I attempted to purchase a gift card. The cashier couldn't do it and called another employee. He changed my debit card $50. But was unable to attach it to the gift card. They then called Tatiana the store manager who insisted my card was not charged and the transaction was canceled.

The money was withdrawn from my account and Tatiana has refused to respond to my calls for my refund.

I believe I lost a Buick key fob at one of your Circle K gas stations located at 24599 Highway 41 Brewton Alabama phone number 251-248-2948 I have been calling this number for three days and I like it is a busy signal I contacted the regional customer service for Alabama Arkansas after two a day and a half I finally got a hold of Amanda Larson she said she couldn’t get them to answer either so

she would text them or send an email and let me know it’s been two days and I haven’t heard from her I’ve left her two messages I can’t get a hold of her either she does not answer her phone I am out of state and two hours from that location Is there anything you can do to help me with this situation

Epping new Hampshire location was in there fur 5 mins no worker to be found them overheard a woman who was there today January 10 at 2'10 pm be so rude and talk duen to a girl that was there as a vendor fur shiftsmart. Guess that company sent them out to work as a merchandiser and she changed it.

So rude yo this girl and tried to get her fired also. I will no longer but anything from this location the way she talked to this girl was unspeakable clearly they need help since there was 3 other people behind me waiting fur this woman that was not being the counter

This is the second year I have been getting “sip and save” for my 2 grandchildren. We stop at the same location 5 days a week. Today when the kids went in they were told that their sip and save needed renewed.

I just renewed them on January 3,2023. I showed the clerk the entry on my bank app that showed the charges for 2sip and saves and a doughnut. He said that the phone number would not work. I understand that this is not his fault but he says there is nothing he can do about it and that I would have to pay for the kids drinks.

I know we are not talking about a great deal of money but he didn’t even try to take care of this for me. The people that work at that store see these kids 5 days a week and know that every month I renew this for them.

Seems something else could have been done.…

Yes I want to complain about the manager Joe I believe he's interested in a personal relationship with an emploee and I told him that I know what he's up to so don't let me find out and he told men that I"'m standing right here" as if I wanted to fight him I wasn't I'm not a fighter I don't do that but

I felt threatened and I was very unprofessional to be threatening customers or anyone for that matter he shouldn't be representing or be the in a manager's position of your corporation especially with a violent way of solving situations that arise. An immigrant was working as a cashier, behind the cash register. Wearing a hoodie covering his head! He couldn't speak English at all. There was another Mexican that had to translate for him!! He just grunted when I tried to pay for my gas!! I felt unsafe!!!!

It's bad that Circle K hired someone that couldn't speak English. This is the United States!!!!!

You have a person at your 56 & bell road store in Scottsdale Az. Who is the rudest person that I have ever met in my life. Her name tag said her name is Lisa’. I have been coming to your store ever since you opened this location.

The rest of your staff is always very polite and the manager at this location is great! I discussed this with the manager ( Ken ) how I was not to come back to this store by the employee Lisa when she was working!

I discussed this with the store manager ( Ken ) and he stated that he would watch more closely? There were other employees who were working at the time that heard her say this! From what I been told this is not the first complaint that she has!

On Thursday January 5th in the afternoon I was assaulted by four of your circle k employees at the store on bluewater and Coors in Albuquerque New Mexico. I was standing in line waiting to pay for two soft drinks from The fountain and two candy bars when one of your employees the manager approached me and accused me of stealing the candy bars I proceeded to tell her that I put the candy bars in my pocket so

" By the time I had taken notice of the "DECEITFULNESS" rendered by the Clerk it was the next morning when the "SHAM CARD" was issued by the thief Randall Jon Rosenau. 00 over in his drawer at the end of his shift.

Rosenau stated that he was NOT over in his drawer. 00 in his pocket before the end of his shift. Rosenau also stated that the Manager was the ONLY person that could rectify the Criminal activity of his. 00 dollars to be returned and Randall Jon Rosenau blatantly refused to do so.

On several occasions, a particular employee who goes by the name "Jersey" has openly commented that my sip-n-save subscription needs to be renewed in the presence of other customers. On previous occasions, I have tried to explain that the sip-n-save fee is debited from my bank account monthly & there is no reason for this comment.

She has become argumentative & confrontational. I have spoken to the store manager in the past. The incidents had ceased until this morning. Again, the comment was made. I immediately went to my car & verified that the monthly debit had been made, and it had.

I had an interview with this place and the manager seemed really nice and cool at the job interview, seemed like she was interested in hiring me . Then I received my background check in my email and it didn’t state if I passed or not so I contacted the manager Candice and asked her if I passed.

She said I would have to contact the people who sent me the background check. I was so confused because I’ve never did a background check for a job and the hiring manager didn’t know if I passed or not .

She was accusing me of being upset with her because she clearly wasn’t understanding anything I was asking which was simply if I passed or not . She simply could have said she doesn’t have the information yet because honestly none of this made sense to me.

Pat at store 400026 is very rude. Disrespectful to everyone and uses foul language in front of customers. I currently work for this store and he make it a very hostile work environment. I told him on Jan. m. that we have to start scanning everyone's ID to buy lottery cigarettes and alcohol and he said in front of customers and all I'm not doing that shit they can lick my balls.

I'm very tired of the two head cashier. They seem to treat me as I'm nothing. They raise their voice at me. Not the first time. Multiple times. I no for a fact when they are out of cups I use what they have available.

This happened today at 12:30 or 12:45. They were aggravated because new register. Two head people there seen it. If they think because I'm a regular. That gives them a right to holler at me. No. I'm so sick of them doing this and I'm just suppose to ignore it no.

I live in Marana Az and this circle k is a very busy store at all times of the day. Your corporation has installed a self checkout station and the customers are now being forced to use mostly this checkout.

People are now stacked up waiting on this one register that is absolutely stupid! I have lived in this town for 50 years and have been a patron of this store for as long. Just to let you know, yesterday, when I could not get service yet AGAIN, I left my stuff on the counter where a cashier SHOULD be and left the store!

I WILL NEVER AGAIN STEP FOOT IN YOUR STORE FOR ANYTHING!!! I will now drive the 4 miles down the road to a new Quick Trip for anything I need where they actually have a CASHIER

Circle K located on 1st St in Winter Haven FL. FOUNTAIN DRINK MACHINE IS ALWAYS DOWN. OR THEY RUN OUT OF ICE OR SYRUP OR CO2 POOR MANAGEMENT. I HAVE TO DRIVE 10 MINUTES OUT OF MY WAY TO ANOTHER CIRCLE K BEFORE WORK JUST TO GET MY DRINK.

THIS LOCATION HAS BEEN LIKE THIS FOR AT LEAST LAST 10 YRS. BUT HAS GOTTEN WORSE IN LAST COUPLE YEARS. IT NEEDS UPDATED NEW FOUNTAIN DRINK MACHINES AND MANAGERS WHO KNOW HOW TO MANAGE AND RUN A STORE CORRECTLY. AND PRETTY BAD WHEN A MANAGER HAS CALL IN HELP FROM A MANAGER AT ANOTHER CIRCLE K TO COME HELP OUT BECAUSE THEY CANT KEEP PEOPLE HIRED ON AT 1ST STREET LOCATION.

There were two clerks. One was helping me however in a rushing manner. He woul nor allow me to complete my order. For being slow on everything else i asked why he was rushing me. The other clerk a younger guy with glasses.

Start cussing at me and told me to leave. I asked for a manager. The clerk continued with the foul language. Rather than resolve the matter she had me leave. I should not be abused then ignored.

I been going into store 201 gonic road Rochester nh. For years never had a problem until This lady that works after noon. Started to herrass me one day after I said something because they had a line of costermers out the door.

The employee didn't like my comment and came out of the back of the counter swearing at me I thought she was going to put her hands on me she told me I wasn't allowed in the circle k ever again. She made a fool out of me.

In front of other costermers. Said some mean things about me. I don't know her name but she works 2 shift every day. It's not fair that I can't go into a store I been going for years. I did nothing to deserve this

Processed a wrong traction amount and said she voided it. The robot check out machine messed up for a 31 dollar transaction . So she redid it for the correct amount and it was then denied due to insufficient funds so I had to pay the 14 dollars another way.

Cash app is not resolving the dispute. It was Nov 12th and it's been more than 45 days for this to be resolved.

At the circle k in Carmel on 106th and college they have overcharged me the last three times I’ve gone in .. when I said the man was rude all the time and people are overcharged for certain items .

m. m. I went into the circle k on ringgold road in East ridge Tennessee I would drove $20 out of the ATM I stepped outside for just a second turned around walk back in and bought a Gatorade paid with my card.

Clerk at circle k Irving gas station( hooksett nh technology dr)his name is rob & he was so rude and was very sarcastic with me. And even told me to complain about him to the corporate since he got nothing to lose?! seriously???

he stopped my pump while I was there to cleaning my car and grabbing trash from my car and he said he stopped my pump because I wasn’t there?! And because he stopped my pump without checking I was really there or not.

I had my Irving reward extra 10cents off per gallon and that was gone because he stopped my pump and canceled my transaction!!! I have witnessed one of your managers at your location on Monument and Lee road several times talking so rude to her employees I put my stuff down and left. I can not believe the tone I heard in her voice.

Christmas Day 12'/25'/2022 I have been coming to this neighborhood store for about 9 yrs. Service was great until recent management change, There is a worker there named Kelli. She is very disrespectful towards customers due to only using self checkout at this location.

On this afternoon there was a line back to beer cooler, she was outside and came into store and told everyone in line if they had an issue with service to leave. She did not want to hear any complaints from anyone, this is not the first time this has happened with her being rude to customers.

Circle K Extra Large Holiday Coffee Cup came apart at the seem half way up burnt the $#!+ Out of me got into the brand new 1500watt electrical converter in between my seat as well as my 1780 watt brand new pioneer speaker amplifier. Bought numerous items at ircle K located in Aylmer, Ontario Canada on Thursday Dec 21 at approximately 5:20pm. I approached the counter and said hello to the clerk. He didn't even acknowledge me other than proceeding to ring in the items.

" Didn't even tell me the amount. There was no thank you, no goodbye, no have a nice day. Absolutely nothing. Worst ignorant customer service I've experienced in a long time. It bothered me so much that l went back and expressed my frustrations and you guessed it, still not one word out of his mouth.

Went to put gas on 12/20/2022 at 1112 Bay St, Springfield, MA 01109 around 6:50pm and when my nephew of 14yrs old grabbed the handle the cord unattached from the top and it started to spill gas all over the place. It was a bad experience and felt endangered.

At least one employee helped me move my car. I was scared for my life and my nephews.

Jacksonville IL store. On North main. Would rather their employees come to work contagious with the flu and children with pink eye then let them take the time they need. The manager changes scheduales on employees last minute and doesn't inform them.

Store is never cleaned properly. Assistant manager has a bad attitude. And all they do is stand around chatting 24/7. Should really send a under cover shopper in to look at management. Really poorly ran

I was at the circle k in mauldin on December 18th at 7:20 I use self checkout reward to pay for my coffee. " Did you pay for that" If you have self checkout you should trust people or pay attention around the store not playing on your phone and look up and it keeps people not paying the things.

I am so tired of going into the Circle K in Ashburn and standing there at the register and having the cashier ignore me while they are on their phone. I have to wait in a long line because there is usually only one person on the register and then I get ignored when it is finally my turn.

Or it will be one person working really hard to get the line down and everybody else just standing around. There are a few older women that work there that seem to really care about the customers and that is it.

Why does Circle K hire a bunch of younger people that don’t seem to care about us at all? It is frustrating and if the majority would start working it wouldn’t make us late for work in the morning or make a quick visit after work so frustrating when we are trying to get home.

I was at my local circle k on 65th Avenue North North Kings highway Myrtle Beach South Carolina when they said their computers were down and wouldn't let me pay for my cup of coffee and wouldn't let me have my cup of coffee when that's the only store in the area and the coffee was in my hand told me I had to leave cuz they were closed it's kind of messed up

Since the store was remodeled and the self checkout was installed, the service has gone from bad to worse. The self checkout is only good for basic transactions, there are 3 girls on duty and if they have to wait on you they have an attitude, and stand back there continually telling people to use the self checkout.

Well if we could we would, I have stopped going in to that store unless I have to. They even have a hand written sign saying use self checkout. They rather stand outside smoking and complaining to the customers

The staff is awesome. What sucks is you only stock warm foods when corporate visits the store. Otherwise available foods to choose from is terrible. I go every day and only have a nice selection when you have executive visitors.

This is not fair to your customers. I have picture and video proof. You just had visitors the other day at the new location in Rochester NH on the corner of Brock street and Rt 125. Today nothing is available.

I'm going to ask the community to boycott Circle K if you don't start thinking about your customers. I will be in shock if this gets ready, let alone replied to.
