I have been trying to result this problem since 10/28/2021. I went to the brach located at 4249 B’way ave. Nyc 10033. I used to have a Safe Deposit Box, which I believed I returned when I call and let them know that was not going to use anymore. 08. 78.

They never sent me another bill during all this time. 78. The brach told me that they were going to discuss it and would let me know. But the last time I went to the brach was 1/5/2022 is more than a month already, but not a call neither an email to let me know the final result.

Credit card that is attached to checking account has been experiencing fraudulent activities. Now after person verification, I can't get card released & unlocked. Have been charged by other institutions late fee because the can't get their auto-payments. This is the 2nd time I've been hit with fraud.

I'm 71 & traveling to take care of 91 year old mother in VA. No access to mail until my return. Why aren't you sending necessary paper via email? Don't need another card just clear unauthorized charges! 2nd cell 347-340-4700

I been with you guys for 6 years now, never had a complaint but this time it's enough, the fact is I'm getting my card blocked without any notice is ridiculous, but what's more ridiculous that Noone can explain anything , if you block me verify me and do your job instead of hanging me up, being on vacation and dealing with the these type of problems instead of enjoying my vacation .

I don't recommend citi to anyone anymore the quality is literally went down and not helpful at all . You guys need to fix up this situations , because that's how use loose costumers I'm closing my account with you guys because that's not right what just I had to go thru.

Customer service following a fraudulent checking account was opened on my savings account. Online banking was fraudulently accessed and checking account was opened and attempted to transfer money out. I called and they blocked my account, deleted online access. Since then I have not been able to unblock or close account.

Security info was changed when fraudulent account was opened. Had to receive mailed letter to access account through fraud dept. Once received and contacted fraud dept. security info was changed and still have trouble accessing through customer service. I call to get un blocked and they transfer me to multiple people, each I have to provide security info and sometimes it works and sometimes it does not.

I was purchasing a phone online at Verizon Wireless when Citi claimed fraud. I received the text message and email so I logged into Citi and cleared the fraud by saying it was my purchase. I used the card again and it still declined.

I called Citi bank, got transferred around, everybody said the card is good to use, but it wasn't. Each time I clicked to purchase the Citibank box came up on the screen to authenticate the card, and it came back that Citi couldn't authenticate. This happened 4 times.

I kept getting assured on the phone with the Citi rep and fraud department that I could use my card.

I went to my branch in Park Ridge, Il to ask about the fees for accessing Egyptian Pounds while in Egypt. I wanted to discuss this with a banker. I asked to speak with a banker and the teller to whom I was speaking insisted that she could help me rather than allowing me to speak with a banker.

She advised me that Citibank US did not have Egyptian Pounds. I replied that I knew that and that was not my question. Further I did not want to discuss my questions on the open floor. A banker appeared and after a brief discussion he accused me of being rude and invited me to move my accounts from Citibank.

We did not ever have a meaningful discussion about the fees.

I received a call from Citi Bank that there had been fraud on my credit card and they were cancelling it and they would send me another one. Received it in about 5 days. Changed all my accounts. Then I got a few messages from orders saying my credit card wasn’t working.

Turns out after I finally hooked up with a nice gal named Nikki who informed me it had something to do with Apple Pay,, which I did not ask for. Before talking with her I talked to a man who was very condescending.

Treated me like a two year old. Nikki was able to report him. She also saw to it that I got my new card the next day. She was the only nice person I spoke to during this episode. I have had my CitiBank Mastercard since 2006 and have never had a problem.

I had quite possibly the worst customer service experience of my life with one of the service reps while trying to get information on my government travel card. He was rude, stubborn, and offensive. Mind you, I have never once felt the need to file a complaint with any company, business in my entire life, but his behavior was unactable.

While trying to get information on ways ahead to pay a balance the representative regularly cut me off, provided no helpful advice and was not incredibly rude throughout. If I wasn't forced to use this government travel card, I can promise you I would never use this company again.

I am a black women. I came in the Newark , NJ branch and I walked up to the empty counter , the lady was sitting there as if she is providing service. I walk up I say “Hi” , she doesn’t say anything , I say “Hi” again , she doesn’t say anything again .

I say “Hi” again and she still doesn’t say anything. She didn’t even look at me , she acted as if i wasn’t there and she kept focusing on her screen. She did not take a second to look up and say “ Hi , I am not taking anyone right now” or “sorry you’d have to see her over there when she’s finished” I stood there for a few more minutes shocked that this lady is this rude.

I applied and was approved for a Citi AAdvantage Executive World Elite Mastercard online. My confirmation email did not include a temporary card number to use until my physical card arrived in the mail. Over the last two days, I've spent a total of 2 hours on the phone with Citi Customer Service, being passed around from department to department.

Each department told me another department would be able to issue me a temporary card number. This morning, I was told that was absolutely false and no one at Citi could provide me with this information. They said I had to wait 7-10 business days until my card arrived in the mail.

I have had an online bank account for about a year, and have been a citi customer for over 30 years due to multiple credit card accounts in excellent standing. I have been using the citi mobile app for as long as it has been available.

I went to make my usual monthly payment transfer that is exclusive to the only checking account I have with CITI and could not log in to ANY of my accounts. Citibank is garbage!! They thought a check they received, not by me mind you, might be suspect, so they shut down my account, the next day they emailed me and told me the check was fine.

On Friday, December 3rd, the money from both my Citibank checking and Citibank savings accounts was removed from the bank, via fraudulent wire transfers. Upon realizing what had happened, I immediately walked into your Woodland Hills branch at 6235 Topanga Canyon Blvd to see if I could have the wire transfers pulled back before being finalized.

I paid $324 to my Costco Visa. It was credited to my husband's account rather than mine. I called to get this sorted out. The payment (according to my statement) was taken from my husband's account and paid my balance of $324 (shown on my November statement as paid). When I began to receive calls saying I'd better pay my past due account, I called again (4 times). I continued to receive past due phone calls. The last person I talked to filed an investigation. -I was recently the victim of an elaborate scam that has cost me over $6,000 USD. I notified Citibank and was issued a provisional credit while they investigated. The next day I discovered Citibank had reversed the provisional credit. The Fraud representative said the outcome of the investigation was not in my favor - this was without the police report and supporting documentation I was going to mail.

I am a colleges student, and I traveled from California to Colorado for the holiday season. My card keeps getting shut off. This is now the third time in two days despite me calling them and updating them on my travel whilst assuring them none of the charges are fraud.

I pay my account in full each month and have been still receiving hidden fees on top of more hidden fees. I don’t have this problem with any of my other credit card companies. I am waiting to receive an international transfer via citibank which was sent on 23rd August 2021. The sender omitted some details from the transaction by accident and contacted her bank to cancel the transaction or resend the funds. Citibank have refused to refund or transfer the funds.

To date the sender has contacted her bank, I have contacted Citibank to request and made a complaint to the sending bank. Nothing has been done and the desperately needed funds are still in citibank holding account.

I have made multiple calls to Citibank over the last couple of days due to fraudulent charges on my MasterCard credit card and unauthorized purchases made with my MasterCard debit card. All of your service representatives that I have spoken with have had an accent and the majority of them had a heavy enough accent that I could not understand what they were saying to me much of the time.

I had to ask them to repeat themselves, sometimes multiple times, which became very frustrating for me as well as some of your representatives. I have been a customer for over 25 years. My credit limit on my AT&T Universal card was up to $25,000. I owed $0. Their reason for closing was because I haven't used it for quite awhile. But they did not warn me they would close it.

And their decision to close it will impact my credit rating greatly since my rating previously included that big margin of credit fully paid but available. They are not remorseful and have no mechanism to reopen my account except for me to reapply; that is, rebounce against my rating!

I will never do business with Citibank again, They should have notified me and understood the impact on my credit rating. I am sorely angry with them, and they don't care. I hope they lose all their customers with good credit ratings and get stuck with all the bad risk customers…

I am an attorney in MA and have been trying to obtain a Release of Lien on a HELCO on behalf of my client who filed for Ch. 7 bankruptcy in 2013. This debt was discharged in bankruptcy and Citibank never commenced a foreclosure proceeding.

My client is selling her home and Citibank is refusing to provide a release of lien. I received a Citibank transaction Alert that I setup. It was a Unauthorized charge on my account. I contacted Citibank immediately. They said they would cancel the card and put a conditional credit on this reported Fraud. They did not even try to contact the merchant and try to stop this illegal activity that was occuring as I was speaking to them.

My credit score dropped 75 points, lost the condo of my dreams, had to pay a couple of thousand dollars to my lawyer/title insurance and an appraisal +fees that should've NEVER taken place in the first place because I was apparently never eligible for the loan to begin with even though Citi requested for the sellers to drop the price due to the appraisal (THAT SHOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPENED)!!! I have been with Citibank for more than 10 years and now I reported fraud on my card someone using Google account to buy games or something to that effect for over a many months and I picked up on it and I called them . They say I can't even go into branch and show proper ID and take out money, my money, my account.
