I am writing you regarding my bank account ending -6812. I opened this account during the promotion. The promise was that if I fulfil my part of opening an account, transferring a certain amount of money and keep the amount over certain period of time, then I will be granted a bonus of $700. I had fulfilled my part of this contract, but CITI bank did not! You can check the recordings of my numerous calls to CITI bank in effort to receive what was promised. Every time I call I am told that an investigation will be opened. What investigation? What is there to investigate? I have been a CITI bank customer for many years. I am extremely disappointed by such service.
