My wifi is not working at home so that I call the customer service. They told me they would send someone in to check my problem. They told me that this service may or may not charge to me depend on what is the problem is.

Today the tech come in and find out the equipment at the outside is not working. Then they change that equipment. The tech tells me I should not get charge for this. But thing never comes easy, I call the customer service again and talk to the agent, they tell me no matter what, I have to pay this maintain service for $70. what???

If I know I am going to get charge for this, why should I still use your service? And this is not my problem! This is there equipment failing! This is no making any sense to me!! They say they can't waive that.

I’ve been complaining and not getting any resolution for almost a year. Just a couple of weeks ago I really reached my peak with frustration in not being able to see my tv and having service and intermittent internet. Each time it was offered to send a technician out your company wanted to charge me $60 for horrible service that I am already paying for.

Eventually after going back and forth, it was decided that I would not be charged for the technician. This is not the first time having of having a bad experience with Comcast. One year a technician out that I had to call the police on because he was very threatening.

I have been pay for 250 Mbps internet and i am only getting at least 60 Mbps, I have screen shoots of internet speed test for weeks and different times, on weekend and week days and my speed still less than the advertised one. Every time I call or chat with Comcast they reset my gateway, they give me my advertised speed for a couple of minutes and then the speed goes low again.

I do not know what else to do with those incompetent people. i understand everything about the fails and unexpected issues but this low speed constantly is kind like a scam.

I had an appointment schedule for tomorrow September 3, 2019. Yes I’m in Port Saint Lucie Florida. And yes a hurricane might hit the coast near West Palm Beach Florida. Like I said Might hit that coast. My appointment was cancelled and rescheduled for November 15, 2019.

This is fricken ridiculous, This is not the Bahamas and whoever made this decision should be fired, because it makes no sense to schedule an install that far out. Poor management decision to cancel my install. I need answers to why I need to wait that long when my house is per-wired from my house under ground wire to the main cable line? Thank you

I live in Estero, Fla. For the past three years I was able to watch Pitt football either on tv or the computer. Now, I understand that Comcast does not carry the ACC network. This is very disappointing and unacceptable given what we pay each month for comcast service.

You OWE IT to your customers to provide access to the ACC network, even if you impose an additional charge. AWAIT YOUR RESPONSE!!!!

After waiting for 2-3 weeks for my new service to be connected, i had my child to cancel an appointment in order to be hohe when the tech came. After waiting for an extended period of time my daughter went to the door and saw the tech sitting in front of the door and then leave.

She contacted Comcast & was told that we cancelled our appt in which er did not. They sent the tech back to our house just to have an attitude that he did not want to work. I ordered 4 boxes & was told that 3 would be mailed.

They were not mailed so the tech told me that I could reschedule because his order said to install 1 box. He said that if he installed the 1 box that I would have to pay an additional fee to have him come back out.

I am highly upset and offended that Comcast/xfinity has yet to provide the ACC network. I live in a resort style , gated apartment complex where Comcast is my only option for cable. I live in Lynchburg,VA, am a graduate of UVA and have watched or been to every ACC football and basketball game for the past 50 years.

If I can't get the ACC network, I might as well move to a place that I can get Directv, Shentel or Dish. They, at least, understand that those who live in the area covered by the ACC conference, love the teams.

I know that I'm not the only dissatisfied customer. If those that are in power cannot or will not provide this network , I, along with many others, will be leaving your company. I'm tired of calling customer service, only to get the same canned response,in broken…

After spending $300+ per month bundling cable, internet and phone service for the last thirty years I called to inquire why a battery wasn’t included in my modem. I was told it was a $35 purchase and not included in my equipment costs.

So apparently spending some $4000 per year with your company doesn’t buy me a battery that will last 3-5 years. So my $12000-$20000 expenditure over that time period isn’t enough for Xfinity to earn my appreciation or loyalty for $35. Mind you it’s your modem that I rent (with an empty battery slot).

If you have any questions why people are fleeing cable companies and cutting the cord as fast as they can find alternative service, I offer you this example as one good reason.

We have lived at our home for 4 months now. We have been waiting on a response for an estimate to have c Internet hooked up. It is a new build. Both my neighbors have Xfinity so there should be no reason we cant get your service.

My complaint is aimed at the customer service end of Cell phone service. We recently purchased cell phones from Xfinity. I exchanged my iPhone for an iPhone 8 (I had gone to two local stores that could not help me)for a iPhone 8+ and online.

I returned the iPhone 8 on August 8th. On August 14th received a e-mail the phone had not been returned. On August 15th contacted Xfinity and spoke with a customer service rep who informed me the phone had been received by the warehouse but has not been checked in.

On August 24th received a e-mail I was going to be charged $583 for the phone since it had not been returned. On August 26th I called and spoke with Michael who informed me again the phone was there but the warehouse had not checked it in.

Allan Rollins, my account number is 8220 12 202 0260377. My home Phone service: when dialing most of the numbers I call do one or two things, the number on my end do not show my name or my number , It shows my name and phone number as Restricted.

Some calls I make tells me I can not complete this call because I have a Restricted number. (example : my brother in law his number is 916 670 8283. Other numbers I call directly to their voicemail such as my sister's number 313 623 2854.

My calls drop sometimes, or people say they can not hear me, or they sometimes it sounds like the are talking under water. I have been trying for 3 1/2 weeks to get this. I was told that someone would call me within 21 minutes to talk to someone in the phone dept.

Our town of Paradise Ca burned down Nov. 8, 2018 our service was put on hold which I was so grateful for. Now I am being billed the full amount. I am not allowed back in my house so much damage.

Plus all the debris has not been cleaned. We cannot use the service at our rental as Xfinity does not service the area we are in. Why would you add more anguish to what we are going through? I was told to cancel my account.

I've had this problem with my DVR service off and on. The latest happened this morning (8-27-19). I DVR'd a movie and everything was going along fine until the last 12-13 minutes. The pixels scrambled and I couldn't watch the end of the movie.

I had been watching the Today Show beforehand. I noticed that the lower right hand of the screen had part of Al Roker's weather map "HEAT" and the lower left had the bottom of the chairs that the other hosts were sitting on.

What the heck is going on? Why does it scramble for no reason? Guess I'll never know how the movie ended, unless I want to pay for it, and I don't! Can any Comcast techs explain this to me and how it can be avoided in the future?

Hello, I have been in contact with Comcast for over 2 years since I started working here at this site, located at 1101 W. Girard Avenue-Office. I have put tickets in for someone to come out and raise the wiring of the cable lines at the property.

The young woman on the phone today name Katlin indicated that my last ticket was back in June, and I explained to her that whomever is saying that they are coming to the property to do the not telling the truth. My buildings have cameras on them and they have never came here to the office to ask me at all what work is needed here to be done.

Also the only way to access the area to raise the wiring is to get a key to enter. No one has ever came to ask for a key to access the area where the wires are located on the side breezeway.

Have not had internet/phone or cable for 5 days. Numerous appointments scheduled and then canceled. Today (8/25) (rescheduled from Thursday) we waited for tech who was supposed to arrive between 5-7. Tech called and said he would not arrive b/c he was overbooked.

At 6:24pm we received text that appointment was canceled. When I called back was told tech could not gain access to box. Tech was never at our residence. Talked to supervisor (jasmine not allowed to give last name and had no operator number) for 59 minutes who rescheduled appointment for 8/26 from 3-5.

When confirmation sent via text it was for 8/27 from 1-3. I spent another 45 minutes trying to get jasmine on phone and appointment time fixed. Waste of time. Spoke to Andy with ID S:). Another supervisor and got yet another…

This particular technician has been harassing my fiancée and threatening to use his comcast experience to jeopardize our connection in spite. I have had 500 feet of black cable laying across my yard and driveway now going on 3 months. Entirely not acceptable. Have 3 scheduled appointments to bury it. That was the first plan. Now it is attach from pole to pole by the house and bury the rest of the distance.

That appointment was also a no show. Have the current appointment for August 9 2019 between 5pm and 7pm and that was just to come and check the conditions. They did that in mid July. This is now a tripping hazard that Comcast has laid across our yard and failed to finish their job on a timely matter.

I’m embarrassed to admit that I’m a 19 year Comcast customer spending many thousands of dollars for your less than desirable over priced service. During my many year relationship with Comcast I’ve had to call your customer service department more than 40 times for various problems and complaints.

But this last one would be my last. About six months ago while completing about losing channels, your agent not wanting to lose my business, offered your higher speed modem which they came and switched it out with the perfectly fine one I had.

My concern is that Every time there is a power outage Comcast Technicians place a generator at my window . My husband and I are elderly , it is dangerous to our well bearing because of hearing problems and our safety. In case of a break-in we are not able to hear . it's confusing in the middle of the night . If we can not hear danger before it's too late ,our lives are at risk . it's it now this makes 5th day. I want to file a complaint on a CSR. Her name is Sesia Brown. I spoke with her on 07/19/19 at 4:11pm. She didnt mention her name and when I wanted to ask her for her name she placed me on hold.

Called in wanting to know the latest date I could pay my past due balance, which she did not give me. She never asked me if it was ok to place me on hold or never advised that she would.

She was extremely rude and kept interrupting me. She told me I wasnt understanding her. It was beyond disrespectful and I want action to be taken upon this matter. I called again to speak with a supervisor so I could get her name.

Hi my name is Yolanda Parker I became a comcast customer on June 15 the representative that I spoke with gave me false information and I am very un happy with the company. I have been trying to get someone out to check the issue I have been having concerning my lights every since the 17th of June when the installer came out since the first guy.

In June 2019, I called the customer service number to request a lowering of our xfinity bill. I was transferred to another agent who explained that a reduction could be done. 00, but the lower bill would begin in July 2019.

Well in July that did not happen, and call the customer service again to inquire why our bill was still at the 289 number. This time agent told me I did not agree to the lower number, which I disputed and was told another package would be put together.

I told the agent he was full of it. We like our cable service, but because of the poor customer service, it is hard to believe anything is said to us by your company. We are currently discussing whether to try another media service because comcast is no customer service to be trusted.

I moved to a new residential home in February of this year and have been trying to get Comcast service since that time. 93 based on your quote for service. Comcast cashed that check on May 3rd. I have not heard anything from anyone at Comcast since that time, almost three months ago.

First my house was hit by lightning on July 4th 2019 set the TV on Fire and took the cable boxes out. So I went to the xfinity office in Tallahassee and got all new boxes and they set an appointment for the repair person to come out on 7/9/2019 between 8am to 10am.

She was at the Kokomo In. store June 14th to purchase a phone. 00 Visa card. So my sister had Xfinity get her wi fi connected at her home. That went well. She was to get a phone call when her new phone would arrive.

10 days go by and no phone call. We go to the a couple of times after that but got nowhere. My sister called the girl who was assisting us about 6 times but got no feedback. We went back Tuesday this week and got blown off by the manager.

The girl who assisted us was of no use. said it would take 2 more weeks to get the phone. Then he said the promotion was over so no Visa card. This was a waste of our time and money to go thru this.

Called about bill as it had jumped almost $30. Was told it was because my 2 year contract was up. I explained I would have to find another provider as I am 72 years old, a widow and on a fixed income and could not afford this.

She didn't even try to help me with a solution! I have been a loyal customer for 40 years and this is how I am treated! I will be going to Verizon as soon as this bill is over! And believe me Facebook is going to hear my story!!!!!!

On April 30 I turned in my equipment at the store on Harrison in Olympia, WA, and told employee to disconnect my services due to moving out of the area. I received a bill in June. After talking with 2 people for 45 minutes on June 21.

98 for 2 PPV movies, which I then paid through the automated service. I received a call today (June 25) re:collecting a past due bill. 96. I did not have possession of any equipment and was not even in a geographical area that Comcast services, yet I am being penalized because the man in Olympia did not cancel my services and possibly the equipment was not shown as being turned in.

I have the receipt that shows the date and time (April 30 at 1:04pm).
