police. I think in the future better background checks should be submitted because Gastonia is the worst I've ever seen about racially ridiculing whites and other Caucasian races I do have photos and evidence of these I'm seeking an attorney as soon as possible...

9218 Gibsonton Drive Gibsonton Fl store manager today March 2,2023 at 8:09 am told me that I had winning lottery ticket for $100 and she was training someone and only had 50 dollars in the drawer. She said she couldn't cash it.

I recently visit your store at 10401 Normandy boulevard Jacksonville Florida 32221 and had a very bad experience I was very disappointed how your employees are running the store up there they embarrassed me in front of other customers made me leave the store for no reason at all I only know them by first name it's Christy Carmella and Bill they have no reason to embarrass me like that in front of other people when I have done nothing wrong they was cussing at me in front of other customers very unprofessional.

I'm over 50 and I'm tired of getting ID every time I go in their when needless to say I go up their at least 3 times a day they messed up and sold tobacco to a underage person so now everyone is paying for it its dumm when they know I am old enough and have been carded countless of times come on be real everyone forgets their ID so

Most the staff are and disrespectful! I have gone in several different times and noticed that employees love to bully and target one specific employee. The store says that it is open 24 hours a day, but have noticed that a staff member leaves right after they clean.

I have been purchasing the sip and save now for at least 4 months and never had a problem till now. This evening I went in to get my sip and save like I do everyday after work. The employee who was working has done this to me before, he charged me for the cup even though I used my sip and save.

On 2/21/23, I stopped at my local store (2741657) at 4685 e. Valencia Rd. Tucson, Az after a long day of work. My kids really wanted snacks for school and I was starving. I grabbed my kiddos snacks and got myself a bag of hot cheetos with a side of nacho cheese.

The manager at the Circle K off Highway 52 is the worst place I’ve ever been all the employees are rude especially the head manager PR he is very rude to his daily customers doesn’t even say hi he picks and chooses who he is friendly to. Believe it or not I have been since October 2022 trying to use 2 giftcards for $10 each! It may not be a lot of money to a big corporation like Circle K but it's an amount I'm not willing to lose.

The numbers I have been given to call with no answers or help is beyond crazy! One of the numbers I called told me to send them a picture with the cards so they would have proof that there is actually money on them so I did because it was a number given to me by the number given on back of the giftcards.

Circle K definitely needs to do better with their customer service because this is frustrating beyond!!!! Will NEVER purchase a Circle K giftcard. If I got this much trouble for $20 I wouldn't want to see if it was a large amount.

S. C. On Feb 17th about 3:46 pm I went inside to pay for gas by credit card. After a few minutes wait cashier name Glenn showed up took my credit card info and paid him $15. he then walked away from register and I had to ask him for receipt, he never said thank you , he gave my receipt.

Overall, the store is fine. The soda machine has issues though. Barely half of the soda spouts work. (Alexandria LA, location on MacArthur Dr) Every day we go to circle K after my fiancé gets off work. We are part of the sip n save club, so go to get a drink every day. After getting a drink, we pause outside for maybe 30 seconds to light a cigarette. (Which is not loitering, as one of the workers told us we were loitering which according to her, is against the law. There are no loitering laws in Louisiana, outside of drug loitering). I go to Circle k stores multiples times without any issues at all but when I go to the circle K that is on 2709 Sagamore pkwy west in west Lafayette Indiana. I experienced multiples discrimination with the cashier Summer what I experienced was discriminated by race, and aged.

Some examples I experienced with summer was when my older sister went in to get some nicotine products as she was socializing to another customer she stated she is one of my favorites. I strongly dislike what she said about my sister towards a customer.

While visiting Circle K 1432 in Kingman Az, I was treated with attitude from the younger make cashier, with blond hair that is shaved on the side. I was buying a Pepsi and wanted to purchase a Max Flow Vape.

As He was grabbing the vape, my very grown son came over from the self check and grabbed my keys from me. That cashier then asked for both my ID, which I had in hand, and my son's ID. I asked why he needed to see my son's ID, as he had made his own purchase at the self check and was not involved in the transaction.

He became defensive and said.. I have company policies to follow policies to follow. I told him that in incorrect, as my son was not purchasing, nor handing me money to pay. The cashier then said, I'll tell you what, and took the vape back.
