Went to get refund for recall on frozen berries they obviously knew we had bought product because we got a call they would not refund without product we ate some and threw some very dissapointed have been a customer for years and this is my first bad experience went out of our way not a happy camper your website said we did not need product why is suburb store not abiding by this policy if you look at our history we do not usually ask for refunds
