I called today to schedule an appointment because my cable line had been cut by a worker in my yard, as we were unaware the cable was poorly buried underground. Upon me scheduling the appointment I realized I need an outside Technician verses an inside Tech.
which I explained was a be waste of time, but I went along with the scheduled appointment as this yound lady was very apologic. Then I received a call from your Advanced Tech Team in which I explained my situation once again only for this young lady to tell me to call Xfinity back and
cancel the inside tech and schedule the outside Tech, I'm confused at this point, so I called back to speak with a Supervisor because this was not making any since, the young man that answered the call did not want to transfer me to a Supervisor and…
