I have 2 cards. Master and Visa. I've terminated my Visa (card ending 5995) in April 2019 and thereafter Citibank charged RM16 (admin charges) to the card which was officially been terminated after that. I wasn't aware of the RM16 because the card has been terminated and no statement or whatsoever been made know to me.
In Sept, my MasterCard was automatically terminated by Citibank without informing me because of the unsettlement of RM16 unto a "non-existence" card that I terminated with the bank officially with black and white after clearing all outstanding amount. I tried to login to your Citi Mobile Apps but my account was being blocked.
