I called Costco hearing Center 3 times in Everett, MA for the last two weeks during business hours and only hear voice message to leave phone and will call back. No call back has received as of today. I called today and got the voice message again.

I contacted the store customer service and talked to the manager and he returned my call and claimed someone from the hearing aid center will call me in 10 minutes. Can you advise why no one answer calls during office hours and why no one returned calls ?

The Tire service department did a poor job by not contacting me once they finished the tire rotation in my vehicle. I had a 4 o'clock appointment on a Thursday. I brought my car in 10 minutes prior to the appointment.

I was told that it will be one hour and 15 minutes wait time. They took my cell number to contact me after the labor was complete. I went back at the shop one hour and 18 minutes later. I asked them if they called me. They say "no".

I sat down, and after 20 minutes, I requested to check on my vehicle. The manager said it has been ready on time, but no one contacted me. He apologized. Not enough for me because their job is to follow through after the vehicle is ready with a phone call.

Another disappointment about their services is that they do not let you know the location…

Yes my time is just as valuable to me as your company. To purchase a single item and office chair took over 1 1/2 hours to get through the traffic jam of customers waiting to pay for items. After waiting 1/2 hour they the store management finally opened up another till.

I found the door lady very rude and didn't speak any English or very little. I don't bitch often but when it takes close to 2 hours to get into your store and purchase a 200 dollar office chair clearly you company assumes shoppers will put up with anything to get a small discount of merchandise.

At least if your going to put staff greeting people at the entrance and checking cards at least have them capable of understanding English clearly. It's getting sick of people in your store demanding to see my Costco card. You…

I have been a loyal member since 1987. When I shop I always have lunch at the snack bar ( hot dog &latte). Yesterday on my shopping trip I was shocked to find out the price of the latte DOUBLED .

I was told they "improved it". We travel by motor home and "used to" always look for a Costco for food and fuel including when we went to England and Hawaii. This seems like a small thing but it speaks to the changing way you are treating your customers.... Bob Sherwood

Purchased 2 bowls of Chili from the food court on 1/29/2018 at around 8:00pm. The chili was extremely hot. It must have been boiling in the pot before being served to us. My friend received a 3rd degree burn on her hand from accidental contact with the chili.

I experienced a burn to the inside of my mouth from attempting to eat the chili before it cooled. In my opinion the chili was too hot to serve in the food court with an expectation of eating it there.

In the case of an accidental spill someone could receive a severe burn.

I ordered a birthday cake for my grandson, but was very disappointed when I picked it up it wasn’t ready for the allocated time agreed so had to wonder around for another half an hour in the store.

When we eventually got home and cut the cake there was no jam or cream inside as instructed on the order form it was a football pitch cake for a 5 year old so I was very disappointed the workmanship was shoddy they obviously didn’t have time to complete the cake properly.

The cake was ordered on the 20/01/18 to be ready for 12:30 and picked up on the 27/01/18 so plenty of notice was given.

I would appreciate your feedback on this matter please

I phoned the pharmacy manager Barb to ask whether she would sign a Life Certificate and could I make an appointment. She replied that she could not sign this form as she has not known me for 2 years. I told her she does not have to know me but rather look at the documents supplied and confirm that the person shown in this documents is the same person standing in front of her and then sign the form. Again she refused because she had not known me for 2 years! I said I would double check the forms.

I then rechecked all the information from England and the person signing does not have to know the person at all! They just have to confirm that the photos on passport and drivers licence etc., is the same person standing in from of them.

On Jan 14th I was at Costco in Kingston. I am an Executive Member and at check-out my sister was also with me. She purchased a few things and when I asked for a sub-total I was advised that anything my sister purchased I could not use a coupon as my sister is not a member.

I said forget it then, I will pay for it all. She then said that "No" she could not do that now that she knows some of the merchandise is for my sister. I told her that I could not see what the difference was.

I can purchase anything I want and give it to whomever I want. She said they have policies and procedures and her name is attached to the receipt and she does not want to get called into the office. I purchased 2 movie pass vouchers online on 12/12, it was charged to my account on that date. I never received the passes. I cancelled this order. My issue is with Costco, using this vendor when their website is malfunctioning, confusing and frustrating for myself and others.

I read on the movie pass site they're experiencing glitches and issues with their computer. They have my credit card number, which makes me very uncomfortable. My Costco membership in due for renewal this month. Should I continue trust Costco or change to a different membership plan, due to Costco's lack of consumer protection from a problem vendor.

5mg/2ml. 25 at costco for 30 single dose ampules. I need to take 2 of these a day for 3 months and I don't have insurance. I have always bought my drugs at Costco without checking other prices because I saw this program on TV that said you only marked drug up a certain % unlike other stores.

I trusted you to give me the best deal. This time it was going to be a great deal of money (maybe longer than 3 months) so I checked other stores. 10. 60 I am glad I checked rather than trusting Costco.

I can understand a small difference but three times as much? Most other stores were close to the Walmart price. I have both credit card slips if you want them. Don't like to send them over email unless I need to.

About the way Judi a person who are in the food court. I called to make an order for a pizzas and the person who attended me say me 15 minutes. I paid the order and it took almost 30 minutes and I had to leave.

I asked Judi and for my order and the way she talked to me disappointed me. She was so rude and I can understand the delay but no the bad manners even when I’m on my right to claim as a client

Very disappointed in tire service at ann arbor michigan branch. Purchased tires waited a week for them to come in and have to wait in line for installation because they won't take appointments. Wouldn't ever recommend getting tires here, also tire tech's aren't customer friendly.

Why did you get rid of your gum. I loved to come for my gum there and always bought at least 2 boxes each time. I am a gumaholic and really miss being able to get my gum in this quantity.

I shop at Costco for almost all of my grocery needs. Recently, I purchased an organic turkey which was not only pricey, but I had to pluck quills out of the bird before cooking. I've never had to do this before.

For the price I'm paying, I should come home with a completely clean turkey. I am disappointed that Costco would sell such imperfect quality.

I shop at Costco for almost all of my weekly groceries. I DO NOT like the new milk trays, they are always dirty with spilled milk. This is unsanitary and costly to the company as well. These trays give no support to the gallon sized milk jugs and the lose of the milk must be adding to the store's liability.

Please return to the racks used before the switch or something which will better support the gallon milk jugs.

Went to Costco Mexico to purchase new tires. After purchasing the tires the wait time was 3 hours. This was fine i could wait. After 3 hours i got a call from garage and they informed me that 1 lug on 1 tire was broke - ok.

The Manager refused to work on the car due to this reason. i had asked to replace only 3 tires and wait for a new lug to be installed. The manager refused and told me to get a refund on my purchase of the tires.

The time to get my refund and car back was another hour. This is not customer satisfaction at all. After wasting 4 hours of my day and getting nothing done i will take my buisness some where else. i am Canadian working in Mexico and i dont think i would get this kind of service in Canada.

Applied for 15 year refinance loans with two companies recommended by Costco. Costco promoted their sponsorship as low or no additional fees or cost suppliers and only to expect a $275 added fee. 1st internet supplier started by wanting my credit card to charge over $700 for an appraisal fee they claimed was needed before validating the loan process.

I did not have this done as it was to be an internal report and NO copy given to me. Total extra fees and charges would have been in the thousands. 2nd supplier (Pennymac) took me through the entire loan application process and would have charged me around $600 for the independent appraisal.

I bought a set of Michelin tires 4 years ago at Costco in Colorado. I recently had on tire that was slowly loosing air. I went to my local Costco first thing in the morning 9:50 am. I had called 5 times from 8:50 to 9:40, no answer.

I spoke with the Costco representative and he said it would be a couple of hours. I waited around for 2 hour and 20 minutes and finally stop back at the counter and was told that nothing could be done I needed a new set of tires.

A set of 65,000 miles tire that were no good at 39,400 miles. I left and went over to Les Swab and was told the tire was worn but should be repairable. After waiting 6 minutes my tire was repaired (nail in the tire).

I am having incredible problems with Asurion Excellence Plus insurance I purchased for a phone I bought at your Costco store last year. Since October 10th, 2017 I have been attempting to resolve a claim. After numerous phone calls and hours of my time to try to come to a resolution I went in to the phone place in your Costco on Wonderland Road North where I bought the phone and spoke to the manager there.

On two separate occasions she attempted to call Asurion and advocate for me, taking over an hour of her time to try to help me. Each time we have called we get a different story. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the changes at the cafe. 99. I was told the berry smoothie is now "organic".

However I saw the server dip strawberries from the same container as the strawberries for the berry sundae. B cause if price and quality, I'll order a here sundae from now on. I know the sundae topping is not organic.

On the same visit I wanted a brat and was told Costco no longer serves the brats in the cafe. So, my husband ordered a hot dog only to learn there were no onions available. I ordered a slice of pizza which was like eating a slab of soggy cardboard. 99 "organic" smoothie!

Fortunately I have a Sam's membership and will be going to their cafe from now on. Did you know Sam's is offering Black Angus cheeseburgers in their cafe? I think it's worth a try!

Costco cancelled my online order that was paid for and scheduled to be shipped to my workplace. That was very supprising since I paid for the merchandise and shipping and no one called to tell me what was wrong with my order.

When I called they said it can only be shipped to my house because they cannot verify I work there. My name is on the website as an employee but that was not satisfactory. I travel for work and there will be no one to pick up the package left at the front door.

You would think if you pay for merchandise and shipping you could have it delivered to place of your choice. Not with Costco. Service is horrible.

I recently shopped at Costco # 251 Calgary South, 99 Heritage Gate SE. The cashier Bob W. provided horrible customer service. He was so rude and disrespectful to me and other customers. I noticed this even while I was awaiting my turn.

He was very angry and it seemed he hated his job so much. When he was serving me, he raised his voice and threw my items on the checkout counter. This behavior is totally unacceptable. To my honest opinion this person is absolutely wrong for retail and cannot deal with the public in close quarters.

I work in retail and i know enough about excellent customer service. If I provided service like Bob W at Costco, I would be fired immediately. I couldn't believe how it was possible to hate a job so much and put all your anger onto customers. Thank you!

After lining up on long lines several times at the costco Alamdan Express way San Jose Ca, I was able to order 4 tiers for my car. a week or so later a customer service called and let me know my tires were in.

I lined up again ( they seem to be short at the reception desk at all times) I was able to get my car in to have the tiers changes around 11:30 am. The person gave me a number to place on my car. I complied.

He also told me it will be ready about 2 hours, they will call me as soon as it done. 5 hours by 2:00 no one had called. I walked in the shop and asked them if the car was ready, they said come in 1 hour, I came back, they told me not ready yet come back in another hour,.

You have stopped carrying Tree Top apple juice and Kirkland Newman's Own grape juice. Every month, like clockwork, I have been picking up 2 to 4 gallons of each. You have recently stopped carrying these items. I don't like your Kirkland apple juice and found no grape juice at all. What gives?

You carry a quality item for years and then suddenly drop it. I am sure you have your reasons and now I have reasons to shop elsewhere looking for replacement items. Not sure if it's worth it to renew membership this December.

I purchased 4 new tires on 8/28/17. At that time I asked the person to check the sensor as the light was on. In fact I told both people there. The second person, David told me that usually they check after, but he would make sure they checked first. It took almost 2 hours for my tires to be put on. I noticed my car pulled up so I went outside. David was checking the sensor. You could tell something was wrong. He checked two or three times. Then he gave the handheld to the girl who was there and said he didn't get a reading on the front left tire.

The girl told me that the sensor was faulty in the front left. That it would be $44?? + $15 installation. But while the light would be annoying I could just make an appointment and have it put in.

I am disabled from a car accident. My mother went with me to the henrietta NY costco. I had my costco card with me and twice was asked if it was mine. My mother paid for my purchases because my social security check comes in on the 3rd of the month and I needed groceries for my 9 year old son to start school.

While waiting for the check out line I went to purchase a hotdogs and sausage for my mother who suffers from diabetes and blood sugar was low. My mothere was treated very rudEly by the cashier with a heavy eastern European accent.

She was told to never use her card for my purchases again.

When Costco moved from American Express to visa, I asked if my existing visa card could be used and if I would receive credit for purchases annually toward my Costco Business Card. Two Costco membership personnel stated yes.When visa check came in, it was $16 and was only for the time I had used American Express. Membership then told me I would receive a separate check. They now tell me I had to use the Costco card and the Business Card has no value for me. Membership personnel of twenty years each were not trained and gave "faulty" information. For large purchases such as hot tubs and beds the credit is lost.

We purchased a new Toshiba 55" television from Costco on-line and arranged delivery for the 3rd August,2017 in order that it be available for installation by an independent contractor, Cable Guys Limited, as it was being placed on the wall, with all the related AV equipment in a separate Sonorous cabinet (also purchased from Costco). This involved considerable re-wiring (channelling out the wall for HDMI cables from the TV to the other equipment - Virgin, Sound Bar, Games Console etc) and I arranged for a plasterer to attend so that the wall could be made good ready for painting this weekend.

I am very angry with the treatment I received today at the Jacksonville, Town Center Costco from OP# 53 Name: Pearl B./ Whse: 357 - Trm:9 Trn:162 on 3/30/17.

As the cashier checked me out she put everything in my cart and I asked her for a box, that obviously agitated her. she got the box, and then began to "throw" my stuff into the box. I use Costco often and have always had a good experience there, friendly , helpful staff. Today on the 22-12-16 I was shopping with my mum and sister, my sister and myself were looking for a particular perfume, we couldn't see it so we waited for the girl sales assistant to offer her help, she was currently talking about Christmas jumpers with what seemed like somebody she knew.

" Is what she said and no eye contact! I then said well you did have it so you've obviously sold out! " Would have been nice. I am not a person who likes to complain and this is something I've never done before.

I am an extremely dissatisfied customer. I called the Menomonee Falls Costco on November 5 regarding some purchasing 2 of there lifetime tables. 99 but would be going on sale Nov 11-17. I called to verify that if I purchased them on Nov 5th I would be able to bring my receipt in during the sale and I would be able to receive a price adjustment.

Last night November 16th I bring my receipt in and was immediately told that they are unable to do a price adjustment. I told her that I was told that I could come in and they would do the adjustment.

She got a manager and the he told me the same thing. My options are to bring the tables back in and they can return them and purchase them at the discounted price or call Citibank and talk to them about price rewind.

I purchased a cell phone for my husband in December of 2015. At that time I also purchased the cell phone protection plan Costco offered through Square Trade. I filed a claim with them for the damaged phone back in the beginning of October (by phone).

At that time I was told I would have to send them the phone to have it repaired. I informed the agent that this was not going to work as my husband is disabled and needs the phone. He then suggested that I have the phone repaired locally and then submit the bill to them for the repair.

On Saturday, November 5th I had a large purchase of wines for my yearly Christmas party among other stuff. I had 4 cases of wines (48 bottles) of all the same wines in my cart. As I go through the line, I mention to the cashier (Sonia) that I have 48 bottles or 4 cases of wines and they are all the same varietal and make.

I totally understand that Sonia needs to verify that all the cases were the same. This is not my first rodeo. She then tells me she needs to take each bottle out of the box to count them individually. I was a little stunned by that comment because a case of wines is 12 bottles.

So I went to the Costco in bby by lougheed mall and I'll never go there again ! The cashiers were rude and the person in charge was right up there with the cashiers . The one woman working with the cashier was telling her to charge me again for an item already scanned . But to back up a second my friend was buying me a birthday gift from there and he couldn't use his visa card so he went to pull cash ,when he walked away the Asian women said do you know him ? Really ! Do I know him ? I should due to us being friends for years .

Both woman started to give us shit because my friend left the big items in the cart and it states to leave them there .
