So I went to the Costco in bby by lougheed mall and I'll never go there again ! The cashiers were rude and the person in charge was right up there with the cashiers . The one woman working with the cashier was telling her to charge me again for an item already scanned . But to back up a second my friend was buying me a birthday gift from there and he couldn't use his visa card so he went to pull cash ,when he walked away the Asian women said do you know him ? Really ! Do I know him ? I should due to us being friends for years .

Both woman started to give us shit because my friend left the big items in the cart and it states to leave them there .

I couldn't hear everything the Asian woman said to the other girl who was serving us but the looks said all .

November 2, 2016 my husband went to Costco Richmond BC branch to have our Honda CRV's tires replaced. He was early and waited until the store opened at 8 in the morning. It took an hour and a half to replaced all four tires with a a brand new set of Bridgestone 225x65xR17. He arrived home,showed me the receipts and mentioned to me that we should bring it back after 40 kilometers. Around 12 noon i drove the car to drop my daughter to her school but only few blocks away from my house, the car started swerving on highway 10. I tried so hard not to hit anyone and vice versa . We were in total shock thinking that it was the end of our lives.

All vehicles around us went crazy trying to avoid getting close to us. It was a long struggle for me driving like that from the intersection of Highway 10…

On Nov 1, I walked into Costco to return an item. Martha at the return desk treated me like a misbehaved child because no sticker was placed on the item. She scolded me not to let it happen again. Then I handed her my husband's Costco card and she flipped.

She was extremely demeaning and condescending. "WHO IS THIS? WHERE IS HE? " Flabbergasted I gave her my card. Annoyed she asked me if I wanted cash back or store credit. It is obvious Martha hates her job and hates people.

My husband and I love Costco. It would be in Costco's best interest to get rid of people like her. I'm amazed that there's no contact email for Costco directly to file complaints. Maybe they don't care. With that being said this is my very first complaint letter I have ever written about any company.

I was belittled and treated like a second class citizen by a worker named Johana in the food department. When i asked for her name and manager she said go ask over there, not giving me a specific area. so i went to speak to a manager named melissa about that womens poor customer service skill.

I love costco but that miserable experience made me want to discontinue my membership.

Went to get my tires done today at Costco. Went inside and hung out at for two hours. I came outside to find that they skipped my car (#11) and we're already working on #14. I asked if they worked on their cars in order.

Catherines. 5 hours to change 4 tires and a tire sensor, i also noticed a lot of chit chat between employee's and a very laid back environment. I will say this i have never waited that long to have my tires changed, I also was told the service would take a hour and fifteen minutes so i came in after an hour and

This wednesday (10/26/16), I went to Langley to get tires changed to winter ones. I arrived the desk at 10:04 in the morning, and was told the car could be ready in one hour and half. Around 11:00, I remembered that the winter tyres are not on the rims and I explained to the service lady.

She let me refund the original cost and let me pay for the new cost, and confirmed that this will not effect my waiting position. At 11:30 and 12:00, I checked the desk and was told the car was not ready yet.

Around 1:00pm , I checked again, the service told me my car would be ready around 3 pm. I had no choice and wait again. At 3pm I checked and was told I still should wait another 40 m. I was so upset, as I should pick up my kid at 3:30.

Greetings, On a lovely Tuesday afternoon (October 25th,2016) as my wife and I (a recent retiree) completed our shopping, we were faced with a surprisingly unpleasant experience at the checkout area. 9% percent of the time.

However, we were absolutely appalled at the behavior of one of your employees named Fausto at store # 432 in Corona, California . From the onset of our brief encounter with Fausto it was quite clear he was not having a good day, so I decided to be the first to provide a smile and light-hearted greeting.

To my surprise his response was 'dry' at best . At that point I felt compassion for the poor chap and hoped he would soon resolve whatever issues he was dealing with.

I am a Costco member since 1990. On Sunday October 10/23 at approximately 10am I checked in my Honda Odyssey at the local the Fremont, California Costco to get my flat tire cheeked out if it was repairable or needed replacement.

The staff advised I would get a call soon after the flat tire is checked out, so I could make a decision accordingly. I waited all day but never received a call. Eventually at to 3pm I called to check status.

Consequently, my entire day plan was jeopardized. I was advised the tire was repaired and the van was ready to be picked up several hours back. On checking with the staff I was advised the over due tire rotation was not completed.

I would have to come back again to get this service done. I spent almost all day waiting and still the work was partially done.…

I purchased a 4 pack of Basil chilli rice (tasty bite) from your North lakes store. when I got home I opened the box to find the box filled with rice, unsealed, no 4 pack as stated, I am very concerned that you may have more boxes like this on the shop floor, I have attached a photo of the said rice.

I bought a bag of Kirkland trail mix. Done well this is a delicious treat. But have to through out most of the peanuts in the bag I purchased. They are old brown and tast really bad. You need to communicate to the people that you are purchasing this product from that this is not acceptable.

I live over 160 miles from closest Costco store so returning product isn't worth it.

You do not use the chip when swiping credit cards and I am told that this is because corporate has indicated that it will take too long to get customers through. I intend to switch to writing checks in the future because my card has been hacked 3 times.

Will that improve the time to check out? Please make the switch to the chip reader.

On wed 10/19, I was in the process of purchasing a pair of sunglasses in the Chico Costco. The salesgirl was helping me when another customer crowded in and the salesgirl stopped to help her instead. It just so happened that the customer wanted the same pair of sunglasses and they were the last new pair.

The salesgirl handed her the sunglasses, and took an empty box, turned to me and said, "you can have the demo pair". I was shocked to say the least and told her that was gross! She told me, "hey, I'm trying to hook you up".

The whole experience was wrong on so many levels, I feel I have to say something. I've been a Costco customer for many years and have never been treated so unprofessionally. So here I am with my old pair of sunglasses, (that were also purchased at Costco).

Visited Nampa, Idaho Costco 10/18/16 and spent more than 15 minutes in line waiting for a customer who had multiple orders including a large cigarette order which had to be voided out ahead of us - causing additional wait times. Not one Costco manager cared about our wait!

2 of them standing nearby with clipboards not even noticing the problems with the wait time. When we started putting our goods on the conveyor belt they decided to open a lane next to us and did not give us the opportunity to even move to the open line! What an insult.

This is a perfect example of how not to treat customers.

Yesterday while shopping with my mom at Costco (4500 Still Creek Dr, Burnaby, BC V5C 0E5) two of the employees (specifically the door clerk who checks receipts and a male cashier) insulted my mom as she left, saying that she "looks like she can go to a road show" and saying she is "wearing whore makeup". This all happened between 3 pm and 6 pm on October 9. I am very disappointed and appalled by the inappropriate behavior of these employees.

This is no way to treat a customer; to say this as the customer is leaving, is a huge slap in the face and a deterrent to continue shopping at Costco. I submitted this email to customer service, and I plan on bringing this to the attention of district manager of the store and Costco headquarters. Because the check out lines were 12 deep, I was told customer service would check out my 2 items. After waiting 10 minutes , customer service wouldn't check me out. Sams Club would check me out but cosco won't .

I come to the cash, put my shopping on the conveyuer belt. I left two items in the kart, I give my member card. Then she tells me that I could of emptied the kart. I didn``t say a word.

I had previously bought tires at costco with no issues. Today i went early and was at front of line waiting to be served to purchase tires. I kept being passed so they could serve all the people holding the service cones first before dealing with anyone else.

When they called a number for the third time that wasnt even there i stepped up to the till and asked if i could buy tires. She replied as ignorant as she could that i would not be served until all cones were delt with.

So i will buy tires somewhere with good customer service and will not renew my membership.

Good afternoon, I am writing to complain about customer service at the St. Catharines, Ontario Costco on YMCA drive. For a store that prides itself on its customer service, there should be more oversight on their staff members. My wife had a panic attack because of the way she was treated at this Costco location.

She just had premature twins and is going through a difficult time. While I do not expect all of your staff to know this or even understand it, I would expect that they would exercise a little sympathy towards her.

My complaint involve the pharmacy at the Costco at 465 Route 70 in brick New Jersey. I called in a prescription refill this morning before the pharmacy was open. I received a recorded message that took all of my information and told me that I could pick up my prescription after 3 PM today.

In accordance with these directions I arrived at Cosco at approximately 3:10 PM and I was told that they had no record my prescription. I informed them of my telephone call and was told that meant that someone had to check the tape.

The implication was that I had failed to call in my prescription refill properly. I don't know whose responsibility it is to check the tape, but obviously that was not done. I could easily have waited until later to call in my prescription, however, since I was not told…

I bought 4 Bridgestone tires last year 04/08/15, and had to have the 2 back tires replace this last Monday due to metal showing on the tires. I had a alignment done after buying the tires last year, but have not had a rotation. Anyway, the tires had only 9,183 miles on them. When I went to Costco in Carmel Mountain they told me it was wear and tear due to lack of rotation. These tires where 70,000 miles warranty. They sold me 2 more tire to replace them with a 50% discount on old tires. As you can see I drive very little. I have been driving for 45 year and have never had tires wear on me this quickly. I feel I was sold poor quality tires. And because I was worry about my safety, I had the tires replace at a cost of $155.44. I called Bridgestone but referred me to you.

I tried a "free" trial offer for skin care product Cellogenic and Rapid Repair Eye Serum. It was $10 shipping/handling and I saw no tricks of being billed monthly at full book after 14 days. A $250 charge showed on my next credit card statement so I called their call center in Phoenix.

They did not know where the business itself was located but will refund 30% of the $250. What a rip-off!!! This came over the internet under the Costco banner so I figured it was legit. This make me look at Costco in a new light.

I just lost what I saved at Costco for the last year. Why are you dealing with such sleazy outfits? I would rate my experience as "outhouse".

Have done household renovation work through Costco in the past and have been very pleased with work and service. Decided to have flooring done and was told that where we lived was too far. billing ... My account nr 111812636346. membership was charged to CITI bank card against my request. CITI bank card is inactive. I've paid you member ship fee at Temecula, CA store. You are to return membership fee ($110) to CITI on 10/11 even though CITI has filed a complaint against you; of note is original request from CITI and myself was made to you during a call with Michael on 9/13.

I need this fee to be pad ASAP as I'm getting daily harassment calls from CITI about the funds.

On Oct1 2016 we went to pick up a prescription we had ordered 3 Xalacom and received 2 , told to order another and could be picked up the following day . Oct 2 we went back and after explaining several times what had happened the clerk advised us to sit down . After half an hour we noticed the pharmacist brought a bag. The individual at the front now told us to go and stand in a line of eight customers and he would help us . His name is Michael . After waiting we felt he could have asked us to come up but it was the customer in line who told us to go ahead . We have always received excellent service from your staff but we feel Michael was not professional . Thank you for looking after this .

00! The customer service woman was horrid, I simply wanted to know where my July bill was (it arrived the first of Sept), so now when I shop at Costco I only use the Citi card to get in the store and

use my wells Fargo card to pay the bill at the store! I never had a problem with American Express which I'd had since I was first married in the 50's. We then discovered Costco (price club at that time, in '83) and hadn't a single complaint.

Maybe those customer service people are going nuts? Or they simply don't care, but I'll not ever use that card!

The manager this afternoon at the Newark de store was very rude. I overheard her treating customers and employees with no respect. This woman should be required to take a customer service educational class. She needs to understand that she represents Costco and that treating customers, employees, vendors, etc with common courtesy dignity and respect is not optional.

I bought a box of strawberries 907g with £6.49 from hays warehouse in uk registered store in England no 2635489. I found few strawberries moldy and rotten when opened the box but next morning found all moldy while kept in the fridge. I am very disappointed with this product as i am finding every time few moldy in the box.

I secured eye glasses from Costco less than two years ago and the finish film is all coming off the glasses. As I have bifocals, it seriously impairs my ability to read. In checking at my local Costco they said this is normal and not under warranty.

Needless to say I was very surprised as Costco has always stood behind their merchandise. As I am a senior citizen, savings are important, it certainly is going to create an additional cost that was not anticipated. Is this a common problem?

We are regular Costco shoppers and this certainly was a surprise. Please advise as I am going to have to make arrangements to get my glasses replaced. Thank you for your consideration.

I purchased a pair of glasses from Costco in March 2015. Recently, it was pointed out I had a green mark on the side of my face. I discovered the metal coating on the left stem of the glass frame was completely worn about in about a two inch area forward from the plastic guard. I went to a Costco store in Chandler, Arizona today to see about this defect and I was told I was allergic to nickel and should wearing plastic or titanium frames. Why could they just say the coating on the frames was defective and we will replace them? This is in reality a defective set of eye glass frames. They told me the stems were too close to my face. Who adjusted the glasses to begin with .... Costco. Where do I go from here.

I secured my eye glasses at Costco. Excellent service concerning exam and delivery of glasses. As A regular Costco customer I was very pleased. I am in second year since securing the glasses. They have been cleaned only with the cleanser secured at Costco.

I started to notice that the bifocals looked scratched and I was having some problems using when reading. I went to Costco to have them checked. They stated that the film was coming off the glasses. I asked if this was covered by warranty.

I was told no that it was common. Very disappointed in the Costco response. I did not expect my glasses would have to be replaced within two years. Being a Senior Citizen, very cost aware, I am very disappointed. It is not like Costco to say the least.

We reside in Ontario Canada 3-4 months each year. We left to drive to Canada the end of June. Because of that we couldn't take along our new Costco Visa card. We did have our old original Costco card ID with us and the now defunct Amex card. In the past we could use that at the Kitchener store. Our usual store is in Tucson on East Grant.

Because of the distance involved I wrote the Guelph store if we could shop there with that old card. After 6 weeks and several attempts the store never wrote back. We didn't want to drive 30-40 minutes to find they wouldn't let us shop there. I prefer having issues addressed in writing. The fact the Guelph store couldn't find the courtesy to write us back makes us feel like never using our card in Canada again. We leave back to the States in a week and…

I always purchase Kirkland 4 pack bacon,and as of the last two times it seems to me the bacon is starting to be sliced thinner,i had a awful time cooking this product,it's thinner than paper,i might as well by crumbles.Also i by the thick cut applewood smoked and that to seems like it's a thinner cut,i know company's that produce this stuff want to maximize there profit's,and it's coming at your customers expense,not good in my book !!!

I find the new packaging and carton shapes for the milk are really an idea gone bad. When the cartons are near full they dribble and spill extremely easy. Even when partially full they also still are unwieldy when pouring small amounts.

Whomever designed this carton obviously didn't test it adequately among users. I would rather pay extra for the milk using the prior packaging method as now I will be doing that anyway when I buy it elsewhere. I also find this complaint form is ridiculous that you need 100 words or it will tell you it is in error and not submit your complaint without having to do it over.

Generally I don't complain but I guess as the old saying goes: I am crying over spilled milk! Then when I try to submit this form it requires 100 words or it causes an error. The after…

I would rather pay more and have the packaging the way it was. Which I will be doing now elsewhere as I will never buy milk at Costco again with this type of packaging.

Did the carton designer ever try to ever pour just a little milk when the carton is full? So whomever the bean counter was that came up with this idea to save three cents, tell him it bombed with the consumer.

Also how come you never have the shrimp salad in your deli area anymore? Just my two cents and I almost never complain. I guess I am just crying over spilled milk as the old saying goes.

At the above mentioned store I entered the store to return clothing for another size. I am handicapped, drove cart into the return by doing so it caused 2 carts to have to maneuver around me. ) There was enough room for 1 person.

If I had gone outside I would have lost my place in line. I decided to just merge into the back of the line. You had very low traffic in the store at this time. Behind my back ADAM, kept making comments to the other customers leaving as well as his partner across on the other side.

Mind you ADAM kept trying to make move into a small space near the wall and some kind of apparatus. I had my 6 year old granddaughter with me and she was becoming very concerned by the way he was speaking to me.

The cashier, Lindsay R, did greet me and say hello. However, while scanning the items she was in conversation with the other person putting the items back in the cart. His name was Dalton. He did not say hello nor acknowledge me. They talked the entire time about Dalton and his job being in jeopardy; he was telling Lindsay about his discussion with his supervisor. He was in a way mocking his reprimand, with a grin on his face. I find that totally inappropriate talk in front of a customer... and he was not paying attention to his work. Once again I was dispensed the wrong medication at pharmacy. 1st time was proper meds but double the dosage. This time was a refill. 90 tablets of the wrong medication. Spoke to warehouse manager over 1 week ago. Pharmacy manager, Sue, was to call me. Still waiting.

Their only interest is getting bottle back. Think this needs further investigation and report to state agency. Find the communication there does not exist and the Costco mission statement has not been followed or honored.

I purchased an extended warrantees for myself and my wife purchasing cell phones at Costco in Holbrook. In April my phone died and I called up Square Trade and they said they will replace the phone but I must send it back fast or be charged for the phone.

My wife upon receiving my phone put on the appropriate stickers on the package. But didn't realize it should have gone fed Ex, we mailed it back via the post office but with all the tags of info required on the package, as well as we purchased a tracker to find it in April Based upon what they said on the square trade statement we were expecting a bill if anything went wrong within their time slot, which was within a month time.

Costco employees checking bills are very rude staff and does not know that when you ask to search someone, does not mean grab their bag off their back! Not all colored people are thieves as I felt she treated me. The managers don't really care as they were more concerned about me standing up for my right as a customer. Isn't it innocent before presumed guilty or is at Costco shops guilty and then prove your innocence.

Bought fan online, on 07/09/2016. Looking at order online, fan shipped on 7/12/2016. Order # 613886214. Member# 11765293955. Today is 7/22/2016 and when we look at FedEx, for the last week, shows the same thing. Arrival date pending, Shipping Label created.

I have tried to locate item, by tracking FedEx online and by calling, with no success. Can you help me locate the fan and work with FedEx, to determine when we will receive the fan. Original arrival date listed, was 7/16/2016, late in day, Saturday.

Not sure how item was shipped, but FedEx is not helping.

I shopped at Costco today at Merchant ID 619000003655, Wholesale Memphis #352. I was unable to find handicap parking, or a handicap scooter in this store. I shopped with a regular basket. While pulling into a free checkout lane, your employee pulled a man over in a handicap scooter in front of me.

I accepted his rude behavior without comment; however, the more thought about it, I decided this rude behavior should not go unrewarded. My next trip to Costco will be for the purpose of returning my membership card for cancellation. I refuse to shop where rude employees mistreat the handicapped elderly.

My husband was on the phone as we are checking out and he asked me to make the transaction. The lady was incredibly rude and asked if I had a membership. I said no, my husband does. She told us I couldn't make the transaction and was so rude and condescending.

My husband ended his business call to make the transaction and she continued to be rude. She never said hi to us or bye to us. We've never been so upset after leaving Costco.

I have been member with Costco since 2007 at Indianapolis. The American Express credit card system work quite well till the date it is changed to Visa with CITI. I lost my Visa card during traveling on June 24, 2016, and immediately reported for the loss.

The response of CITI was sluggish and not all professional. After half an hour filing, it was finally arranged to have the card replace in 3-4 days. A week past-by, since no replacement in sight, I made another call to follow up.

This time I spent 1 hour and 40 minutes to reinstate the replacement. I was told by CITI that the replacement card number was printed wrong, a new card will be printed again. But, CITI will make a quick delivery.

To ensure a quick delivery, they will have to ask permission of another department's approval which…

I went to what I thought was my friendly neighborhood Costco rushing after work to make sure I bought a good piece of meat to grill for 4th of July. I had cash in my hands and luckily I found a great piece of fillet for $99.95. I rushed to the cashier since it was close to closing time. As I approached the counter I realized I did not have my current membership card so, I produced the expired card plus my driver's license. To my surprise, the cashier told me she could not accept my id because it did not have my current address.
