Summer of 2022 I received refunds on multiple days for a period of 2 months because my Xfinity internet kept going out around 11am same days same times. Like I said for about 2 months. When I called they said they had "repairmen in the neighborhood working on an ONGOING issue." Yet you don't warn customers about this. And I have to keep telling my Supervisor the internet is going out this day & that for 2 MONTHS??? I got credited for those days the attitude of the customer service agent was like "Whatever."

On Wednesday 2/1/03 I had an appointment with an Xfinity agent. His name was Walter. We are from Miami, Fl. 33160. I had a new cable box delivered to my home for accessing more channels on my TV. My Toshiba TV was in great performance.

I have had it for at least 5 years. The agent tried to connect the cable box and he did something erroneous which caused the TV to stop working properly. Colored lines were seen on the screen and there was no picture.

I received a letter today from ITG Communications informing me that my claim for the destruction of my TV has been denied. " My TV had been in perfect performance prior to the agents appointment. I absolutely believe the agent did something to destroy my TV.

On 1/5/23, Comcast agent said that they could lower my bill. Agent stated “exact same” to my existing plan. I have screenshots of chat. Plan changed and I no longer have premium channels or DVR space. Contacted customer service numerous times they said they would escalate.

Escalation person “Jim” said he couldn’t help. It will cost quite a bit more money that I was previously paying. Unacceptable. Original agent lied and I have not been able to get help for Xfinity agent lies.

I will be brief because I don't know if anyone will read this. Monday, January 30th, I was on the phone with Xfinity because of a problem and needed to speak to a higher level tech person. The person I was speaking to told me someone would call me the the next day and they would call only once.

I was told to answer every call I received so I wouldn't miss the call. Someone did call and they said they were responding to my call the previous day. To make a very long story short I was forwarded to several people all of whom were purported to be from Xfinity and they said they had to go in my computer via TeamViewer to fix my modem.

Bottom line they weren't in there long enough to do any damage or plant any malware. I took all the necessary measures including having my computer checked out…

I am a long-time customer and I have had a bad experience with my phone plan recently. I feel misled and cheated. I wanted to report it to you before I shared it with people I know. I was told I can involve free phone activity when I am online consult my bill .

I was told I could get a free Galaxy A53 5G phone. I was asked to provide the old phone number which is I was using at another company at the time, and he looked up my information and told me that I was eligible to get my phone for free.

I have two complaints: 1. You need to fire the people who sets up the directory for Hallmark Channels. You list a movie by name but when it begins it is a different movie This has happened numerous times. Please fix this problem.

2. I have Infinity for my TV, computer and phone. You keep raising the cost almost every year. I am a 83 year old retired person who has been a member of Comcast/Infinity for over 20 years. You should develop a Senior Citizen pay schedule for the retired members on fixed incomes. You make it difficult to continue with your service when you raise the price every year. Inflation had really hit me. Please consider having a lower rate for retired seniors.

I was told by 2 different people I could set up an I stallmen5 plan. I have been out of work for over a year multiple surgeries borrowing money from someone on ss. I was willing to get it caught up that way customer2009.

Hi, I've had intermittent internet outages every day several times a day for the past few months. A Comcast technician visited my house, checked all the connections inside and outside the house, and replaced the cable in my backyard. But the intermediate interruption of the Internet service has not yet been eliminated.

Multiple hours on the phone!!! and nobody can solve my problems. Amazing how prices go up but never down when service is down. Internet has been an issue with new router and xfi pods! The only thing I got in return was 2 pods for $200 and $40 tagged to my monthly bills.

Connected Blink Camera system and then purchased extenders later. Once extenders loaded, it booted out my camera system. Been on the phone for 4 days with 2 trips to xfinity store, divided my wifi (and now causing home electronic issues) and I still have no camera system. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I called asking about promotions as I've been bombarded with phone calls lately about the 50% off your bill promo- the agent provided me one then said there was no other promotions. I just spoke to Comcast a few weeks ago and there were MANY promotions and upsells they were trying to sell me on.

I asked what others are there and he said none- would not let me finish talking- spoke over me- I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told no! Told me Why- why do you want a supervisor? When I tried speaking- he continued speaking over me.

A billing Specialist name Karen lost her composure! She just would not listen to me! I explained my situation to her about 3 times! She didn’t read the notes on my account! Telling me I’m always a month behind when a new bill is due and I’m telling her I moved and had a tech come and install my equipment and I was billed another month for my package I was disconnected at and had a internet service added on too!

She was rude and would not listen to me! Then she went and talked to a coworker or supervisor and found out I was correct and didn’t want to tell me I was correct! She just wanted to tell me it was set to another department and could she call me back tomorrow?

I said no and that I wanted a supervisor to call me back!

On Jan. 14 I purchased an Arris modem/router from Best Buy to replace my old one. After I installed it I called Xfinity to get it activated. After more than an hour on the phone the rep was unable to activate. She said I should get a different modem/router. I went back to Best Buy and purchased a Netgear Nighthawk. After installing it I got back on the phone with Xfniity (different rep, of course). After another period of over an hour she still could not successfully activate the device and said I would need to have a technician come to my house. I agreed.

I have been with comcast for over 20 years. On Januar 24 I called regarding two increases of my monthly internet bill--From $178 to $190 to $200.

The live agent promptly offered a discount of $32. Then he handed up lowering the bill to $181. I asked over and over again if the changes would affect my tv.'s I signed not aware of the plan change. I am not a technician. I signed trusting the agent. It took over an hour.

He actually did not offer any discount, He just changed the plan cancelling the three boxes service as well as voice internet. The following morning the three tv's did not work. They needed to be activated. It took me another two hours to fix the problem.

In October 2022, I brought back my modem/router. At that time in the last couple months I was charge $66. It was agreed that $15 would be taken off my account if I brought it back. So in November and December the price went down to $47 as planned. 48.

That is not right when I signed an agreement online. I took a picture of it with my phone for proof. I am very disappointed that they decided to go against what we made a promise on and I signed an agreement.

This company makes it impossible to talk to an actual human. The machine for customer support is like a verbal maze that will do anything but get you to any agent. I’m assuming they do t want to Pay people because they want you to chat online instead of on the phone and makes every so difficult.

My grandparents are the ones who are with Xfinity and they can do that online chat thing and when call all I get is that stupid machine sending me in circles. I have been trying to resolve a billing issue since November. Comcast deducted two payments on my auto pay in November. I refused the $160 which was not mine. Since then there has been a problem with my autopay. I have called at least 20 times to try and fix it, have been hung up on at least that many times.

I am currently on hold with an agent that put me on hold 28 minutes ago and still has not returned to the phone call. Comcast shows me on autopay with my debit card, but has not deducted my January 4 payment.

Customer service in billing inconsistent transferred me to different departments and hung up on me multiple times. I paid $530 at one time bill not right and still reading wrong. I have been with xfinity for 8 years and I have had to call and chat all day for three days or more.

My service is out due to a storm. I call Xfinity to let them know that the power line was down and laying across my driveway. This morning there was an Xfinity repairman up the street from my house. I informed him that the power line was down and he said ok,but did not to correct the situation.

Then I get a text message saying my service was one, which is not true (still out) I called again to report the problem and spoke to Stephanie. She told me she was dismissing me and hung up the phone.

The power line is still laying across my driveway and Stephanie told me that the earlier someone would come out will be January 16. Then she told me that most people worry about internet. I told her I did not know if the wire was live.

I had Xfinity Mobile a few years ago and purchased an iPhone 12 from them. I have recently switched to Mint Mobile for my service to save money. (My Husband died Nov 5). Mint notified me that I had to call Xfinity to have my phone released.

I did, and called them back once to see what was the hold up. It seems that no matter what you have to wait 24 to 72 hours to get it unlocked. Well, I am now on about 80 hours waiting so I call Xfinity again.

Yo Shewa stated that he was sorry but I had to go back in the request line for unlock my phone! AND I would have to take another chance and wait the 72 hours to get it unlocked. I threw a fit!

I was at your store today in Jackson Michigan. I was looking for service to help me save on my Comcast bill it is now $188. The gentleman who helped me was flight but rude with his words. I asked to help me reduce my bill and some shape or form.

I guess they do something from their side that makes it so they don't accept people's email if they don't like them. I think the employee's have overtaken them and stuffed management in the closet, or something similar.

Good Morning.

My husband and I have contacted COMCAST Customer Service (nine) 9 times since October 11, 2022 about a 25’ temporary cable that needs to be converted to a permanent line and buried. We have spent an average of 32 minutes per call trying to have this issue resolved. Most of the representatives have been very attentive, issuing incident numbers, assuring us that the matter will be escalated, emails sent to techs that responded as well as their supervisors, various tickets opened in multiple departments (which subsequently were closed or completed). As of today, 86 days have passed (nearly 3 months) and no resolution on this issue is in sight.

Wanted to simply change my television service plan. Comcast offers three options. I select the option I want. This is a $30 downgrade in service. Should be simple enough. But no, I am informed that I need to call a phone number. First call, after waiting on hold for 4 minutes, the recipient hangs up on me. Second call, after again waiting on hold, I give my information to the recipient. I am placed on hold. Then another hangup. I go to Xfinity chat. I'm told that I need to speak to a representative. I am told that I will receive a call in a few minutes.

What are the odds that I will actually receive a call? I'm still waiting...

While waiting, I am going to research alternatives for Internet and television.

My bill has been wrong since day 1. I have spent hours on the phone and did go into local office. I have been told over and over it will be corrected and now it's showing I owe like 400 some dollars.

I have an email showing my monthly services are 153 . 79 and thats what I pay. My services were disconnected because they say I owe . I actually owe nothing. Ray, a representative corrected my bill and notified billing of the corrections but billing insist I owe hundreds of dollars.

I have had Comcast for about 9 years. A couple of years ago I just went to internet service without cable because the cost kept rising and I could not keep up with the bill. I have not had internet service for some time first due to Hurricane Ian and more recently I cannot keep up with all the charges that I have gotten as is I did have service for the long period that I was out of service.

At the moment I am being billed about $100 per month by Comcast with no service for months and they have placed my account on collections. If I were a new customer I would be getting that same internet service for $25. This is grossly unfair. I called Comcast to cancel my service and they told me the Cancellation Department was not available.

I got a Terms & Conditions email from HBO Max, which made me think I had to pay extra for the service, so I decided to cancel it. I was led to believe by your agent that I can cancel HBO Max & keep HBO as part of my package. Instead, HBO was also cancelled. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with your agents & was told that HBO can be reinstated in 40 minutes. That did not happen. When I called, I was told by your robot you were closed & to call back the next day. I texted instead, & spent well over an hour & a half texting & still my HBO was not reinstated. That text session ended 2:30 am.
