Upgraded services on the phone and was told i was being recorded to comfirm servies added. Worked for couple hours then went away. On phone, said they have no history of my adding services. Supervisor "alexander" was rude and refused to say last name.
Didnt know what problem was and was disrespectul and unprofessional. I want to speak to someone in corporate about this entire experienxe immediately as i still dont have cable service after having to drive to a store now. This is ridiculous.
