I ordered a cake for my husband’s 65th birthday. I picked it up Monday 22nd February. It looked lovely. My husband’s birthday was Tuesday 23rd February and after he blew out the candles at his party I went to cut it up. I was shocked to discover that the cake was very slanted (see pic) one end was so thin I couldn’t serve it to guests as it looked like I didn’t have enough (which I didn’t) and it was embarrassing to say the least.
It was like it has been squashed before it was iced. I didn’t happen after as the icing and the design was not disturbed. I did go back to Cosco Cardiff and complained, ok the lady took the pictures and refunded me but was no apology didn’t really seem that bothered about my husband’s birthday being ruined or how embarrassing it was.

Grave concern over a book entitled Pretty Girls by Karen Slaughter, (NY Times Best Selling Author) which was a Buyers Pick recently. I have never read such a disgusting content book in my life. On February 18, 2016, I went shopping at the Melrose Park, IL Costco with my wife after a Doctors appointment. A few week before I had ripped my Achilles tendon and was put on a cast and given crutches. We arrive at the this Costco, my wife asked for a shopping cart scooter only to find out that the store only has two (2) of them and they were already being used by the customers.

I paid the $110 to be an executive member. Jammed 200+ dollars of product in my cart. When I went to checkout apparently they only take American Express, cash, debit or other cards I am not aware of. So they just let me walk out the door a valued Executive member can't even make a purchase.

Its my serious complain yesterday I bought three 4 L packs of Natrel 2% Milk reference no 66267229 0010018250 Auther 050452 invoice no 41444. I kept all packs in refrigerator and in morning when opened refrigerator every where found milk which was floated form leaky milk pouch.

I always buy my car batteries at Costco . however this week I have gone to all your stores looking for a battery size 8 for a Mustang and they do not have this size available for sale. My wife purchased three mens trousers for me. She had them altered and gave them to me as a gift. The item is Costco ITM/ACT 754084. The problem is that the fly zippers are too short. You have to pull your pants down to take a pee.

I purchased a girls princess trunk complete with costumes, jewelry and tiaras. Though my gift was well received, the amount of glitter on the dress up costumes is beyond what we expected. There is glitter EVERYWHERE. Had the costumes been displayed for the consumer to determine if such glitter was to the satisfaction of the buyer or not, I would have not bought this item.
As such, I am now in the position of having to throw out the costumes (after washing which did nothing to get rid of excess glitter) and keep only the accessories and chest. Not what I was expecting for the price I paid and the main attraction to this item is no longer available for the child to which it was intended.

I called both Costco and AX and could not find anyone that could address problem. My Costco AX card has a $5k limit. I want to buy a $16000.00 wedding ring set on-line. The Costco on-line website requires the ring be purchased on line. AX will only raise limit to $15000 or 3 X the current cap. The Costco rep said unfortunately there isn't a way for me to buy the ring. He mentioned buying $1000 Costco cash cards for any amount over the $15000. I have been a costco executive member for many years, and I have never lodged a complaint until now. My complaint is about a product prepared by a company called feature foods international. The product I am complaining about is called herring fillets in wine marinate.
This product is no longer what it use to be,it is totally different fish that I use to consume. I don't know the source of this particular fish product but I am curious to find out. It no longer taste the same, in fact it doesn't even taste like herring.

I ordered furniture in September. It eventually arrived with two pieces damaged which had to be replaced. It took three months to get all the pieces and in the meantime I was held hostage by Metropolitan Warehouse who could call and say "your furniture will be delivered on Tuesday" when I had already told them that I was available Monday and Wednesday.
They came on a day I had already told them I was at a funeral, and coincidentally there was someone at my house, and then two days late they called to say that they would deliver the furniture (which had already been delivered) on the following Tuesday (when I had told them I would be available the following Monday or Wednesday). It is to my dismay that upon shopping at the Costco store in Taichung, Taiwan, that milk from the discredited Tin Hsin parent company is still sold with the Lin Feng Yin label at Costco. There are web postings about a girl recently harassed by the Assistant Manager and Duty Manager when she attempted to return milk, which is clearly her right as a customer and in compliance with the Costco return policy.

This is not a complaint to Melinda at Costco Optical. This is a complaint that the lab will not put new lenses into my sunglasses. I cannot get nike sunglasses made like this and I have looked over 1000 pages at Ebay.

This is just to let you know about a product I recently purchased through your Chico Ca. store. Kirkland signature chocolate raisins. item number 835671 (09661906716) best before Sept. 03 16 (37233726). I bought these less than a week ago, there is nothing on the pkg.
to indicate there may be seeds in these raisins. To my surprise I bit into a rather large seed and broke off the front half of my front tooth. I also found several other seeds in these raisins as well.

I bought a set of leather furniture on line which was delivered on November 22, 2013 Invoice # 003146329. There were all sorts of misrepresentations about quality and warranties along with a service agreement through Guardsman( Agreement # G5RO4-432013). Padding and springs have a very bad quality and cushions are deflated under less than normal use by 2 light weight users.
I sent a claim to Guardsman and they played a dirty game. They waited until 2 days prior to expiration of my claim and asked for original copy, otherwise I will not be eligible any more. An Asian employee named "HA" is a very unfriendly prejudice to her own kind lady! She should not even work there. She is so rude even with kids, do not smile or say "thank you" even if she's at the register or checking receipts in the way out!
Especially to other Asian people. Like she she's so better than any other Asian! She needs to get let go or at least a serious training class in ethics and customer service!
