I work next to Bradford St circle k Marion Indiana. I go into the store every day. Anyways about 2 weeks ago I went into bought a few things and the guy working forgot to give me my change. I came into the store the next morning he says yes he remembers he sat it behind the counter.

Well fast forward I finally get to talk to the manager Brittany and she tells me there's nothing they can do about it. I'm owed $13. 51. I just couldn't believe the rudeness I was showed by the manger and still never got what's owed to me.

They're getting more crackheads hanging out at the store getting violent they do nothing and run them away they got people pulling up there late nights jamming the radio in the parking lot drinking they do nothing about it it's so loud it rubs the whole neighborhood the management sucks they never order anything right they need to get their s*** together and y'all need to someone from corporate over there to take care of this s*** it's getting to be b******* oh yeah and

they open the outside clean out beside the building to your septic tank and there's s*** and piss and toilet paper all over the ground and I stepped in it I'm not happy clean it up

Employees at circle k at Ajo & country club. There is a machine that scams products and takes & returns money. At 3 today there were 3 employees just sitting there. They even have a homeless person who cleans the parking lot, empties the trash bags by the gas pumps, cleans the windows.

Excellent worker in compassion to those 3 slogs. They are extremely rude and the two girls never say thank you. Always feel horrible I've interrupted their " talk".

I get tired of going to circle k's between 8:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m. to find their closed and leave a sign on the door saying they'll be back in a few minutes and don't come back for half an hour to an hour this is happening at a lot of stores how can they advertise their open 24 hours when they're definitely not.

At 27051 S. 7th Street, in Phoenix Arizona. 9:10 AM, on 12/06/22. My uncle, who is dying from cancer, was having problems with the card machine. It was loose and kept rejecting his bank card. He was getting frustrated. The female cashier at the time told him that he needed to be "more F***ing patient".

I work in customer service and told her that she cannot speak to customers that way. She then told me to F Off, and called me a B***h. My uncle has less than a year to live and did not deserve that treatment.

On Thanksgiving Day I visited your store at Springfield and Staley. I was going to buy a 12 pack of Miller lite. Instead of checking my ID they wanted to scan it. I don't allow anybody to scan my driver's license that information is personal and confidential and can be used for fraud.

I am 71 years old and have been buying gas and beer at the gas station for years. If they want to scan my ID I'll have to go elsewhere.

I paid cash for gas at the automated check out and the gas wasn’t available on the pump. I went inside to explain and get help and was verbally attacked by the worker TERESA who was accusing me of scamming them and trying to steal the gas. The machine did not offer a receipt that I remember. The manager ALLISON has made me wait for over 45 minutes while she “rolls back the tape” to see if I paid at all.

I am late to a $300 job and may lose the gig if I don’t get there soon. All they need to do is balance their drawer and they will find it is $26 over.

The employees have completely blocked off the restrooms and have them permanently out of order. I am a service tech and need to be able to access restrooms while on the road. They need to fix the restrooms or at least put signs up on the door so I don’t walk in for nothing.

Prices not ringing up as advertised. Store employees refused to do price overrides and were very rude! 50 as days splayed / advertised that shouldn’t matter .

Secondly if you advertise a price regardless if things changed or you haven’t had time to remove the ad you must still honor that displayed price unless there is an end date on the ad . I’m including a pic to verify why they should have overrode the price instead of arguing with a customer.

For several months I have stopped in on my way to work to get coffee. There has been no sugar, no creamer of any sort. Sometimes there was no coffee at all. I asked the cashier and I get the same answer everytime.

The delivery didn't come in. It isn't just about the coffee or the condiments for the coffee it's refrigerated products as well. It's as if the store is goin out of business. I'm very disappointed. I was a regular customer and would go in to the store a couple times a day and several times a week but now due to the situation I rarely go in the store anymore.

Three weekends in a row the machine didn’t print out a receipt. Last Sunday I asked the guy at the counter what was going on that the receipts are printed because I work 12 hour shifts. I’m on the road.

My husband works for you and ever since he has started whoever is supposed to be here at 10 pm to relieve him is a no call no show or just call off. The no call no show is by the manager Kayla's friend Petera.

Petera is allowed to no call no show whenever she wants and she's allowed to come clock in whenever she wants. My husband is now having to work a 25 hour shift because nobody wants to come to work and nothing is ever done about it.

Kayla is a horrible manager and doesn't deserve her job. This store is going downhill because of lack of work and interest in your store.

My husband went through your car wash at 2535 Fulton rd in canton Ohio last Friday. There was something hanging off of the top scrubber bar that scratched and dented his truck from front to back. We got 2 estimates at almost $5000 in damages.

I made a purchase on 10/20/22 @234pm CST. I was charged twice but two different amounts. The cashier refunded (at least that's her and I thought). She said hold the receipt till it clears but a week later nothing. I stopped back at that location (2400 McFarland Blvd) and she provided me with customer service number 8123799227 but no one has answered nor has anyone returned my call.

Circle K on freedom dr. (Zipcode 28208) in Charlotte NC bathroom is never operational. Every time I come in to use the restroom the employees are saying it’s out of order and the doors are locked. The small amount of times i was able to use it, the bathrooms are filthy.

i am a regular at the circle k located in baton rouge, louisiana on the corner of lee drive and highland road. i also purchase gas, food and beverages, tobacco, and alcohol successfully. in addition to this, i own a suspended drivers license.

the suspension of a license ONLY prohibits one from driving. it does not prohibit the purchase of necessary products. the other day i went in to buy gas and tobacco products and the employee was refusing to scan my license because it was suspended, despite me only having successful past transactions.

I stopped at the circle k in Parker after being on the road for about 6 hours. I went in to use the bathroom n after a few minutes the employee came n pounded on the door n when I came out, he kicked me out of the store saying I was blowing up his bathroom n that he had my face on camera for facial recognition and to kick rocks.

I was in the Circle K on N. Union Ave in Alliance OH this past Sunday Oct 23 around 3:30 pm. The cashier that waited on me was very rude and was cussing at me (using the F word and bitch).

I was treated badly by a cashier in Circle K glasnevin ave, finglas this morning at 8:20am. The young girl who served me humiliated me when she was serving me by the way she spoke to me and rolled her eyes at me.

Yes I parked my car at your location on Cummings road and I'm in this road in South Carolina on October 15th at 10 PM it had broken down on a car Dolly I was told by the 2 attendants after going in and speaking with them it was OK to leave it there through the next day I said at worst case I would be back the next day.

And they gave me authorization and peace of mind to leave it. Well, it was towed before I could Get back the very next day. And speaking with your manager she said that she gave us a few days that wasn't true it was towed actually the very next day.
