I am writing you regarding my bank account ending -6812. I opened this account during the promotion. The promise was that if I fulfil my part of opening an account, transferring a certain amount of money and keep the amount over certain period of time, then I will be granted a bonus of $700. I had fulfilled my part of this contract, but CITI bank did not! You can check the recordings of my numerous calls to CITI bank in effort to receive what was promised. Every time I call I am told that an investigation will be opened. What investigation? What is there to investigate? I have been a CITI bank customer for many years. I am extremely disappointed by such service.

I joined a new company and unfortunately their company credit card is through Citi. I tried to make a purchase and it would not go through. I got a call about fraud - called the number back - sat on hold and then a recording said they would call me back. They never did.

Tried to make another purchase today (for my job) and it was declined!!! I call customer service and have been on hold for over 30 minutes now. REALLY!!! This is ridiculous. This is why I do not use them for personal for there is not a high standard of customer service.

I've been a Citibank customer for over 35 years, and have witness the stellar customer service you had dwindle down to extremely poor and irresponsible. How is it possible that your branch offices can not answer their phone. You get the message all employees are busy and therefore you get transfered to the online automated service who assumes me all call to get our balance or need to transfer funds.

The maze to get to an agent is exhausting, then finally by the time you tel them what you need they tell you you must call the branch, just o go back to this circle over and over again until finally you just give up from frustration. I will close my accounts and hope to find a bank who cares about serving their customers.

Ordered a replacement card after fraud somewhere in Greece on my account. I was upset with the agent I spoke with who was unable to give me any info re whether or not it was a charge of mine, and hung up on her.

Afterwards,calmed down and tried to order a replacement card. Seemed fine, but when I got the card, it was a duplicate of the cancelled card. Each call to Citibank got runaround and blase` disinterest. After three attempts I have another duplicate, and lastly, no card at all.

I have the feeling Citibank doesn't need my business, bor does it care what it's employees do to it's customers. Enough is enough. A credit union is probably a much better option.

com. i was confirmed and all seemed well. a week before i left the US, i called Citi and told them i will be travelling abroad so they would not put a fraud hold on my card. When I got to the hotel they said they cancelled my reservation and could not find a another room for me.

As a matter of fact there were no rooms available anywhere in the vicinity of the House of Abraham. This was essential to my trip as i was going to visit the House of Abraham 5 times per day in the 4 days i was scheduled to be there. I spend $2100.

on tickets and travelled 23 hours by air but was bitterly disappointed in that i could not have perform my spiritual journey as intended all because someone at Citi put a hold on my card and the Hotel could not pre charge the day before.

I have spent the last two hours trying to contact someone to help me with a check that my company received from Citibank. I do not have an account with Citibank and I am trying to validate the authenticity of the check. First, you cannot speak to a real person at customer service unless you have an account number or credit card number. I finally got through to a human and they wanted my social security number. No way I am giving that information over the phone. Said they couldn't help me without it. Really?

I have now been holding for 42 minutes on a call to the corporate headquarters.

I deposited a check from Texas workforce commission which is unemployment benefits. I was told this was a counterfeit check I verified with Twc and they saying it’s valid check for my benefits I even had a rep on the line with me and rep from Citibank who hung up on me and rep from TWc.

I have a Money Market account with Citi. I attempted to transfer funds to an external bank account. Last transfer was in August. Citi deactivated that account. There website would not allow it to be reestablished. Their India customer service (both click to chat and live operators ) were unable to understand English and refused to help.

CitiBank offered a tiered checking bank bonus of $1,500 for opening a account. The required time frame was supposed to be 20 days opening period with an additional 60 days of holding time. What they didn't mention in the terms is that there is an additional 90 days payout period which means they get to keep your money for nearly 6 months before they pay anything.

That was frustrating, but when payout came, CitiBank said that I didn't qualify for the account as I was not their target audience. I sent supporting documents to them showing that it was mailed to my husband as a card member bonus for a credit card that we've held jointly for 15 years.

I put my money in the account in good faith and they accepted the funds and verified the account terms on multiple occasions. But they don't…

When I try to log onto my mobile bank account they ask for a debit card number from a card I never received. Customer service will only help if I supply the bank account number linked to the card. I do not have that info it appears lost, and I did not expect to be locked out of my due to not having an ATM card, which they say they sent.

I am told to go to a branch, but the nearest branch is over 12 hours away in another state. One CS person did offer a mailing address, but I do not see that as a real option. I could mail and may not get the help I need.

Citybank has a credit on my government credit care of over 900 dollars but did not issue me a check. I paid them an the govmetnment paid them. they kept sending me statements showing the balance but not a check like they usually do.

After about a year they sent a check but it looked like the many statements so unfortunately it got lost under a pile of junk male. I found it but it was past the date it was allowed to be chased.

I am the executor of my deceased mother's estate. I filled out the paperwork required by Citi's estate department, which was received 7/21/22. I was later told that one more form was required. I filled out the form, had it notarized, and faxed.

The final process began on 8/14. I was told to call back when the process was finalized, the first full week of September. I called today and was told that the final review is in in process and that it may take up to two more weeks for the check to be released.

I have bills to pay o behalf of the estate (including a Citibank credit card) and need to have this matter resolved immediately. My mother is Stella Saks and her account number is 2101824418.

I recvd a notice that they decided to drop my credit limit without stating why. I have never been late or near my credit limit. I contacted cs, which is a joke. The representative (mary) couldn't tell me why but stated that I could call the credit dept and have it put back.

I again asked for a reason or a supervisor to explain, she (mary) stated the sup who refused to give her name or take the call couldn't help. Let me tell you Citi that fucking with my credit, bouncing my utilization score up and down will not be tolerated, in fact its criminal and is being addressed.

Citibank member over 10 years. Always pay balance every month. Called tonight as the bill was due Sept 1, today is Sept 3. Customer service would not wave late fee for a 10 year great customer who pays on-time. No if, ands or buts, just NO.

It's a system generated fee. Could not tell me how much the fee is or will be. I was very surprised to be treated abrupt no, and that's that. No reasonable reason why couldn't tell me late fee amount only that it's automatic system generated. Very SAD, customer service.

I'll close my card after 10 years. Too many others that have better customer service. , don't need it. This may impact Costco spending as well!!!

01. Blamed her for changing her spending habits. I explained that she should be able to buy stamps wherever she chooses without getting her card canceled. Unreal. Every customer service agent has their own set of rules that they apparently get to make up as they go.

The final agent was screaming at me on the phone that "my mother just didn't understand anything" and "if that is the way I was going to be, I could find a new agent" and slammed down the phone. All because they messaged saying to call them about the transaction.

Hatred of elderly people is not a good look, especially after 20 plus years with them and a big enough credit limit to buy a small house.

Citi credit cards closed both my credit cards without any late payment, overdraft or a previous email, call or anything.. that is brutal, especially that Iam traveling out of the country on a few days, same happened before with my checking account for more than 10 years with Citi… reason was stupid also..

I have been a wonderful customer of this credit card company for years. I pay in full every month. This month I was a week late due to the bill getting missed placed. It was due on 8/17/22 and I paid it through my bank today 8/23/22 showing it will post on 8/25.

So, I called customer service to let them know that it was on its way to try to avoid any late fees. The gentleman David was very rude and impatient on the phone. All they would need to do is look at my history to see I'm a great customer and waive any fees that might result in this mistake.

The call was an attempt to give them a heads up that the payment was on the way. Instead, I was treated unprofessionally like a criminal. This is a costco card so I don't really want to cancel it. But I will if the charge me a late fee.

Applied for credit csrd beginning of June give the deposit around June 20th got email stagin my card was on the way June 24th. July 5th I called because I have yet to get my card. Trying to figure out how to register my new card online after my account was hacked. Spoke to multiple representatives, but Dom at the supposedly Citigold fraud department hung up on me multiple times. She would repeat herself multiple times instead of answering your questions.

It is easier for your account to be hacked with Citibank then it is for you to recover your accounts. I called in on behalf of my dad Robert Foster. I faxed a power of attorney to submit a claim for identity theft. Took me 3 months and the fruad department agents were horrible to me. One agent found my documentation for the POA, another said they could not find it....

If we could give a 0 we would. We were trying to buy two laptops at Best Buy on 8/14/22. My card was declined and CITI did not send us a notification to verify the purchase for several minutes. In the meantime we had used our American Express card to completed the purchase.
