I called on Tuesday and ask if I could have my credit limit approved for more money. The lady did not do her job at all. Had to call back today and spoke to a supervisor. was on phone for 35 minutes.

I been going to Citi Bank for over 10 years at the 140 Doughty Blvd Inwood Branch and at least I would say for the last 1 1/2 the customer service is awful I never seen so much disrespect in my life from an Organization, like this, he tellers were all so friendly never had attitudes always treated their customers with respect, but every since the manager to over things are going down hill.

The Manager thats a woman has been their maybe 2 years Or more, is one of the most Disrespectful, Nastiest, Rude, Unprofessionally, person I ever met, she talks to the customers very bad. I have had a problem trying to login to my credit card account online. I follow precisely the instructions for “forgot password “ and each time I receive a message “account locked”. Today my wife and I got on the phone with your customer service people to solve the problem. I will summarize our experience. We spoke with 11 different representatives over a period of 1 hour and 35 minutes and the last person hung up on us. We requested 4 different times to speak with a manager and were ignored.

I can tell you that in all my life I have never had a customer service experience this horrible. I still cannot login to my credit card account.

On September 9, 2019 I had 5 charges made to my credit card (1354) that I did not make (see attached file). A claim was filed on those charges and I had Citicard removed the card and a replacement was requested (9450). After a while Citi removed all the charges (Security Credit- Item Under Investigation). On November 11, 2019 security credit reversed the charge of $1823.90 -Target. All the charges was made in California and both Target charges were made on the same date and at the same store. Since November 2019 I have made several call to the fraud department to correct the problem ($1823.90) to no avail. All the while for the last 3 months my interest charge has increased because of the incorrect charge. This problem needs to get corrected.

I am calling in reference branch at 822 Rockville Pike, Rockville, MD 20850. I lost my card in the bank on Saturday (1/11/20) I got inside the bank to check if it was there no body bother to check and the completely dismiss me and told me that my card was not there.

I looked everywhere in my car and I knew it was there because I didn't go anywhere but the bank and I use the card at the bank.

Finally they make me wait outside for 20 minutes and then one of the employees come and give me my card with no explanation in how they got it. Of course the card was there all the time. Is this considered discrimination because I am not Asian and everybody that work there is?

I was offered 0% interest on my balance and balance transfer. After being told 3 times on 3 different calls that this information is correct I am still being charged interest. I called today at 11:33 and was speaking with another supervisor in regards to the confusion.

She stated that she will mail me a letter after reviewing the recordings when I explained that this was not acceptable as that’s what they already said they would do last time that I would like to get it sorted out today. Every time I call it is over 30 minutes due to wait time.

The “supervisor” then hung up on me. Are you kidding me? This card was one of my favorites 5 years ago. They used to have excellent customer service, this company is just a joke. How could you possible treat people like this is still have a job.

I opened two savings accounts between November and December, To fund the first account, i transferred funds from my AMEX savings and I also had a partial salary deposited every week. The second account was funded with a wire transfer for $30,0000 from Chase bank.

Around December 9th, I attempted to transfer 10K. the transfer was held and i was told for a review which will last between 24-48 hours. once the time elapsed, I called customer service to find out the account was blocked for fraud and my online access revoked.

I inquired about the steps to take to resolve the issue and i was told I had to wait for a letter in the mail that will arrive between 30-60 days which was unacceptable to me as i had urgent needs for my money. I called every day between December 11 and December 29th.…

I am having trouble finding the right web page to log into my account . I have called 3 different numbers was greeted by an electronic voice and when I asked for a representative the 1st time I was on hold for over 11 minutes.

The second time when I called the corporate customer cpmplaint # I was on hold for 9 minutes and 21 seconds before I hung up. The third # gave me the same message that a representative would be with me shortly: I hung up.

This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been a customer for many years but not for much longer with this kind of service. I hope your CEO reads some of these complaints and takes steps to make improvements.

Firstly my credit card account name is Amarendra pratp singh but card printed with wrong name and I have drop so many request with ID froof uploaded through net banking for correction the name on card but not done yet and every time they are calling and iriteting me. I was approved for a Citi Double Cash Card with a CL OF $600 on 12/31/19. I then immediately called Citi Bank to have the initial credit limit increased. I spoke to 3 representatives and finally spoke to a supervisor name Jeremy in Maryland ( his employee ID # MD89274 ) sounded like the previous representatives.

Jeremy informed me to wait until I receive the card then call Citi Bank back to request an increase so that another hard pull will go on my credit report. Citi. Bank text me about fraud activity, which was great. They told me they was going to send me another card. Which they did but had the same debit card number as the old one. I called customer service to them I can't activate the card due to the same number (system don't recognize).

The representative start asking me question that I didn't have the answer to because the question was like what color was my first car. Now, I have to wait another 24 hours to call them or go to my local bank for a temp card.

Purchased a used frame from them on June 11 2019. I asked if it could be done by end of July. Was told yes. July came and went and no frame. They would not contact me back or give me any updates.

Recently deposit an ADP check for over a thousand dollar through Citibank mobile app. Three hundred was made available after the attempt of depositing the check at my branch location of 1800 Williambridge Road, Bronx, NY 10461 ATM of which the machine wouldn't accept. I like the bank but when I go to the drive thru ATM to transfer money the drive thru one has been blocked with orange cones since Dic 15, 2019. Are they ever going to fix it??? Since all banks only let you do 6 monthly transfer online or by phone.

I was relocated to Lithuania a couple of months ago. I disclonnected my US phone number because I do not need one in Lithuania. I logged online to pay my bills and I was blocked because it was asking me for my US phone number and I couldn't confirm because the number is disconnected.

I just deposited a large sum of money into a new Citibank savings account. AS SOON as I did that, they locked me out of my account, even though I entered the CORRECT password online. " Every time I call, it's a ridiculously long wait time which I just don't have the time to deal with.

I have been a customer with citibank for over 15 years. I am currently in South America taking care of my elderly mother and have no commitment to when I will be able to return back to NY. 300 dollars, later on that day I checked my account through the Citi app in my cell phone and everything was fine, money was in the account.

Despicable company! Do not under any circumstances apply for credit with this creditor. We applied for credit to purchase furniture and the furniture arrived damaged and incomplete. Then when we reported this to Citibank, out of their passive-aggressive nature, they requested our tax information for a small credit limit or they would close the account within 30 days of their letter.

We immediately requested for our account to be closed via phone and in writing before the 30 days. We no longer wanted to do any further business with the furniture store. I have been with Citibank for over 10 years and since that time, I have observed how things have changed and despite the changes that were not for the better I remained your customer. This year has been a very tough year for me.

I opened this account on or about November 4,2019. Wanting to fund the account, I went to the Hicksville branch located at 255 North Broadway, Hicksville, Ny, and used the ATM located inside the branch. I made a deposit in the amount of $260.00 on November 10, 2019, at which time the ATM malfunctioned and did not credit my account and printed a receipt which I have attached. My card was hacked on 10/20. I was sent a new card, which I left in the envelope and never activated. On 11/12 my new car was hacked in the same way online with Microsoft games. I was told there was no info they cld tell me, and I am not allowed to contact the investigation dept.

My father suffered a stroke and I am his Power of Attorney. I have been working to close out accounts of his that are no longer needed. I was told to mail the POA to an address in Sioux Falls, SD which I did over a month ago. I called today to find out the status so I could gain access online and pay off the account. I was told that nothing was on file and had I included the full account number? I stated I had not since I don't have it. My father does not have his card and is not capable of recalling login info. The Citi Diamond card is TERRIBLE! EVERY month I pay my balance in full. Direct transfer from my bank to citi. The alerts messenger will tell me that my balance is zero yet my card continues to be declined. EVERY month I call and I get a different reason for why the account has been placed on security hold; new account, large payment, extremely large payment.

Then when we call the bank I am told that although it is 11/13 and the funds are verified as cleared my card will be available for used on 11/27. I am looking everywhere I can on line to warn people of this pathetic service and to not use your bank.

I called concerning my late payment for my Costco Card. My renewal (Costco) was added to my card and recently I moved and did not get my mail. I saw where Citi called me on 11/8 and left a message so I called.

I told the team member what happened and asked if the $187 balance was reported to my credit file and he could not tell me. I told him my credit was important and as he could see I was a customer for some time and was never late with a payment.

I have a Sears Mastercard that Citibank manages. I have been trying to pay my bill and the automated online system seems not to work. When I call customer service, I can barely understand they accented voices. They assure me my payment is in the system but my bank has still not posted it as pending. I have a confirmation number but I did not get an email showing I had scheduled the payment. I also can not send a secure email or chat on your system.

My phone calls had always been routed to India and I was felt humiliated by those staff there which interrogate me like a criminal!!! When I asked them to clarify stuff they were not in patient and just wanted to hang up my calls. I called to update my social security information. The service support is terrible. The automated service is slow, kept me on the phone for 10 minutes, passed the phone call from one operator to another. In the end they said that they need to send this information over post and then update it.

I will close the account in the near future. This is not the first time when a request takes a long time to be dealt with over the phone.
