Went to get refund for recall on frozen berries they obviously knew we had bought product because we got a call they would not refund without product we ate some and threw some very dissapointed have been a customer for years and this is my first bad experience went out of our way not a happy camper your website said we did not need product why is suburb store not abiding by this policy if you look at our history we do not usually ask for refunds

Recently, I bought a pack of beef jerky (Kirkland Steak Strips extra thick cut) at one of your stores. Unfortunately, one piece of beef jerky was not in good shape as it should be. It had a piece of blue rubber (or plastic) in it.

My friend and I were so shocked and I took a picture of it and the foreign substance can be seen clearly. I can send it to you if you give me an e-mail address. Since I live in Mississippi where does not have any store of yours, I am not sure what I can do.

Please give me an answer to resolve the problem. I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. If I do not receive an reasonable deal for it, I am going to seek help from a consumer protection agency or the Better Business Bureau.

To Whom It May concern, On many occasions, I've experienced lack of professionalism by the manager who oversees the Costco's optical department in rego park center of the new mall. I've been a customer for 5 years or so and often go there with my children.

Most recently, it has gotten to an extreme where he was ridiculously rude to me. At first, I thought he was prejudice towards Chinese nationality, but I witnessed that its not a matter of discrimination but his overall abrupt and rude approach to customers as I have seen him been unprofessional and treats others with lack of mannerism.

As a customer I prefer not to identify myself apart from that I am a Chinese woman but I believe that a manger should set examples, prototypes to treat their customers right and greet them and assist…

I received an email regarding ordering flowers my mother's day. I ordered the flowers yesterday around noon. It took awhile to enter all the information and place the order as I hadn't used their online ordering system previoulsy. About 2 hours later I received a nondescript email just saying the order had been cancelled.

I called their 800 number and was told the CVV didn't verify, perhaps I entered it wrong. I asked if we could reenter the CVV code. Their solution was for me to re-enter the entire order. I objected to have to reenter the entire order again.

I asked to speak to a supervisor. Then they fixed the order supposedly for me. They confirmed it was reordered and we hung up. Then today, I received another cancellation via email for the fixed order with another nondescript…

, was told 10am. Arrived at 9:30am and informed they allowed people in at 8:30am, they were booked for the day by 9:30am, told to come back following day at 8:30am and it is first come, first serve. Arrived at 8:20am next day and got into the line-up, the tire department was already opened and over 35 people were ahead of me.

After waiting an hour and arriving close to the front of the line, I am told they are full for the day. Asking what time do I have to be there to get in, they reply that they do not know, people may line up at 5am for all they know.

Does this make any sense? They said they don't take appointments! It seems they are letting people who did not purchase their tires at Costco now use the service. I purchased my tires at Costco, can't we have some preferential treatment…

I purchased brand new HP printer OfficeJet 5746 on 03/09/16. In setting up I discovered no ink cartridges were included despite the claim on the carton. When visiting HP site, discovered 5746 support has been discontinued. I feel cheated in buying "old goods" presented as new, and incomplete at that.

Carton should contain what packaging claims, and if no longer supported by company, consumer should be informed by Costco before buying.

I was at Costco 777 La Habra California at the tire service center. I had my tires rotated and balanced, I had a hundred dollar bill in my console before I turn my car in and was missing after they finish the job.

It took me about 3 weeks to realize that it was missing but the only people that were in my car was Costco employees. I contacted the store manager Eddie, after about a week, he passed me on to the assistant manager, another week passes, and she passed me on to another manager named Mark.

After about three weeks of being tossed around, making me feel that I was I was in the wrong. He said he felt embarrassed asking his employees about the situation. After another week and a few missed phone calls the conclusion that he came up with.

Around 3/28/2016 I bought a rotisserie-chicken, one of our favourite items. This time the chicken turned out to be a surprise for us. I took my Optical Prescription to Costco for a ne pair of lenses. They told me I would be getting them back in 5 to 7 days. Today is April the 9th,I got the order in on March 30. NOW they told me, THEY made a mistake with my order and I have to wait until Tuesday the 12th,if I'm lucky.

Guess I'll be taking my business to BJs from now on. I am a pregnant mother and have a 2 yr old toddler. I was using the gas services in Miami, Florida on a very hot day. I decided to leave my car on for my daughter, so she will not be hot and uncomfortable.

The attendant at the gas station asked me to turn off my car. I told her I had a toddler in the car and was not. She stuck her hand where the nozzle rest on the gas machine to prevent me from putting gas.

I started yelling and telling her that due to all the deaths last year from leaving children in a hot car, I refused to leave my daughter in the car. She again stuck her hand where the nozzle rest on the gas machine to prevent me from putting gas and called the manager.

I've been a happy dedicated customer of Costco for many years at various locations. For the past 10 years most of my business has been at San Luis Obispo, Ca.. In the past year there have been many items that I've been used to depending on that come and go and now seem to be "unimportant " to what the customer is used to.

Sea clams,vienna sausage, canned mushrooms, kidney beans,Kirkland Canadian whiskey,certain sausages, peach and mango salsa etc to name a few.

Also the practice of moving things around all the time is very frustrating as it takes twice as long to shop as we have to constantly go all around the store looking for things and wondering if they've also been discontinued. To Whom it may concern, Yesterday while traveling through the town of Florence, Kentucky. 4104, my wife and I stopped to purchase some groceries at the Costco store there. I was surprised at how quiet it was but in speaking one of the representatives realized that it was Monday.

Catherine Currie, OD the Costco independent optometrist at Renaissance, Albuquerque location does not take insurance plans (VSP) for children. All health plans are required by law to provide vision coverage for children. The vast majority of Optometrists in Albuquerque accept insurance plans for children particularly VSP.

Costco is sending a bad message by using this optometrist.

Was asked if I had a card in the past and I said yes. Then my son filled out the form first and the guy saw it was my last address. He asked about it and I told him I had sold the house to my son and I don't live there.

I showed him my drivers licence with my address on it. I still get my mail at my sons mail box. I have been looking for an apartment and when I get on I will change my address then. That is a legal government document.

So the guy told me I had to bring mail from my address now. I do a lot of my shopping at SAMS club in MAINE. That guy made me feel he really didn't want to wait on us. I worked for 50 years with the public my goal was to make my customer want to come back. And they did.

I bought a set of hearing aids from Costco over 5 years ago. Last week I notice a variance in sound and took them in for repair of a wire where I was told that the manufacturing company would not repair them because of them being 5 years old. This was a lie.

I called the manufacturing company and inquired. The truth was that Costco doesn't require any of their hearing aid companies to repair them beyond 5 years old and also the manufacturing company Techtron who made my aids had sold out to ReSound and therefore they would no longer repaired their products.

I was also told that they tell all of their customer that repair is only available within 5 years. Again, a lie, not only was I not told this distrubing fact but also many of my friends who purhcase hearing aids from Costco were not…

While I was on line paying for our order, my wife went to purchases the hot dogs for us. The hot dogs were not ready and she waited. The cashier took the money from her Linda (costco employee) gave the hot dogs to the women behind my wife.

I was told by your store people in Duncanville, TX that you no longer carry the Skotidakis Jalapeno Greek Yogurt. I called Skotidakis in Canada to inquire what other stores in the DFW area carry their dip. Only Costco did in the US.

I have been hooked ever since I tried it on a Multigrain tortilla chip at the Duncanville Costco. Now my family is hooked. I always stopped at the nearest Costco when visiting my brothers in Florida and S. Carolina. I hope they still invite me back without the dip.

Not sure why Costco discontinued the dip. It is my families favorite. I am supposed to take some to my Daughters for Easter along with the Multigrain chips from Costco. I haven't broken the news to them yet.

I much prefer the COSTCO "Kirkland" brand of organic seaweed to the new gimMe organic seaweed snacks. Not only do I prefer the flavor, I am disheartened by the small portions at the same price of the Kirkland replacement. The Kirkland was 17 grams of product, whereas the gimMe brand is only 5 grams.

I would need to put three containers of gimMe product in my lunch to satisfy my normal one package.

Everything was fine until we go to the checkout. My husband had run to the bathroom however the checkout line was faster than he was and he had the membercard. The cashier was fine however, the man loading the items onto the belt said,"If he wasn't back he was going to have to take my items off.

I then, shouted, " He's RIGHT there! " I'm sorry he made maybe two minutes seem like 10 and people were already in line waiting. I get it was busy but come on, that whole situation was embarassing and unecessary!

I have been living in Vancouver for more than 20 years, but i have never like to shop at Costco. Of course, I will not apply for their membership card as well. Last year (2015 May), I got a Costco gift card from my friend, then I went to Costco for spending it. 44.

Stopped for gas this morning at our local Costco fuel station on the way to drop off my Kindergartener. He had an orange peel he wanted to put in the garbage can. Wants to do it all himself now, if you have kids you will know this stage well.

I've never let him out of the car while I'm just fueling but it was early and the station was not busy. Which is apparently why we easily caught the attention of "Hal". ". Scared my son back into the car anyway.

Purchased NetGear AC1200 WiFi Range Extender Model EX6920. The instructions in the manual were no help. I did get strong WiFi signal using the NetGear Extender, but my Smartphone could not transmit or receive new gmail or Facebook items. Ended up calling 800-490-0334 number listed on the NetGear website.

I have been a Costco shopper since they first established a store in New Rochelle, New York. We started using Kirkland products because of the price. We were surprised at how good the quality was of certain products, especially the Kirkland canned tuna.

My wife would say how pleased she would be when opening a can and seeing how pink and clean the tuna appeared. Over the years, using all the different brands of tuna, my wife would throw it out because she would not like the appearance of the tuna because of the color or the appearance of foreign looking matter.

After all these years we had a reason to throw away a Kirkland tuna can because of the black looking pieces of tuna and the smell was horrendous. It was one of the cans that was packed 8 together with a bar code 9661997781.

I just thought your company would like to know you have an employee on Facebook who proudly shows he's a employee at Costco on his personal page; while he goes around and rudely attacks people on posts. He did as much to me when I never directed anything toward him. I just so happen to be a Costco member and haven't decided if I was going to take any public action on this matter.

He angered me by attacking my baby's picture for no reason other then I shared my own opinion on a post not directed to him. I find this very distasteful and think he is a tool. I have used Costco hearing aide services for many years. I never had a problem. I use two stores in Phoenix, Marketplace at Gilbert and Arizona and baseline, my main hearing aid store. You recently changed the packaging of the hearing aide batteries and they are now in a circular dispenser made of cardboard and plastic. The plastic rotates.

I carry them either in my pocket or my wife's purse so they are always available. The new packaging allows the batteries to fall out in the pocket or purse and then I have to find them and try to reinsert them.

It is very time consuming and difficult especially for older people, your main market.

My husband and I have been Costco members for years and spend a great deal of money at various warehouse locations.

However, today, when my husband called numerous times to place an advance pizza order at the San Juan Capistrano location, no one answered the phone and when he drove over to the location to place an order on site, he was told there was over an hour wait. Had he been able to place the advance order, it would have been ready when he arrived so he left and took his business elsewhere. No customer service!

I bought a phone in Costco with Wireless advocates and submitted the rebate form to Stuart lee Rebate. The claim was rejected no explanation. when I went back to Costco and talk with Wireless advocate, they blame the Stuart lee rebates and Start lee Rebates blame Wireless Advocates.

I do blame Costco for sub- contracting with companies as these and Costco should be responsible. An my opinion this is a scam going on because of all the cases I read on other complaints web sites and Costco should not do business with this companies.

I hope some lawyer will take on Costco and this companies and make them pay for what they are doing to honest people who trust them

0 oz package of Papa Pita greek pita flat bread from the Costco Store in Visalia, California on March 1, 2017. The tag on the bread read 105423 and the best used by date was March 8, 16. My complaint is that the bread was doughy and undercooked, it was not cooked enough for the bread to begin to split to form the pita pockets.

As I live 50 miles away from the store, I will not be returning this minor purchase, but you should be aware of the quality of product your suppliers are providing.

Bought a Samsung 39" TV on 1/20/14 and paid for extended warranty. Made first call on Jan. 12 2016 to say TV not working. Since then I've invested another dozen phone calls and have service person to house twice. TV barely works: won't start, turns self off, screen goes bad.

For awhile i"ve had a bad oder in my restroom but have not been able to find it. I never use toilet paper to blow my nose but this one time I did and that was it !! the ugly sour kinda like vomit in sense,VERY NASTY It's the kirkland toielt tissue.

I have just gotten my new leather sofa, love seat, and chair. The leather in the chair is loose on the seat and the back. Have only had this chair since Thurs. Have read the pamphlet that says not to sit in the same place all the time but this chair has only been sat in a couple of times.

The sofa and love seat are fine. The chair also sinks down and not firm. Hope you can help in this matter. Claudia Hamer

I ordered a cake for my husband’s 65th birthday. I picked it up Monday 22nd February. It looked lovely. My husband’s birthday was Tuesday 23rd February and after he blew out the candles at his party I went to cut it up. I was shocked to discover that the cake was very slanted (see pic) one end was so thin I couldn’t serve it to guests as it looked like I didn’t have enough (which I didn’t) and it was embarrassing to say the least.

It was like it has been squashed before it was iced. I didn’t happen after as the icing and the design was not disturbed. I did go back to Cosco Cardiff and complained, ok the lady took the pictures and refunded me but was no apology didn’t really seem that bothered about my husband’s birthday being ruined or how embarrassing it was.

I just want to let you know that your about your costco bottles of water. The neck is too short on the Kirkland 500 ml bottle of water. When you try to open the top it spills all over .The price is awesome.

Grave concern over a book entitled Pretty Girls by Karen Slaughter, (NY Times Best Selling Author) which was a Buyers Pick recently. I have never read such a disgusting content book in my life. I seriously doubt that customers can trust the Buyers Pick Costco Bookshelf if a book such as this can get a thumbs up from Costco.

I had to tear out the pages before putting the book in the garbage as I would not want anyone else to stumble across a portion of it and have the images portrayed in their minds.

I bought a pair of running shoes from Costco the shoes are like new except for the back they developed a bur at the back of one of the shoes, these shoes look like new top and bottom when I tryed to show the lady she was not interested in looking her reply was can I have your card witch I gave her about 3 minutes later she says you bought these shoes in 09 it tryed to tell her I buy a new pair at least once a year but

I might have bought them in Canada she comes back and tells me know we have those records also I told her I have hought many pairs of runners from Costco and there is no way I hadn't bought a pair in 6 years. 00 shoes.
