I have 2 cards. Master and Visa. I've terminated my Visa (card ending 5995) in April 2019 and thereafter Citibank charged RM16 (admin charges) to the card which was officially been terminated after that. I wasn't aware of the RM16 because the card has been terminated and no statement or whatsoever been made know to me.

In Sept, my MasterCard was automatically terminated by Citibank without informing me because of the unsettlement of RM16 unto a "non-existence" card that I terminated with the bank officially with black and white after clearing all outstanding amount. I tried to login to your Citi Mobile Apps but my account was being blocked.

I opened a savings and checking account totaling over 10,000 and linked them to my current online credit card account. I was locked out of my account due to not receiving my debit card. I called 9 times / over 3 hours and kept getting transferred and hung up on october 21.

I asked to have my checking and savings closed because i had linked them to my credit cards and could not access my credit cards because i could not access my checking until the debit card arrived. I finally got someone to unlink my credit cards so i could create an accessible account for them and still do not have access to the banking and savings account and Do not know what is going on with the money i have in them.

My mother had an account and I was a card holder. She passed away and I had to call and notify creditors of her passing. My first call was to American Express which handled every detail with poise, grace, and compassion.

When I called the next creditor, Shell/CitiBank, I tried to explain that I had an account under my mother’s and when I explained she had passed away recently one of the women who works for them canceled the account, which was to be expected. When I inquired about what to do with my account she said I didn’t have one and I could no longer use my cards.

I just spent the last 40 minutes on the phone with customer service. Your people answering at the main call center need to be educated and kept up to date on changes. I went through 6 people not counting the person I spoke with at e services.

One of those people hung up on me and never returned my phone call when they had all my information in front of them. Extremely frustrating and it pissed me off. The person with e services explained the reason I’m not able to log into my mobile app to make my payment is because the account is closed.

I was hit by a car & hospitalized in different state than my billing address. My Citicard expired & I requested replacement card sent to alternate address over 2 weeks ago, but you keep sending it to billing address, & your incompetent, dishonest phone agents keep claiming that I never gave an alternate address.

I called Citi two days ago on Sept 19th and spoke to a representative about doing a balance transfer to my Citi preferred card. She told me I could do a transfer for zero percent for 12 months, or September 2020. 99%.

I told her I would call back after I look at what I want to transfer. So, I decided to go ahead with the transfer tonight, Sept 20th. I called Citi and was told I could get the zero percent only until August 2020.

I said, no, I was told I could get it til September, and asked her to check with her supervisor, because I was told I could call back after I decide go I want to go ahead with it. I asked if I could talk to your corporate office, but was told you don’t have a corporate number.

I had accidently selected the wrong bank account to transfer from and to when doing an external transfer, a process I had done successfully many times for many years, but when I caught the mistake the transfers for suspended so I could not try to correct it, then when calling to get it reopened, it tried again and locked it.

Customer service got it unlocked but told me that it would try again and would fail, but they could not cancel the transefer from trying again. I had this exact same issue before, but was able to have the transfer canceled so as not to attempt 3 times.

After that, the customer service rep in a very condescending manor stated that "next time lets be careful when selecting the to and from banks" as though I was a child.

I was charged a late fee for March which was erroneous. I had to go through hell in your telephone system before I could talk to a representative who it was very difficult to understand.

I need your help. I am 92 years, hearing impaired & DAV. In the past, I have could my Costco credit card to my quicken program. In other words, I could down load your data into quicken where I could assign the item to a category.

I opened a new saving account with Citi and saw a promotion online for $400 bonus offer for opening a new account for either saving or checking, get $500 if open both accounts and complete deposit $15,000 by 9/30/2019. I called the customer service to help me register for this offer as online instruction.

But agents refused to help saying the account I opened just 2 days ago is not a new account. I am in fact in the middle of following Citi's instruction to set up external account linking. The refusal and bad attitudes of the agents are truly upsetting.

I have been following up in regards to fraud charges that have been reversed since July 13th on statement. I have submitted all paper work received in a timely manner. All documents have been sent and received. I have been calling into disputes, and citi for the last two months.

This has been the worst experience - I have spent countless hours talking to Citibank because they applied my payment to my wife's account instead of my account. My assistant spent a morning dealing with Citibank being told they see what the issue is and they were going to resolve it.

My disabled girlfriend went to open an account so she can get money to pay her rent and the place was empty and they were ignoring her. They told her at around 10am they were in a meeting for 30 more minutes.

So she waited and they continued to ignore her. At 11:42 I called and the woman was rude and told me that the New Accounts employee was "On the Other Line With A Client" (Mind you, my girlfriend is physically there and can see that is not true).

On Thursday 9/5/2019 around 5pm my wife and I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with customer service due to my account being block. Someone in Citibank put a unnecessary block of my whole account. Once we call them to correct the problem NO ONE was able to help us.

My wife went to the bank to no avail. So she came home and was on the phone without exaggeration for 3 hours to try again, nothing. She ask for a supervisor and they didn't come back to the phone and had her waiting another 1 1/2 hours.

We initiated the call at 5pm is now 7:30pm and still on hold. We don't know what to do since they are holding our money and account hostage. They just told us they're working on it. No one knows what's going on or how to fix it.

I opened an account in mid-June and by mid-July the account was unable to perform any transactions. We had transferred a substantial amount into the account. Beginning on July 27, my husband and I have been calling and getting the run around on what is wrong with the account.

I applied and received a Citibank Aadvantage credit card to specifically receive a 60,000 Aadvantage mileage bonus. I spoke with a representative who was aware I already had a gold card. I was advised I qualified for the bonus. Based on information from Citibank I made several transactions which included using miles for a reservation and spending over $3,000 to make sure I qualified for the bonus.

I called at least 2 times and was advised the miles would be posted, it just takes a little time. Then on another call I was told I didn’t qualify but she would appeal it. Warrior Custom Golf scammed me by saying they were sending me a free custom Driver with the condition that I try out some fairway woods and I could rate them for the company. I could use them for 45 days and return them and keep the driver, but if I wanted to keep the fairway woods, I could keep them for only $145 a piece.

I already have Calloway fairway woods, and a Ping Driver that I was fitted for and love. I decided to take the deal because it seemed kind of cool to be able to test out custom clubs and rate them. I gave them my CC number, per usual, for them to keep on file if I didn't return the woods.

I have sent payments on my 4 cards. Check was cashed for $450. 36 which was the total for balances on all 4 cards. I will be sending by fax to the Payment Investigations today. This is outrageous that someone can cash a check and not credit my accounts.

Spoke with Anqrew and Leah today both were super rude, and avoided my question all together neither were willing to work with me. Andrew never asked me any questions Leah was a lot more professional than Anqrew. My phone number was taken out of the system so they had no way to contact me which not sure how that happened.

When my father passed away, my mother called to notify Citibank and have him removed from the credit card. They immediately cancelled her credit card account on the spot. Now, maybe they have to do this to get his name off the account, but they did not assist her in getting a new credit card.

Shortly thereafter, she got the final bill in the mail, with a due date of 7/4/19 ($1200). The payment was listed as "autopay" as this is how they had the account set up for years. So, my mother did nothing and assumed it would be paid automatically.

Even before the due date of 7/4/19, we started getting calls from collection agency. We initially thought it was a fraud. We later found out that Citibank handed her account off to a collection agency BEFORE the due date of the bill.

43. My account was credited, then the charges were re-applied after I received a letter from Citi stating the credit could not be issued because my credit card number changed. On the initial call, CITI INSISTED THAT I CHANGE MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER.

On 03/12/18 I was told by Efrin, not to worry because the matter was settled and that I would receive the full credit. I think this whole matter was handled poorly. I have been a wonderful customer of CitiBank, but you have not dealt with me in good faith.

Hello I am writing today to complain about the head teller of beach 309 her name is Casandra Bell Very downgrading to Citi bank employees She is very disrespectful and doesn’t deal with people the right way I have multiple of business with Citi bank and I am coming to this branch since 2013.

I have being through so many tellers but this one really made me went searching online to file a complaint. A friend of mine and my wife closed their accounts because of her and I am really considering to do the same.
