My husband was on the phone as we are checking out and he asked me to make the transaction. The lady was incredibly rude and asked if I had a membership. I said no, my husband does. She told us I couldn't make the transaction and was so rude and condescending.

My husband ended his business call to make the transaction and she continued to be rude. She never said hi to us or bye to us. We've never been so upset after leaving Costco.

I have been member with Costco since 2007 at Indianapolis. The American Express credit card system work quite well till the date it is changed to Visa with CITI. I lost my Visa card during traveling on June 24, 2016, and immediately reported for the loss.

The response of CITI was sluggish and not all professional. After half an hour filing, it was finally arranged to have the card replace in 3-4 days. A week past-by, since no replacement in sight, I made another call to follow up.

This time I spent 1 hour and 40 minutes to reinstate the replacement. I was told by CITI that the replacement card number was printed wrong, a new card will be printed again. But, CITI will make a quick delivery.

To ensure a quick delivery, they will have to ask permission of another department's approval which…

I went to what I thought was my friendly neighborhood Costco rushing after work to make sure I bought a good piece of meat to grill for 4th of July. I had cash in my hands and luckily I found a great piece of fillet for $99.95. I rushed to the cashier since it was close to closing time. As I approached the counter I realized I did not have my current membership card so, I produced the expired card plus my driver's license. To my surprise, the cashier told me she could not accept my id because it did not have my current address.

I have been a Costco shopper for many many years.... One of my favorite things has always been the pineapples... Lately the pineapples have been terrible. I bought a box of your "organic" Dole pineapples a while back, higher priced but organic, I thought, organic, that's great.

These pineapples were terrible, a complete waste of money. I waited a few weeks and tried again, bad!!! I waited a few more weeks and tried again, disgusting. I am in my 60's and am aware of what a pineapple should taste and look like, these are not good pineapples.

Please do not insult your loyal customers with this trash that Dole believes they can foist onto the public, make Dole live up to higher standards or find a new supplier. They want more money for organic ? Then give us a superior product.

Please.... don't make it so special about your one way lane going to your gas station. It is ridiculous . It gets more traffic just going to your gas station. I just wish that sooner there will be no people renewing their Costco membership.

People in my area in San Diego I knew already are not renewing their membership next year because of the way going to your gas station.

We bought chicken penne at Costco last night and cooked it this afternoon. When my son about to eat he found a big fly mixed with the pasta. I drove back to Costco heritage and took the hot pasta and asked for the manager.

The lady that talked to me asked right away if my money was refunded. She then went back to see the deli Manager if she's available but said she would just call me back. I'm a bit disappointed because not one staff handle it properly.

Not even one staff in the customer service apologized . Right away they asked me to write the incident report. The staff keep wiping the counter of disinfectant because the simmering pasta made the counter wet. I think staff needs more coaching and training to handle this kind of complain.

Visited Costco to activate new membership. Was assisted by Zach. He was thorough and pleasant.

However, after I had picture taken for membership card.... " Need I say more? I am shocked and appalled and disgusted by his remark! Zach just looked at me, hoping I had not heard that remark by Mike. Mike did not make eye contact with me just walked back to registers.

I am thinking of cancelling my membership due to Mike's commentary on my appearance/photo. And I am tempted to take this public. I do not fear commentary on my appearance as I've worked in modeling industry. So I know you cannot please everyone in life.

This complaint is about " Jennifer", the supervisor of the photo department in your Naples FL store. Jennifer inferred twice that i was lying about DVD tapes that i was returning after a conversion from a VHS tape.

First, she denied telling me, when I dropped of the tape, that the VHS tape would not be converted to DVD,s unless the quality of the VHS tape was worth converting. After telling her that I had viewed the DVD tape for several hours and for lengthy periods there was no volume and the tape ran at faster than normal speed she said that from the stills on the DVD jackets she could tell that the DVD tapes were fine.

My wife ani ordered the new 1/3 lb cheeseburgers from food court. To our dismay they were the absolute worst cheeseburgers we have ever tasted. Truly unbearable Buns were hard, cold and stale. Meat was dried out one tiny slice of tasteless tomato on a large sandwich cheese wasn't even melted.

When we complained to food court employee she agreed with us. Cmon Cosrco, why great hotdogs and such lousy cheeseburgers?

I have purchased Mexican shrimp from Costco for years when it is available. I find that the farm raised shrimp has no smell & no flavor. It only has the texture of shrimp. Mexican shrimp, on the other hand, is sweet and full of flavor. It also, when raw, smells like shrimp. The last 2 times I bought Mexican shrimp, (4 pound bags), they had no flavor, no smell. You may want someone to look into this as these two purchases had very farm raised qualities. Perhaps your vendor is miss-labeling and passing off farm raised as wild caught? The purchases were made at the Phoenix store, (85028). Maybe have someone who knows shrimp could check into this.

I witnessed a ecodrink sales rep assault a Zippfizz sales rep in the store in Wichita, KS (#1200) a couple weeks ago and she did it again a couple days ago; the management (Denny, Justin, and Josh) threw the zippfizz man out of the store Instead of the ecodrink woman for her assaulting him.

The management just stood there and watched her do all these things and refused to call the police. She spit on him, yelled cuss words at him in front of families with children, poured part of his samples on the floor, and tried to steal his sample bottles.

I find this behavior on her part to be unprofessional and offensive to be around; unless she is banned from the store and the managers that allowed her to stay are fired, I'm going to have all my friends and their companies remove their memberships…

gallon milk containers are awful: protective cover difficult to remove and, more disconcerting, pouring the milk usually results in mess. Pouring from container needs to be improved. We- and many others- no longer buy Costco milk for the above-mentioned reason.

Again, for the same reason, two Diabetes summer camps which we know of no longer use milk from Costco.

My complaint is that Costco is dropping the American Express card and replacing it with a CITI bank card.

That means that if I want to take full advantage of my Costco membership they are forcing me to do business with a criminal organization CITI bank, one of the banks that took our economy into the ditch, causing thousands of people to loose their jobs, their saving, their retirement and their homes. My son and his wife lost everything in that catastrophe.

I have been a Costco member since the Price Club days and I choose Costco over Sams / Walmart because of the difference in the way they each treat their employees, not to mention the extreme greed of the Walton family. I paid the membership fee; ordered nothing until (I think) April 17. I also paid for the order. A couple of days later I RECEIVED AN EMAIL SAYING MY ORDER HAD BEEN CANCELED. I immediately called customer service, and was told that I had incorrectly entered my address. I do not remember, but I did it correctly - I have a post office box #, and a shipping address, as I live in a small town and we receive our U S mail only through our box #.

After I complained and explained the customer service rep said that she would reinstate my order - this was over a week ago. I have not received this order or any explanation, I am frustrated. May I receive what I ordered with an apology, or my membership and order amount back?

Hi dear My wife and I went this morning to Costco in Santee to buy a gas and shop some staff, so I remembered that I had shoes need to be return. We inter from the small door to customer service on 5/18/2016 at 11:07 .

We were the second on line the clerk girl called the man was first and then another clerk who was a Full-bodied, tall about 6ft, has glasses called us and asked me for a membership card so I gave him Costco AMX , receipt and my shoes to return it . ops !!!!!.

This is about a product. I purchased a bag of Cashew Clusters a week or so ago. They're great but this bag had more crumbs and broken pieces than any in bags that I've bought previously . It was item number 440483, bar code number 0 96619 44049 8.

I was doing a quick errand for my brother who didn't have time to buy dog food, all I was buying was dog food and never had a problem with Costco before, it was one of my favorite stores, but today that I went a Cashier by the name of Sergio V OP# 30 at the Redwood City location very rudely stated I couldn't use my brother's Costco card.

I understand that may be a fact, but as a paying customer who was trying to do a quick favor for my brother and as a person overall I should be treated with more respect than what this Cashier showed me. He was very very rude and had no customer service what so ever.

Went to calgary, alberta tire department . Need to pee right away and ran inside but said can't come in bec I don't have card. I ask I really need to pee, she won't let me. I ran back to my car to get d card and ran back.

After using washroom i ask for manager. Talked to her and explained the rules. Ok, I understand but where is the consideration? She never apologize. Rules suck!!! It took time her to approach . We when to our nearest Costco Store to change a flat tire. Unfortunately my two year old baby girl fail from the bench that we were sitting on. The bench was the one with an open gab in the middle.

I was waiting for my husband to finish paying and unfortunately my daughter been so petite fail threw the gap hitting her head on the floor and a small bruse on the side of her hip. All I want to said please replace does benches with other more child friendly and consider safety of your customers as Costco first priority.

I understand that it's parents responsibility to watch after their children but I trust that Costco would not let onother child get injured because they do not replace their benches.

I was directed from Costco Oshawa to Costco Ajax Ontario to purchase 4 new tires. when I arrived in the morning the employee Ravi Persaud didn't look very happy to handle my business, set me up to come back at 12:00 noon to install, told me it would take one hour.

When I arrived it was 12:02. He was busy with another customer and by the time he was done it was approx. 12:10. After he took my keys and I paid, he said it won't be ready at 1:00, and pointed at the wall clock and told me I was late.

99. Returned yesterday was given a refund. Went back into shop to check price, then found member of staff to verify ticket price, they sent me back to returns. The lady on returns went to check, came back with a barcode and said it was different from what was on the sign. This is not satisfactory.

I purchased an EverlastEV826 Recumbent Cycle with Magnetic Resistance online order No. 606423033. My membership number is 811876593000. I thought I was buying the same Cycle my friend purchased from Costco because it was the same price and seemed to have the same features.

To my disappointment this Cycle is not even close to my friend's. His computer that controls his resistance, distance, and all the other programs are controlled by a power source that comes from a cord that plugs into a wall plug.

The Cycle I got requires four 2AA batteries and I've gone through 12 2AA Duracell batteries in 3 days because they burn out overnight. At this rate it's going to cost me a FORTUNE to run this Cycle. 49 I have ever spent on something from Costco and I have spent a lot of money at Costco over…

We visited the photo dept in Cosco in Nanaimo, BC with a fairly large order for 8 enlargement plaques taken from our home photographs. We required assistance from the two employees behind the counter, one of which was doing something on a processing machine and the other was just there for customers.

I have to add, we were the ONLY customers there when this happened. We needed guidance in ordering our pictures to be done this way and were given scant instructions and told if we got stuck to call the assistant back.

We tried this to no avail as by this time, there was another customer so the assistant dealing with that asked the other to help us. She looked over but completely ignored our request and carried on with whatever she was doing.

No explanation was given and we just stood there…

I think raising membership fee is a terrible decision in your part specially with the economic condition right now.

Other stores do not charge this membership fee and their prices are about the same and even lower on other items.

Eliminating this requirement will increase your sales . I will let my membership expire this coming January and shop somewhere else.

I am a 77 year old woman with diabetes. On 4/7/16, I purchased a One Touch blood clucose monitoring system from The Costco in Santa Clara. I could not use the system because the strips are too tiny and my fingers are too stiff.

I tried to return it to the Almaden Costco and they said I had to take it back to Santa Clara. When I tried to return it to Santa Clara Costco, they said it was non refundable. No where on the receipt or box does it say if you open it, it is non refundable.

15 and that means a lot when you are on social securiy. Please help me get a refund. Thank you

I was attacked by a woman in the lakewood, CA costco. I called for manager and it took at least 20 min for him to respond and he was actually the assistant manager and proceeded to tell me there was nothing that could be done about it.

I asked him to please ask the woman to leave the store so I could shop . I should have just called the police but I didnt. Purchased Albacore tuna. Kirkland label - 6041SWISKO 05:58 use by Feb 2019. Opened the can and found the tuna in the center was dark brown and inedible. I threw the Tuna out. I am concerned the others in the bulk pack are bad.

The last two times I have purchased your take and bake pepperoni pizzas they have had to be thrown out. The crust are stale and the cheese and sauce are almost invisible. They were always good until this last month.

Recently, I bought a pack of beef jerky (Kirkland Steak Strips extra thick cut) at one of your stores. Unfortunately, one piece of beef jerky was not in good shape as it should be. It had a piece of blue rubber (or plastic) in it.

My friend and I were so shocked and I took a picture of it and the foreign substance can be seen clearly. I can send it to you if you give me an e-mail address. Since I live in Mississippi where does not have any store of yours, I am not sure what I can do.

To Whom It May concern, On many occasions, I've experienced lack of professionalism by the manager who oversees the Costco's optical department in rego park center of the new mall. I've been a customer for 5 years or so and often go there with my children.

I received an email regarding ordering flowers my mother's day. I ordered the flowers yesterday around noon. It took awhile to enter all the information and place the order as I hadn't used their online ordering system previoulsy. About 2 hours later I received a nondescript email just saying the order had been cancelled.

I called their 800 number and was told the CVV didn't verify, perhaps I entered it wrong. I asked if we could reenter the CVV code. Their solution was for me to re-enter the entire order. I objected to have to reenter the entire order again.

I asked to speak to a supervisor. Then they fixed the order supposedly for me. They confirmed it was reordered and we hung up. Then today, I received another cancellation via email for the fixed order with another nondescript…

, was told 10am. Arrived at 9:30am and informed they allowed people in at 8:30am, they were booked for the day by 9:30am, told to come back following day at 8:30am and it is first come, first serve. Arrived at 8:20am next day and got into the line-up, the tire department was already opened and over 35 people were ahead of me.

After waiting an hour and arriving close to the front of the line, I am told they are full for the day. Asking what time do I have to be there to get in, they reply that they do not know, people may line up at 5am for all they know.

Does this make any sense? They said they don't take appointments! It seems they are letting people who did not purchase their tires at Costco now use the service. I purchased my tires at Costco, can't we have some preferential treatment…

I purchased brand new HP printer OfficeJet 5746 on 03/09/16. In setting up I discovered no ink cartridges were included despite the claim on the carton. When visiting HP site, discovered 5746 support has been discontinued. I feel cheated in buying "old goods" presented as new, and incomplete at that.

Carton should contain what packaging claims, and if no longer supported by company, consumer should be informed by Costco before buying.

I was at Costco 777 La Habra California at the tire service center. I had my tires rotated and balanced, I had a hundred dollar bill in my console before I turn my car in and was missing after they finish the job.

It took me about 3 weeks to realize that it was missing but the only people that were in my car was Costco employees. I contacted the store manager Eddie, after about a week, he passed me on to the assistant manager, another week passes, and she passed me on to another manager named Mark.

After about three weeks of being tossed around, making me feel that I was I was in the wrong. He said he felt embarrassed asking his employees about the situation. After another week and a few missed phone calls the conclusion that he came up with.

There's nothing he can do about it .....…
