A couple of months ago, I was subject to a phishing attack on my Citibank accounts, which include checking and savings. I asked to have my accounts frozen to prevent any unauthorized withdrawals. The Fraud Dept. froze it. I am now trying to unfreeze it to access my money - and I've been hung up on FIVE TIMES by the department that is supposed to unblock the account.
